The value for the quality of this condo was exceptional! Pictures are exactly what you get. The location was perfect and allowed us to access all areas on Kauai. The unit was very clean, large beds/bathrooms, lanai, view of ocean, washer/dryer and full kitchen. Sheets, towels and pillows were better quality too. Enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai with great views of the complex and ocean then day tripped out. Usually made breakfast, some lunch but found grocery prices extremely high ($7.50/gal milk). Safeway was across the street. Great eating options to support local businesses so did that too. We always finished up our day in one of the three hot tubs. Especially enjoyed the pebble bottoms. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

We certainly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were immaculately clean and decorated with a welcoming Island vibe. The welcome basket was such a nice touch. Everything was well considered and nicely done. The best was waking up to picture perfect sunrise every morning.

Our condo overlooks the pool and it couldn’t be a better location to see the beautiful sunrises. Everything is well maintained and the common areas are not over crowded. Just perfect for all ages!

This was a beautiful property in a great location. Maybe 150 get from the ocean and exactly a described with a great view from the lanai. We could here the waves crash as we drifted of to sleep. Next time we're in Kauai we will stay here.

Windows and balconies face onto the resort, right over the noisy restaurant and pool. You can see the ocean but it’s not peaceful. The unit itself has some sketchy electrical appliances and light switches.

Everything about this place was fantastic. From the well-appointed kitchen to the showers with high-pressure and plenty of hot water. But what really can't be beat is the location. On the eastern shore, it's a quick drive to either Poipu to the south or Princeville to the north. The unit itself overlooks the pool area, with views (& sounds) of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort! Fantastic sunrise and sunset views from our condo! Perfect location with views of beach and pool, only steps from our condo! Interior was tastefully decorated and well appointed kitchen - also very clean! Loved the close proximity to everything - great restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and airport just a short drive! Great midpoint location on the island with our tours just a short drive. Highly recommend this resort and would definitely return here!! Thanks for the delicious welcome gift - such a thoughtful touch!

This place has a great kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a great view of the morning sunrise over the ocean. The pool was fun with a slide, lazy river and 3 hot tubs! Great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary and had an excellent time. This multi-room location was clean, spacious and chock full of amenities. The photos online actually matched the room and we did not experience any surprises. I felt the location was among the best in the resort with a great view of the ocean from the living area and patio. And because this unit is closer to the beach and across the lawn from the restaurant, it was quieter than a poolside room while still being in the middle of the action. The full size kitchen was excellent as were the washer and dryer. We found the steps and elevator down to the first floor and beach to be optimally located. We were able to walk across the street to get groceries and the best shave ice on the island. The water pressure was fine, there were no funny smells in the room, ventilation was awesome with ceiling fans everywhere, and the AC worked perfectly. The only tiny complaint has nothing to do with the room itself, and it's that the 10 digit code to get into the pool area was a bit much. I would definitely stay here again and had a wonderful time.
