The property and location was very nice. Close to the market and shopping. Beach was walking distance but not the best for swimming. Pools were amazing just really cold and one of the hot tubs were shut down.
The only down fall was the room wasnât thoroughly cleaned. Smudges on the mirror, previous guests clothes and slippers under the bed. Also, had a unusual smell when we first arrived. Aside from all that, we would stay at this property again.

Condo was clean and comfy. If you lean over balcony a little you have a peak of water. View from condo was just ok but we were not inside much. Grounds, pool and beach all very nice. Water in Kauai is rough so we swam in pool after sitting on beach for views. There was a monk seal every morning on the beach which was very cool to see. Island is very easy to get around and driving times weâre not bad. Restaurant on site âThe Oasisâ is outstanding, we would stay here again.

We had a remarkable stay at the Waipouli Resort and Spa. We had plenty of room for the six of us and privacy when we needed it. The facilities are wonderful with easy access to a well appointed and clean pool, plenty of lounge chairs, fun for the kids. There is a great gym and I can't forget a beautiful clean beach where I enjoyed beautiful sunrises.
Our hosts were incredibly attentive! Quick response when questions came up, accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra day, and intuitive in providing amenities we hadn't thought of, but were there when we needed them. I would go back to this property in a heartbeat!

This condo was so spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub were great. We rented a car to get around which was a lifesaver to golf, snorkel and see Poipu beach. The property spa was also absolutely amazing - best massage ever. It is so convenient to get to a grocery store, dinner dining and ice cream shops. Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was large for our family of 5 & laid out well. One room had a king with a double sink/toilet/shower/tub private bath & a walkout balcony with a table & 4 chairs. Another queen room had a private bath with a double sink/whirlpool tub/toilet & balcony with 2 chairs. There is a 3rd bathroom off the kitchen with a sink/shower/toilet. The child using the pullout couch was able to access that third bathroom without bothering anyone in the bedrooms.
We enjoyed the 3 balconies even though the views were not of a beach but rather the parking lot. You could glimpse a little ocean view off one of them. We didn't mind because the beach was a close walk downstairs. I was impressed with the speed of the washer/dryer that was in the condo. An arcade, ice cream shop & shave ice place are all across the street for the kids & a quick walk. So is a Ross & a grocery store.
During this trip to Hawaii, we also stayed at another condo on Maui & Disney's Aulani on Oahu. This Kauai property had the best room layout for our family of all our stays. While the pools weren't as elaborate as Aulani, they were much quieter & less crowded. I also thought the Oasis restaurant on site at this condo was one of the best meals I had during the entirety of our trip. I also found that we had all the information we needed for our stay from Priscilla before arriving & had no questions while there, which was not the case at all with our Maui condo. I would stay here again!

We picked this resort due to our daughter getting married close by. The resort is right across the street form Safeway Supermarket and is on the beach. The beach is somewhat rocky in the water so bring good water shoes butthe pool, beach and resort are very nice. No complaints at all.

The condo was very nice. Clean. Rooms were all large and comfortable. Very soundproof; we werenât sure we even had neighbors. Pool area, River, and pool slides were great. Onsite restaurant (The Oasis) was very nice. Was very convenient having the Wailua Shaved Ice right across the road đ. Safeway, Ross, and snorkeling equipment rental was also close. We loved the ocean view from some areas onsite, but our view was more of the parking lot and the mountains/sunset. The elevator access was over in the next building.

Overall a fantastic property and excellent location being at the midway point between the north and western ends of the island. The elevator situation is a bit confusing, but we were able to figure it out.
Pool hours are 7am to 10pm daily, with towel service only between the hours of 7am to 7pm, so plan accordingly. Property is close to lots of great restaurants and easy access to groceries across the street. We highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

We loved our stay here! They should add a picture of the view from the unit, because itâs actually pretty nice and you can see a sliver of the ocean. Whenever there isnât a picture of the view I assume it is terrible, but it was nice! It was great having 3 bathrooms and the unit had so much space. Even with 6 people we didnât feel like we were too crowded. Two in our party had early online classes they had to attend and they were able to go on the patio and everyone else could stay asleep. The pool and hot tubs were perfect too and the hours were longer than the owner said, which was nice. Would love to stay again on our next trip!

