The property was great. Plenty of room to spread out and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen, toiletries provided, beach chairs, coolers and baby items. Pool was wonderful. Location is nice for visiting both the north and south beaches. Owner provided lots of recommendations and was also very responsive to any inquiries.

Great property and the location was perfect, right across from a safeway. 2 king suites 3bath. Restaurant, bar and an awesome pool on the property. Greg was quick to answer any questions.

We had the most relaxing stay. Beds were super comfortable and we were able to spread out, as there were 4 of us.
Definitely would recommend. The Oasis restaurant in sight was delicious as well. The beaches were a bit rocky, but we saw a monk seal so that was exciting!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach condo in kauai and I cannot express enough how much I loved it! From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately entranced by the clean and modern decor.
Everything I could have wanted or needed was available in the condo, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The balcony was my favorite spot to relax in the mornings and watch the sunrise or enjoy a peaceful sunset.
The location was perfect for admiring the natural beauty of Kawaii, with easy access to the beach and various activities just minutes away. Whether I wanted to relax and unwind or experience the excitement and adventure of the Hawaiian Islands, this condo was the perfect home base.
The condo's amenities were top-notch, with a clean and inviting pool area, and the grounds were always immaculate. Greg was extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay worry-free and enjoyable. He made me feel like family.
The beds were so comfortable too! Which is my biggest concern when traveling. ;)
Overall, I would highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Hawaiian vacation. I cannot wait to return!

We had a great stay here. The property was beautiful, well cared for, gorgeous pools and proximity to beach was incredible. We literally could walk just outside pool area and we were in the ocean! Greg, our contact, was extremely helpful. Any question that arose, he was quick to answer and give us more info. There was a little bit of issue with A/C but that was more about the island power fluctuations and not the VRBO. We liked being close to the grocery store since we cooked in the room. It was a very convenient location for going north or south. Highly recommend this rental.

Room was as listed. We also enjoyed a welcome basket which was much appreciated. We had a group of Grandparents, parents, and kids in a couple rooms. At the end of the trip, we ad an emergency situation that Greg helped us help the rest of family. Much appreciated. Slept great, pleasant room, supplied extras for all (face masks, fins etc. I was easily able to contact. Thanks!

This was the second time we have stayed at Waipouli Resort. The whole resort is very well kept up, and the grandkids love the pool and slides. Our condo unit was very clean and well appointed, with large bottles of everything from shampoos to condiments, spices, a week’s worth of Keurig coffee, and lots of snorkeling equipment and two boogie boards. (Mini bottles of bath supplies were also available). I liked how there were sheets both above and below the bedding and that all the shams and duvets were washed so that the bed was absolutely clean. The unit looked just as it appeared on-line. When I had a question about air conditioning I was able to quickly reach the unit housekeeper, who was so friendly and walked me through the process of making sure the sliding doors were all closed tightly. This is not an ocean view unit but like the rest of the resort, it is just across the street from a full market and several restaurants, which made meals so easy. We so enjoyed the Oasis Restaurant on-site and Lemon Grass a block away. The grandkids favorite, Coconut Cafe, closed the night before we left!!! Our only disappointment.

This apartment was in a great location, so easy to get to any part of the island. It had everything we needed and then some! Greg went out of his way to make sure we had enough non-feather/down pillows for my family members with allergies. Great stay and of course Kaua’i is amazing!

We LOVED our experience at Waipouli Beach Resort D303. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Our kids loved the body boards. The adults loved the beach chairs. The linens were top quality. We loved being able to cook some of our own meals. Our kids said to include that they loved having The ability to stream and separate balconies (which I did too! I was able to do yoga on my balcony with out the distraction of others)
Greg & Jennifer were amazing hosts, responding quickly to all communication and providing a surplus of information. It was great to be able to refer to their PDF file for recommendations. So many that we need to go back and visit the ones we missed. The pool and property were luxurious and we felt like we were at one of the top resorts on the island. Definitely would stay again and will recommend to our friends and family.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We were able to bike or walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go within the downtown area and other attractions were just a short drive away. We brought our extended family to Kauai requiring three condos. My daughter's family stayed in this property. My daughter was extremely surprised at how beautiful and well maintained the condo was including little extras, like a welcoming, bottle of wine! When I stopped in the condo I found it as beautiful as she described. Juggling three condos reservations can be a bit daunting, but communication with Greg was a delight. He responded quickly to any questions I may have had, even if I might have asked it previously. The pool and hot tub areas were cleaning, comfortable and well maintained. The only downside of the Waipouli Beach Resort is it's private beach....the beach is like quicksand and the water is not very clear, but there are so many other beaches in the area this is a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Greg for all you do!

