We had an amazing stay! The resort pool and beach were amazing, the condo itself was perfect, and Jodi was great at communicating with us. Perfect location to go North or South to sightsee without spending hour or more in car either way. Shopping right across the street was perfect for stocking fridge with snacks!

Unit had snorkel gear, an Ice chest, 2 boogie boards and beach chairs. Absolutely everything we needed for our beach days. Absolutely perfect!! We were very pleased with the overall experience. The unit was a good size for our family, and was relatively clean throughout. Also were available were beach chairs, a tent and snorkel gear. I wish I knew this so I didn’t have to bring mine from California.
The few issues were related to what was supplied. First there is no oil in the kitchen to cook with. I would expect some type of olive oil to go along with the spices (which were plentiful) and cookware, but nothing. This is a staple in property rentals. Second is the supply or paper towels and toilet paper. We noticed that it was explained only the rolls out would be provided, with nothing additional, however, we weren’t even provided full rolls. I shouldn’t have to buy my own paper towels on vacation, especially given we booked for a week, with a family, and we didn’t even use that many. I recognize that could sound petty, but I would still expect that given the price paid. But again, a very nice stay, family loved it, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved Jodi’s condo! Jodi was quick to answer any questions we had and gave us suggestions for food around to condo. The condo was very clean and the perfect amount of space for our family. The beds were comfortable and the recliner chair in the living room was cozy. The pool was fantastic!! Even though you don’t have an ocean view, the balcony was perfect with trees all around. It gave you a tropical feel with privacy. We absolutely loved it!

Really well placed property, about 45mins to Hanalei and an hour to Waimea. Good facilities nearby - Safeway, good options for food etc. Worth noting that the property we rented didn’t have beach views (this was disclosed so no issue) so if you want beach views pay the extra for a property that has them.

It is a beautiful place ,very spacious can fit a family of 6 comfortably.The resort is amazing and right there on the beach.The location is perfect if you want to visit both side of the island and still have time for relaxation.Also there is a shopping plaza where Safeway is located right a front of he property.The host was great on communication and very helpful .I will recommend this place to anyone especially if you have kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort.
Jodi was very responsive, every question was answered speedily, and Jodi tried to accommodate every single special request.
Couldn’t have asked for more.
We usually prefer ocean over pool, but this pool is so fantastic that we spent a good amount of time there.
Infrastructure around the condo is also great.

We loved our five-night stay here with our two kids. The pool was awesome and we had lots of room to spread out in the condo. The bathroom descriptions were a little confusing to me. The third bathroom is really just separated by a door from the primary bathroom. It’s a toilet and shower stall with a sink area separate that opens into the main tub, double sink and toilet area in the primary room.
(This is more to the resort than the room but the pool area is advertised as open at 7. We have early rising kids and were down there daily at around 7:30, but the cleaners were always still cleaning different pool areas until closer to 8.)

This condo was perfect for our stay! This unit is beautiful with high-end appliances and tasteful tropical decor. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The Oasis restaurant on the property had the best food and service we experienced on the island. I still can’t get over how clean the unit was! The floors were literally squeaky clean! Washer/dryer was a great plus as well. Would love to stay again next time we are in Kapa’a.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was exactly as Jodi stated. She was great to communicate with and responsive. The space was perfect and had all that we needed. Even items we didn't like beach chairs, boogie board, playpen and cooler. The resort itself was well maintained. The lazy river, hot tubs and slides were fun! We had a Hawaiian Monk Seal on the beach two mornings. Sunrise was beautiful. Will absolutely stay here again. 5 stars!! Thank you again Jodi. It was memorable to say the least.

Our family of five (three generations) spent three weeks here. We loved every bit of it! The property itself is gorgeous and well-maintained, and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. We loved being just steps from the beach and started each day watching the sunrise over the ocean. Several mornings we were joined by the local monk seal who we dubbed Winston.
The pool area was amazing! We loved the variety of pool features, from the shallow, pebbled kids area to the waterslides and "river" with waterfalls, there was something to keep everyone happy.
The location was perfect also. We liked having a grocery store across the street, and Wailua Shave Ice makes for a great afternoon treat without going far. We liked being close to Lydgate Beach Park, and we were right in the middle between Hanalei and Poipu, so not a long drive to either one.
Our condo itself was fantastic, fully furnished with all the comforts of home. We liked having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each family, and having a full kitchen and washer and dryer made it feel like home away from home.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone! We have no complaints whatsoever.

We had an overall nice stay at the property. The unit is large and airy, was super clean once we got access to the unit, and our questions were answered promptly when we needed help.
We had a couple of issues that were minor - the full beds in the 2nd bedroom are crazy squeaky and you could hear every little toss and turn. The unit also wasn't cleaned when we arrived, but we got ahold of management and something had happened with the cleaning schedule so it was a genuine mistake and they took care of that fairly quickly and gave us a $50 gift card as an apology which was nice. When we called to ask where the beach towels were, we were given kind of confusing instructions by management and we had a confusing conversation where they were incredibly sounded annoyed and heated - but turned out he thought we were another unit he was selling, so just another genuine mistake. Then he called at 9:30am the day of checkout asking when we'd be leaving, and if we could leave at 10am - we had to tell him no, we're leaving at 11am per checkout guidelines. Otherwise the stay was well stocked, but just had some minor communication issues.