Spent eight nights here and couldnât be happier. Top floor corner unit was super quiet and a nice shady escape from the sun. The pictures donât really do it justice - these are really top-end condos built with quality materials and appliances. We had everything we needed and would gladly stay here again. The pool area was way less crowded than expected - we could always find space to put our things by the pool. The first morning we were the only ones out there. Had dinner at the Oasis restaurant onsite beachside and it was really good. The girls loved the daily feeding of the coi fish at 8:30. The pool area has three hot tubs - one for families - and a large shallow area for kids. The signs say no pool toys are allowed but we did see a few with floatie noodles. The ocean beach is great, but not really safe for little ones. There are plenty of other beaches for that though. Five stars all around!

Great property. Exactly as advertised. Beautiful beach steps away. Pool was great too. No view of beach or pool from condo (technically you can glimpse the ocean from the deck), but we enjoyed the quiet and could be in the water in minutes. Safeway and Starbucks immediately across the street. Great location to visit North and South Shores. There was a little problem with traffic due to road work, but that can happen anywhere. Enjoyed dinner at Hukilau Lanai and Hualani's. Kayaking on the Hanalei River was fun, and of course no visit to Kauai would be complete without visiting Waimea Canyon and Napali Coast. Condo check-out was a breeze. Owner was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

I brought my family of five (three kids ranging from 3-8) we had a great time. The condo was clean and ready for us to arrive, I had multiple questions beforehand that the owner responded to quickly. The resort was clean and very family friendly, great restaurant on site. Safeway across the street was convenient. Beach was a little rough with big waves but they had chaise lounges available so that was nice. Lots of food options close by and tons of activities within a short drive.

We loved our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. There was plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The condo was in a quiet location in the complex- top floor, facing the garden and mountains and part of the parking lot. Unit had everything we needed except a beach umbrella, which we were able to rent in the main lobby.
Our favorite part was the pool - slides were fun and there was also a little cave behind one of the waterfalls that my kids loved to go in. Beach out front of the complex was just ok, so we chose to drive to other beaches nearby.
Communication with the property manager was great - very responsive and helpful.

Every day we said to each other âthis condo and this property is just perfect for us!â We weâre grandparents traveling with our daughters family of two young children. I actually chose this condo because it had a porta-crib and a high chair, both of those were essential for our little ones. But after arriving there were SO many other wonderful things that also made this condo a wonderful choice. Yes, it faced the parking lot, but also the mountains, we had breakfast on the lanai every morning. ( I actually think facing the pool might be too âbusyâ and possibly loud). It was clean, very well equipped & the washer and dryer was a Godsend! There were boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and even a large umbrella, that came in very handy! The whole complex is WONDERFUL!! So perfect for families! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on premises is nice but expensive. There is a beach, but much better ones for little ones close by. Safeway, Ross, Starbucks, Ice cream and a shave ice right across the street!! Plus, there is a bike path right down town Kapaâa!! Loved it all!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! Harold and Priscilla were very helpful when we had some challenges checking in and even came over to make sure that everything was OK. A beautiful property and perfect place to come with kids. They had a highchair and pack and play for the baby as well as tons of beach toys to keep them entertained. We booked this unit specifically to stay at Waipouli because of the pool and water slides. Great for families with kids who love to spend a lot of time in the pool. The unit faces southwest so it has a view of the mountains as well as the parking lot and town buildings. It's an end unit so one of the bedrooms does not share a wall with neighbors which is nice. The master bedroom shares a wall with the next door unit. Being a top floor unit is ideal with no one overhead!
The owner is a great communicator and responsive when we had a question about the unit. It comes stocked with lots of gear for the beach which is nice (body boards, camp chairs, various snorkels, masks and fins) and I also noticed things for little kids (pack n play, high chair, etc)
It could have used a few small touches like a sponge, ziploc bags, saran wrap, tin foil but all those things can be purchased at Safeway just across the street. Very convenient location to Safeway, a few restaurants and easy access to both the north and south shore.
We would definitely stay at this unit again when we want to return to Waipouli.

