My family and I stayed in D-104 from December 1-11 to celebrate my 40th birthday (Christmas Day birthday). My husband, two daughters (ages 8 and 2), my mom, my mother in law, and father in law all stayed comfortably in this unit. We had additional family members who flew in as well, and they all stayed at this resort. We chose this condo since it was a ground unit, which is great for kids to be able to go outside. We liked how close it was to the pool, and koi pond too. We loved the pool! It’s a fun pool for kids to use. The two slides, hidden cave, and lagoon area are a plus. We loved how close it was to the beach. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was stocked well. We would definitely stay at this resort again, and would love to stay at this exact condo in the future if it is available. Kauai is a beautiful island! It might be one of my favorites out of all of them.

This unit fit 2 grandparents, 3 kids(7-14) and my wife and myself perfectly. We’ve been to Kauai a few times and this is our new favorite place to stay. Centrally located with a ton of food options. We’ll be back!

We were a mixed group of one family with teenagers and an extra family friend. The apartment was perfect for us - big, comfortable beds, plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. The space is decorated nicely and really added and the pool was a huge hit even with the teenagers. The location is an ideal base for getting around the island, as well as just walking across the road for groceries (and addictively delicious shave ice). Can’t praise the apartment highly enough!

Had a great time with three generations of our family. The pool area is terrific for all ages. D104 had plenty of room for our party of 7 and the location is really convenient (short walk from car with bags of groceries from across the street!). Thanks, hope to be able to return someday.

Perfect location and more than roomy enough for our group of 7! 4 adults 3 children. Quiet, close to parking, walk out lanai to pool area was the best! Wonderful beach, condo has chairs and boogie boards. Of course the kitchen is fully equipped. Mahalo

We loved our stay and our only regret was not staying longer. Our stay was as incredibly comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 kids plus grandma and uncle who joined us for a total of 7 people. We loved the pool. The location was ideal and made it easy to travel up and down the island in our car. We’d stay here in a heartbeat again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and grounds were always clean as well as the kids loved the two pool slides. When we arrived the unit was clean and very welcoming. We had our Daughter and her family with us and the unit was just the right size for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the extra space with the two beds in the same room and huge bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of space and great drink ware and dishes for 10! We used to BBQs out by the pool one night which were clean and even had a nice view of the pool with underwater lights. The beds were comfy and they put a mattress topper on at our request. Its a great location and the town is really growing with new restaurants. Traffic towards Lihue was the only complaint of the trip. So much fun on Kauai and great space in this unit! Would definitely stay again.

Waipouli Beach Resort was just what we were hoping for, great pool and easy access to the beach. The beach at the resort is not ideal for swimming but fun to play on the beach. Easy walk to Safeway and Wailua Shave Ice. The resort has beach toys of all sorts which was great. The condo itself was beautiful and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Lots of towels and a very spacious unit! We would definitely book this resort and unit again!

This property was perfect for our family! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The grounds are gorgeous, the condo is very clean and it’s very close to the airport which is a huge plus! D104 is our new favorite spot in Kapaa and we can’t wait to come back here to make even more new memories. They also provided beach chairs, an ice chest and an umbrella which was very nice to have for our daily beach trips.

We had 2 families staying at this property. It was the perfect place! The condo had plenty of space and all the items we needed to make our stay comfortable. The 2 bedroom was way more than enough room for our family of 5. The kitchen has everything you need to cook nice meals in. The location to the pool makes it easy to run ba k and forth with littles. We also loved how close it was to the main entrance/parking. Easy to walk across the street to Safeway for groceries which is a huge plus when traveling with kids. We loved the pool. Candace was so helpful! We look forward to coming back soon!

We have stayed at other condos at Waipouli Beach Resorts and for the most part it compared to other condos. Same amenities.
This unit is on the first floor and right off the main lobby. The unit also opens up to the pool area, so that convenient for everyone especially kids.
Everything was expected - we did report that the cooking range was not heating up and the dryer had some issue which they fixed promptly.

We loved our stay at this property! There was more than enough room for our family of five, and everything was top notch. The location and proximity to the pool and the resort entrance made getting to where we needed to go fast and convenient. This was my first trip to Hawaii and the property was PERFECT. 4 girls stayed here and we had plenty of space, beds were so cozy, enough space to not feel crowded and literally steps from the ocean. The staff and security were incredibly friendly and the property was so quiet and clean. We would walk to the ocean every morning for sunrise and start our day with breakfast in the condo. Shopping center is right across the street for groceries, airport is 15 min, everything to see is within 45 minutes. Literally perfect and the hosts made it SO easy for us. Thank you thank you thank you!

Can we just say WOW! Such a beautiful condo on the first level (no stairs to worry about for grandma)! Service for the pool and restaurant were Excellent. The location of this property is very convenient with coffee shop, grocery, Shave Ice right across the street. We recommend this beautiful rental for families up to 8! We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for 5 girls & the 3 bathrooms (two with double sinks) & large countertops made getting ready quick & easy! Several hair dryers. The washer & dryer made packing easy with less sand in our suitcases on the way home! The water slide was fun & 3 hot tubs! The restaurant was amazing! We made a reservation. Love that the property is on the beach! Beach bikes for rent made for a ride along the boardwalk to restaurants & shops just north of the property. Great central location for exploring the north, south, & west sides of the island. Parking was easy. The Starbucks & Safeway made it easy to grab a quick breakfast before exploring for the day as most restaurants don’t open until 11am. Can go on & on how amazing our stay was!

Fantastic ground floor condo with split bedroom floor plan. Lovely and clean interior, with very comfortable & updated furnishings, easy access to beautiful property. From the pool area to the private beach only a 2 minute walk from unit, it’s a super relaxing and fantastic VRBO. We highly recommend it and would stay here again. Unit worked incredibly well for 3 teenagers in large two bedroom and there’s even a small bathroom off main room for anyone enjoying huge living/dining room. Unit is adjacent to ‘lobby’ which really is more of a pass-thru and very quiet- we actually loved the convenience of close access to parking and no stairs. Really enjoyed (& preferred!) the east side of Kauai- less congested than south and more options for food and shops! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!!

We had such a great time here. The room was exactly what we expected. The pool was outrageous. The restaurant was pretty good also. We were centrally located and were able to see all the sites on the island of Kauai . The apartment was gorgeous with everything needed for a great stay. . There was not one thing that we were disappointed with this apartment. I recommend it highly without any reservations.