Not related to her place but wish the restaurant served breakfast and coffee. Her place is very equidistant to both the north and south part of the island. Lots of restaurants around the condo!

We were so happy with our stay. For our needs - family with young kids - it was great.
Jetlagged kids who need food at 4 am, no problem you have a kitchen.
Hate putting on wet bathing suit - no worries easy to throw in dryer for 5 mins.
Can't decide between the beach and the pool - you've got easy access to both. We even saw a monk seal sitting on the beach the first night.
Pool, pool, pool! We went to the pool multiple times a day. This isn't your average pool - it has 3 hot tubs, a lazy river, a waterfall you can swim under and 2 slides!

The place was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. It was great that the guest bedroom had full size beds for my teen boys. The property was fantastic and the pool was fun even for teenagers. The beach outside the property is a bit rocky but still a nice place to sit and watch the sunrise. You have nice restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance and Kapa'a is centrally located for everything you might do on the island.
Jodi was great and responded quickly to all our questions. Definitely recommend this place for families or a group of friends.

Our family was looking for a place to stay that was close to central to our activities, a place where we can cook up meals, and place to just relax and feel right at home. This place was perfect for us! Our kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the easy access to parking spot in relation to our room. Having the shopping center right across the street was very convenient. This great condo on the east coast of Kaua'i, really is a luxury find. The condo is clean and as nice as you would expect for a luxury condo, Jodi was very responsive with communications.
The pool is amazing the kids loved it more then the ocean and spent days in it!
The shopping plaza and restaurants with in walking distance are awesome as well. Given the traffic on Kaua'i having local walking distance options was really a nice feature.

The condo was great! Resort has a great pool for kids and access to the beach. Kapa’a is a great location to stay at because you are in the middle of the island with lots of hiking/beaches close by but not too long of a drive to farther awesome spots like Waimea Canyon and North Shore/Nāpali Coast. This is a wonderful property to stay at. Jodi was excellent in communicating with us and was attentive to any needs that we may have had...of which we really didn't have any. But she reached out anyway. Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our party of 4. We had a 7 month old baby with us as well as our daughter and the unit even had a pack and play which was perfect. Building A was the nearest to the beach and we were very happy with that, as well as close to the restaurant and pool. The pool area was excellent and we spent some of our time there. Beyond our expectations. So nice and roomy. I would recommend this place in a heart beat to anyone considering coming to Kauai. Just be aware that if traveling south from Kapaa to get to the southern site seeing areas, I would recommend leaving prior to about 9:30 AM. Traffic on highway 56 can get a little backed up after that and you definitely have to allow extra time. It is the only thing I didn't care for on the island. Also, their is a nice Safeway Grocery Store right across the street which came in very handy. Thank you Jodi for making our stay great.

This place is amazing! The condo was clean and had everything you could possibly want for cooking, relaxing, or a day at the beach. The 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, kick boards, cooler, and umbrellas were especially helpful so we didn’t have to worry about renting these items during our stay. My 4 kids loved the pool and feeding the Koi fish, as well as the monk seal that came to rest on the shore steps from the condo. We slept 6 of us very comfortably. Jodi was super helpful with whatever we needed and made this family vacation one of our best. Mahalo for such a comfortable stay!

Waulpouli Beach Resort was spot on! I had not been to Kauai before and I wanted to find a location so we would be close to restaurants, whale watching, luau, helicopter trips, and shopping. We were 10 minutes from the airport and there is a Safeway directly accross from the property. The condo was well maintained, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The grills by the pool were cleaned every morning so when we used the grill in the evening is was like cooking on a brand new grill. The property was quiet, clean, pool wasn't crowd so we could always find chairs with unbrella, and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. We enjoyed walking down the beach everyday. I would definitely reccomend this property! Thank you Jodi for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

We drove to the north side of the island one day and explored the south side a couple of other days. The drive for both was about an hour without stops. The pool and hot tubs were an added and pleasant bonus.

We really enjoyed staying here! The resort was really great. The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. There also was some beach gear which was very convenient. The two beds in one of the rooms are not very comfortable because they squeak a lot and the mattresses aren’t very supportive. Also the internet was very bad. I think that was for the whole resort. It was constantly disconnecting or was very slow. We really enjoyed our trip however and our stay in Waipouli. The pools are great! Our kids loved the slides and we really enjoyed the hot tubs. Thanks for providing us with a great place to vacation! We’ll be back!

Could not have been happier with this booking. The location is convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and more or less equidistant to the north and south shores. The pool at the resort was also very nice. The unit was nicely furnished, had everything you could want in a kitchen, and even had a couple of boogie boards, a cooler, and some beach toys, all of which came in handy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay and interactions with the host. The condo was squeaky clean and had all the thoughtful touches that our family with 2 young kids needed- all the beach toys and gadgets that you need and great variety of pots, appliances in the kitchen. More importantly, Jodi was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our familys’ needs. The Waipoli Beach Resort is conveniently located with access to great restaurants and a QVC accross the street. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool and the 2 water slides. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jodi! The pictures don’t do this place justice- book this.... highly reccomended!!!