Our only problem was our entry code did not work and it took almost 1/2 hour to get in touch with owner after calling and texting numerous phone numbers given to us on our check in sheet- not a great way to start our vacation , but after that litttle hiccup it was an awesome trip. Our daughter left some things in the dryer, and the owner went out of her way to tak to the cleaners and we actually were able to get her clothing back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Everything was First Class! From the Bedding, kitchen, location and the resort itself. The grounds were very clean as well as the condo. The location is very ideal being right on the beach! The pool was fantastic with the waterslides and beautiful landscapes. We will definitely be coming back!

The unit is spacious and clean. The local owner went out of the way to make sure our needs were met. We didnât have a car at first (be sure to make and bring a car reservation), and he even offered to drive us to Costco. That wasnât necessary as Safeway is across the street. The pool is amazing, with so many twists and turns that we often felt we had the pool to ourselves. The water slides were great fun. There is an area close by protected by two jetties where beginners can try to use the boogy Board in the unit. There were also beach chairs we used when going to Lydgate Park which is just st two miles away. There are two ocean pools that were created to allow kids and beginners to snorkel safely, and there is the most amazing playground we have ever seen. We had just a Mountain View but the mountains were beautiful. We loved our time staying here.

AC was nice and cold when we checked in. Unit was very clean and the owners provided lots of extra amenities such as a high chair, pack and play, booster seat, boogie boards, fins, beach chairs and umbrellas, laundry detergent, lots of towels and soaps.
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this beautiful property and first in this unit and they have maintained theirs wonderfully. Location in Kapaâa was perfect for us. Safeway and Starbucks across the street.
Only request (not the responsibility of the owner): Wish the pool would provide more than 6 towels a day and you could swap them for dry towels like other hotels. With little kids in and out of the pool all day it would be nice to have towels that were not wet at the end of the day. Also, they have not restarted their poolside food and drink service yet do not allow you to have a cooler at the pool for your own food and snacks.

We had an incredible time. The property is beautiful with a great restaurant on site wonderful beach to watch the sunrise. The pool and hot tub are great and the Safeway and ABC gift store are across the street. The location in Kapaâa is great if you have a vehicle because itâs halfway between Hanalei and Poipu and a short drive to waterfalls you can drive to and the river you can kayak. We loved our time there and the condo had everything we needed. Two huge bathrooms and two nice bedrooms. Great for a family. And the hosts were communicative and responsive. So grateful!

My husband and I stayed here in September, for 6 days, and we had a great time! The condo was beautiful, just as the pictures had shown. I wasn't too sure how a "condo" would turn out since this was our first time to stay in one. We have always stayed in hotels or suites. I was also concerned at first with the $300 deposit paid upfront.
However, when we got there.. all my concerns disappeared because the place was very nice and close to everything. I would compare Priscilla's condo to a Marriott or Doubletree or any of the Hilton Honors locations. It's clean, in a nice location, and central to everything in Kauai. It has central A/C, but we hardly used it at all, because there is a nice breeze from the lanai. As already mentioned, there is a shopping center across the street, which is very convenient. We had the best dining experience across the street, at Pau Hana Bar & Grill... home of Tony's Fish & Chips, which is to die for!!
Mahalo, Priscilla and Harold, for letting us rent your place. BTW, the $300 deposit was promptly returned to us in no time. We will be back for sure!!

This was our kids first trip to Kauai and this property was a great choice. Our kids loved the pool with the slide, and the central location was helpful in getting around. Amenities were of high quality, and check-in could not have been easier. Washer/dryer in the unit was a must with our kids, and we took advantage of that situation.
We at at Oasis on the property for two nights and it was truly a hidden Gem. Although the menu was limited and wine was by the glass, we loved both meals (one with, one without kids). Starbucks and Safeway are across the street, which made Paradise a bit more civilized.
The property owner was a joy to deal with, and everything was as promised. We highly recommend this condo.

