The property and grounds are beautiful, and most staff members were friendly and welcoming. The beds, including the pull-out couch, were comfortable, and the living area was clean.
Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The bathtub was not cleaned properly to the point that our family wore shower slides while showering. The room also felt dated, and the sink leaked. Since we were only there for two nights, these issues were manageable, but we would not choose this resort for a longer stay.
The biggest disappointment was the timeshare sales experience immediately after check-in. We were directed to another desk to review resort discounts, only to be met by a very pushy sales representative trying to get us to attend a presentation. After politely declining multiple times and explaining that we wanted to enjoy our short stay, the representative became borderline rude and continued to pressure us. I finally said “maybe” just to end the conversation, only to be told we “better come back by 2 p.m.” because she didn’t want another representative getting her “star.”
This interaction left a very negative impression and significantly impacted our perception of the resort. Combined with the room issues and underwhelming restaurant service, it is unlikely we would return and would probably consider neighboring resorts on a future visit.

Our stay at the Marriott Ko Olina was such a joy. The property was beautiful and clean. There were lots of activities for kids and adults each day/night, and plenty of eating options between Longhi’s, Longboards, and the deli in the grocery store. The room was small but it suited our needs perfectly, as it had a coffee maker, microwave and a mini-fridge. It was a little dated, but super clean. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool and beach chairs were well maintained. This is our second stay here and we would totally stay here again. I highly recommend this resort.

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted right away by the valet staff, who were incredibly helpful. The check-in process was seamless and made for a stress-free start to our vacation. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was wonderful and responded quickly to all of our questions.We had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back! We loved having access to the BBQs, the beautiful pools, and the convenience of being just steps from the beach. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again!

When we first checked in the resort did put us in a parking lot facing room, although I don’t think it was any fault of the owners. We went to the main lobby upon check in to see if we did still pay for the ocean view room and we were promptly switch to an oven facing room on the 8th floor. I’m not exactly sure how the check in process works in conjunction with bookings through vrbo but I think voicing any concern you have upon initial check in is probably helpful. Our second stay here and an intensely beautiful property with a lot of amenities and fun activities to offer. Pancakes and bingo breakfast, paddle boards and swimming lagoons, Aulani next door, beautiful sunsets, what more could you ask for?! One of our favorite resorts and Hana was easy to book with and communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we extended our trip and moved rooms, stayed for ten beautiful days!

Clean room! They do only tidy once but i bet can ask for more times. Weve stayed at the Marriott before and its so great!! The pillows and bed are comfy, the kitchenette is great, definitely needed for snacks and if you plan to cook on site. Highly recommend! Pool, lagoon, is awesome! Parking and valet were easy- one night there was no place to park and valet kindly came to us, since we had sleeping kids. Go to monkeypod in the ko olina shops!

Great time share resort. The room was clean and great view of the pool. The kitchenette had a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, enough for us to have breakfast in the room. I have to say, the room was not big. We had a hard time moving to and from the balcony when the sleeper sofa was open. Kids loved the pool. The beach on the lagoon in front of the hotel was a little murky, but the next lagoon (15 min walk) was clear and had great snorkeling.

We enjoyed our stay at Marriott, but we were disappointed with our room. We booked an Ocean View, but it was covered in trees because we were on the third floor. Despite booking months in advance, we couldn’t move to a room with an ocean view. The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the location was great.

We were not given what we thought was enough information in regard to checking in. We thought that it was done as most Vrbos and we would be given a code to the door. Eventually at 11:00pm we were able to figure out that there was a check in at this Marriott Resort. They were wonderful and we were in the room in no time, but thought it would be different.

Split our confirmed 8-day stay into 2 4-day stays with no warning. First half of the stay was awesome; second half not so much (including switching rooms). The split also excluded us from complementary room service. If I could give 2.5 stars for the halfway job I would. Experience was wonderful otherwise.

The room is a little out of date compared to the resorts around it but otherwise so nice. I loved the pool and access to the beach. It was perfect!! Kitchen sink did clog a little but was an easy fix!

First the marriot Ko Olina property is incredible great staff, great place to stay had so much fun at this resort We were a bit upset the main pool had construction going on took out walkways no bar by pool or access to slide ,and it was so loud couldn't enjoy yourself by pools anyway a heads up would have been great i do construction last thing I want to hear while relaxing is a concrete saw !!!The Room we got had not much to be desired we were put in the furthest back building in the furthest corner studio 8th floor over looking the parking lot ,room was fine not a lot of room not recommended for more than 2 ,the outdoor patio was like a little dungeon not much light and looked like it needed a new update of paint and cleaning Again room was fine no frills would definitely stay at this property again would definitely look into diffrent room type and building Thanks

Had the smaller studio unit which fit our needs for the week. View on 14th floor was spectacular. Only had one snafu at check in…the room was incredibly dusty with dirty floors. The onsite team addressed it while we were at dinner and cleaned it perfectly. Great property for families. Beach lagoon is very safe and spacious. Just a nice vacation at a beautiful facility.

Everything was wonderful from the room view to the hotel activities. We appreciated that this hotel was off a main strip and beaches had more space. The small change I would suggest and I don’t know if this is for the host or the hotel, but the room sleeps 4 and the grounds have wonderful BBQ areas, the room only had 2 dinner plates, 2 salad plates, 2 bowls……etc. we managed fine but I would it would have been nice if the room sleeps 4 to have 4 of everything because we did have 4 people in the room.

Our condo was spacious and had a good location to the pools and our parking spot. The view from the balcony was very nice and the amenities were good. We would suggest the owner add a small safe to secure jewelry and wallets etc. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future!

Had a fabulous time, room was nice and clean. I was a little bummed out, We did not have beach view. They called it mountain view instead . It was more of refineries and little boats out there. But wasn't to bad. Pool were beautiful and clean. Loved all the activities available. I really didnt need to call the host for anything. Although when we had the power outage the hotel proved us with glow sticks that worked out fine until power came back. Everyone here were very pleasant.I would definitely come back...

Well appointed Studio exceeded my expectations!!! We had a partial ocean view, small tiny lanai. Good clean room. One thing we noticed was a noise coming from ceiling fan…we got used to it and not sure it was even from it. Marriott food was a hard push to a 2 out of 5 They used to have good food. Drinks inconsistent. Burger bun cold, not toasted. Everything had Chipotle on it- I asked for plain sour cream and they didn’t have any… hmmmm. How do you make chipotle sour cream - are they buying it? Not the good food or service I remember.We ended up not spending our money there. Marriott needs a quality check. Traveled with them for years at work- so I’ve seen a lot better in the past.