Stayed in D-303 with my family and it was perfect! Well-stocked kitchen made living there for the week seamless; we felt like we were home. The unit was quiet (faces the street) and we slept soundly on excellent beds and used the lanai many times. Owner had very helpful tips for exploring and enjoying the area, including just hanging out at the fabulous pool and enjoying the lush resort grounds, complete with happy-hour drinks at the Oasis Bar overlooking the ocean. We'll be back!

This is the second time I've stayed at the Waipouli Resort and it's great!! This condo in particular was fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone. I really appreciated the little things the condo had.....boogie boards and snorkel gear available for guests to use along with movies and books. This place is well built too....no noise! You barely hear people in the hallways. Pool is super fun. The kids loved the slides!
Kapaa is a great location being centrally located between both ends of the island. Greg, the owner, is an absolute dream to work with and made everything so easy!!! We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was very well appointed, clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was 5 star and was equipped with everything anyone would ever need. We have stayed at many locations throughout the U.S. , Caribbean, HI and would rate this as one of the best accommodations we have rented. Greg is obviously all about providing a first rate and great experience. I would recommend this unit to anyone I know.

Kauai is known for it's wet weather, but we experienced excellent weather the whole week, even though rain was forecasted for most of the days. We had 15 min of rain on 2 out of 7 days. (Mid May).
We really liked the D-303 unit and all of the extras: 4 nice beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, snorkel gear, and baby items. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could think of, even a rice cooker! Greg was wonderful to work from the booking all the way through the very end of the trip. Extremely responsive to any questions we sent his way.
The BBQs in the pool area were in very good condition. The beds were comfortable. The condo/resort was very relaxing and laid back.

We stayed here with our family of 5 for 5 nights and had a wonderful time! The location of this resort is perfect. We loved that it was right in the heart of town, across the road from a grocery store and also with regard to the island, central for us between the north for exploring Princeville and the south for Poipu. The condo itself is lovely, the pool was great for the kids and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. 2 huge bathrooms, and 2 large bedrooms make it very comfortable. Lots of gear for the beach is provided including cooler bags which came in handy. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to stay here again ourselves one day. Greg was great to work with. We thought the A/C was broken one day so I emailed him and he responded immediately and took care of it. Turns out it was a building wide issue that didn't last long but I was pleased with how he dealt with it so quickly. All in all a fantastic stay here.

The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and in the perfect location. We could easily head North or South for adventures each day. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great pool and other amenities, also right near grocery store and other conveniences.

"DELUXE" in every sense of the word! When looking for a place to stay in Kaua'i, I searched and viewed every renting agency, public and private, and when I found the Waipouli Beach condominiums, the rate was unbelievable and a great surprise for this A1 condition condo. Too wonderful and beautiful to be true, but it is true and exactly as shown on the pictures . You can see by yourself when you view the site. Everything is exactly as you see it, perfect. Everything in this condo is the best, a kitchen equipped with luxury, big and small apparatus, as everything in the drawers. Their beds are so comfortable that you'll want to change yours when you get back home. Ensuite bathrooms, washer & dryer, like the rest are the best. Outside the condo is the same, comfort, luxury and beautiful all over from the parking to the beach. The outside common place is beautiful with a circular pool, jacuzzi, two water slides for the kids and adults, outside BarBQ, restaurant, etc. The location in Kapaa is right where you'll want to be, as it is middle of every place you want to visit. At the most a few hours, you are South, North and West for visiting all the best sites in Kaua'i. The view from this unit is on the mountain side and there is a shopping center on the other side of the street and you get to take advantage of all what Waipouli Beach Resort has to offer, plus it’s location in Kaua'i. The rate is much lower than you would expect, probably because of the Mountain side location. If you want to have a better view, you have to expect to pay more and pay for the view. We stayed there one full week, 4 of us, and we appreciated our stay as the best place we stayed on the 3 islands of the Hawaiian Islands that we have visited. Hope to be back there soon.