is is a wonderful condo unit! We stayed here from 4/10 to 4/22 and thought this was the perfect place to stay. The location on the east side of the island is ideally centralized for short drives to the north, south and west sides. Having the Safeway and Foodland right across the street was so convenientâwe had fresh fruit every morning for breakfast on the lanai!
Since we were in Kauai for 12 days, we took an âevery other dayâ approach to exploring the island and relaxing at the resort, so we spent about one-half of our time at the condo and resort. Everyone we dealt with at the resort was so friendly and helpful! The pool area is lovely, and has an area for the âkiddiesâ on one side, which makes for a more quiet area for adults on the other side. Beach access is easy, although not swimmable right in front of the resort. The condo unit itself is like new ---it is very comfortable, extremely spacious, CLEAN, and the beds are so comfortable. Priscilla is quick to respond to questions and is very accommodating. Overall, this was a 5 Star experience!

To begin with, Priscilla is wonderful! She took care of everything we needed; the condo was exactly as described and pictured. The grounds are immaculate, with the pools/spas crystal clear - how do they do that - no chemicals that you could smell. Priscillaâs condo is without a doubt one of the nicer condos at the resort. The furnishings are beautiful and well kept, unlike some condos we saw and the appearance is âbrand newâ. She also has a safe for your valuables and the washer and dryer are an added plus. For the first time I didnât have to come home from our vacation and do loads of laundry. It was wonderful. As for the towels, there are plenty under both bathroom sinks and blow dryers. Not all of the condos have these added features. So be careful when viewing each of them before selecting. Our family consisted of my husband and two daughters 15, 19. They loved having their own bathroom and bedroom, and I definitely enjoyed it. The rooms are so quiet, solid wood doors that really block the sound from one room to the next, as well as, I never heard the roosters, unless the outer doors were open. It was a nice touch; after all, it is Rooster Island. After touring the island from one end to the other, this is the only resort that is conveniently located within walking distance to grocery/drug store/ and so many other stores. We have traveled extensively and by far this was our favorite vacation and the nicest condo/resort we have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again and if you want a guaranteed wonderful vacation you will too!

My husband, myself, our daughter, our son and his girlfriend stayed in this condo for 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was very convenient. We explored the island during the day either heading north to Princeville or to the South it was never too long of a drive. Having the shopping plaza across the street made it easy to get groceries for our breakfast and lunches which we packed and took with us on our adventures. We always enjoyed returning to the condo after a day of exploring and spending time at the pool and hot tubs. We took advantage of the bbq grills located at the pool area a couple of times for making dinners. It was very nice to sit out on the balcony with some wine and family enjoying our dinner. The condo was very spacious. My son and his girlfriend had their own room and bathroom and my daughter slept on the pull out sofa. She also had the half bath off the entrance. It fit the 5 adults without feeling cramped. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and all the appliances were high end. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as we had all been traveling prior to spending time in Kauai. The landscaping was well maintained. There was also a large Koi pond. Priscilla was very helpful and accommodating. The condo was not being rented out on our departure date and we requested and were granted a later check out. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future.

This is a great place to stay. The property and the unit are both very well maintained and very comfortable. The best features of the property are the pool and ocean-side location; best features of the unit are the spacious kitchen and the gear supplied by the owner (snorkels, boogie-boards, portable baby crib, cooler). We had a great time.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 terrific days in August. The pictures do not do the condo or the property justice. Everything about this place is top notch. To list just a few: the staff are friendly, the facilities really clean, the condo has high end appliances making meals easy to cook/clean and the ocean front bar had live music every night. My kids ages 13/10/6 had a great time in the pool with the slides and the ocean was only steps from the property.
The owner was always very prompt in responding to my questions and made the process of renting the condo an ease.
The location was perfect for many reasons. 35 minutes from Poipu Beach, 25 minutes from Princeville and 10 minutes to Lihue. We felt the condo is in a "quiet" area of the island but it was very easy to get to all the activities the family wanted to do in the towns listed above. We thought this aspect was great!
If (when) we return, we will look to rent this condo again.

The condo was terrific! Outstanding decor and very high class. The beds were comfy and all the amenities were just great. The owners are terrific to work with and I had a very pleasant experience working with them.
I highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Kauai. It is first class all the way. You can't beat the price for the value you get. The resort is outstanding and is centrally located on the island. I can't say enough about it.