We are all apprehensive when renting the unknown, and traveling to a new place for the first time. I know we were. We soon discovered the condos (we rented two) were everything as seen in the photos and more. impressive quality & high-end features.The two master suites divided by the common living area is a great design, also the entire complex was well thought out and very clean. I mean people cleaning every day. The lazy river pool, hot tubs. the bar & restaurant right next to the beach, WOW!! What a GREAT TIME we all had. The close proximity to shopping and dining is extremely nice.The management co. as well as the owner were very helpfull when we had an issue with one of the TV's. We definitely miss the Kountry Kitchen restaurant. We WILL be back, with more friends and family.
Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

100/100 - Great central location in Kauai. Great amenities available in the complex - pool, workout facility, restaurant, spa, grilling facility and very helpful concierge. Located approximately 15 minutes from a large department store and grocery wholesale store and directly across the street from two large grocery stores.
Condo was top notch. All amenities - washer, dryer, great kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds - all very clean. The condo has beach gear - wave boards, snorkel gear etc.
When we go back to Kauai we will stay at Waipouli Beach again!

This unit was all it was described and more. Well crafted, beautiful design, very comfortable.
This was as nice as anywhere we have been, including some well known resorts.
The pool area is awsome, the Oasis restaurant is delightful, absolutely had no complaints.

My family really enjoyed staying at this tastefully decorated and fully equipped condo on Kauai's east coast. It has tvs in each bedroom and the living room (also sound system with ipod dock), huge bathrooms, comfortable beds with high quality linens, lots of stuff for the beach, and modern appliances. Cooking our meals was more convenient with our daughter and helped save money.
There is a good restaurant with a view, and a spa on the property. There's also a tour desk, although everything was so close we just booked everything directly ourselves. We enjoyed the 'river' pool and water slides, and there was a shallow artificial beach area for our daughter. The hot tubs were very enjoyable after a day sightseeing.
The location was great - 20 minutes to the airport and Lihue, 45 minutes to Poipu, an hour to the north coast. It's across from the Safeway and Foodland, and you can walk to a couple of good restaurants in the area. We really loved Tiki tacos. The Smith Family gardens and luau is about 15 minutes drive - their luau food was delicious. We did a helicopter tour with Moana Loa helicopter tours at the airport - it was spectacular! Definitely do doors off.
The property does face the parking lot and the street. However, there is no road noise, and there are trees outside your window which shade the view.
Greg was super helpful, responding promptly to all our inquiries. I would stay at this property again and definitely recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our time on Kauai. Groceries were right across the street. Pretty convenient location overall. The pool was great. The condo was furnished with high quality all around, the only thing missing was a tub stopper.

The unit was very centrally located and within very close proximity (walking) to grocery stores, many restaurants and all amenities. Unit was furnished beautifully and was very clean and new in appearance. It also was stocked with boogie boards, sand pails for kids, chairs for beach... even some swim goggles and fins. Very handy!! The view of mountains was nice... although you do have to look over the safeway to see them... so, not a perfect view. But, we found it to be very acceptable... as we were not really in room that often... but, off exploring. There is a wonderful restaurant, Oasis, on site... which we thoroughly enjoyed... both the food and fabulous ocean views were great!! Happy hour offered some great discounts on drinks and apps... And, there is direct beach access.. which was also very nice. The pool and work out facilities were GREAT!! My daughter lives on island, and she indicated it's one of the best pools around!! it has a lazy river feature and two slides for the kids... really excellent!! Bedding was upgraded and beds very comfortable... lots of linens and a great washer/dryer if needed. Kitchen well stocked... and very "workable" with high end appliances and features. We enjoyed it and would definitely go back!

Loved this room, loved the location, loved the amenities. This is a condo that is beautifully furnished with everything you could ask for. It is centrally located on the Island so we could go north or south easily and quickly to enjoy both sides of the Island. We would highly recommend this unit for any family of 4-6. Would definitely rent again!

Waipouli Resort is truly spectacular! We loved this resort and the condo exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautifully decorated, had comfy beds, and had everything and more that you would need on a holiday. We felt very much at home here. We would recommend this resort to anyone planning a holiday to Kauai. We will definitely be returning!
