This condo is lovely! You couldn’t ask for better views! It was clean and well stocked and the hosts were very responsive. The amenities at the location are also nice. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs if mobility is an issue. Also, the primary floor bathroom with a shower is in the main suite on that floor so if you’re using all of the bedrooms the primary suite on the main floor will have to share their en suite bathroom for showers.

This is a 5 star modern, well decorated home with great amenities as per property description. The air conditioning was great as it was humid and in the 80F range during our visit at the beginning of November. The ocean side pool area is a great place to watch the sun set and view the ocean. From the covered parking, there are three steps up to a landing and the entrance door and then 13 steps up to the second floor unit. There is excellent security. At check in there was a 31 registration fee.

This condo could not be better placed as the very close view of the waves crashing is spectacular from the ground floor level. And the sunsets..wow! Everything is as advertised but we found these little things very helpful. The front closet was loaded with beach gear, chairs, umbrella, boogie board and even some snorkel gear. There were enough basic spices to get us started and quiet a few condiments and such in the fridge. Both of those items are a huge bonus to us and saves us money to spend on excursions and such. The spice cabinet does need a little cleaning, but other than that, what a great place!!! Mahalo!

Loved the location in Keahou and the view from the lanai. The bathrooms were nice. Other spaces could use some updating. The unit was stocked with lots of beach towels, handy small coolers, and two great beach chairs.One frying pan in the cabinet had been put away covered in grease. Yuk! Otherwise the unit was clean.

The condo was immaculate. 10 Stars to the people that clean it.The ground surrounding the condo are absolutely beautiful and all three pools and the tennis courts are completely maintained. Kitchen is very well equipped. I could sit out on that lanai all day long and listen to the waves crash. There was a nice little goodie basket of Hawaiian made items which we very much appreciated.We will definitely be back.

The best thing about this condo is its location- situated on a beautiful golf course along the ocean. The condo is spacious and clean. The only downside was the attendants staying in the condo above us were loud- heard stomping feet and conversations. But overall we were really happy with it:)

Beautiful resort, great location, especially for snorkeling out of Keauhou Bay. The unit was as described, and we truly loved our stay. One thing to note, it is a ground floor entrance with a full flight of stairs to the main level on the second floor. This means a much better view for the sunsets, but does have the stairs if that’s a concern.We would love to return for another stay in the future!!!

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week stay. Very nice, well furnished condo unit layout for two, conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood south of Kailua-Kona near Keauhou Bay with access to snorkel and other tour boats. We also took advantage in walking to the small cove (He'eia) literally next door to snorkel without the crowds (had the cove to ourseleves) and which also provides a nice view from the living room area. Very pleasent stay ... highly recommened for a Kona getaway for two.

The condo was as expected based on the description and reviews. This was a nice and roomy condo right off the ocean. We were about 15 minutes from Kona, but stores and shops right up the street. We were also close to Keauhou Bay where we took a catamaran snorkeling, swimming with the Manta Rays, and went to the Outrigger Luau, which is about a 5 minute drive. There were 3 pool areas with Jacuzzis. There is not really a beach area close by, just a small one right off the property that is ok to walk on the rocks.Pros- Large roomsComfy beds with a mattress topper on each king bed (we went home and bought a mattress topper).Laundry with supplied podsStocked well- make sure to check spices etc. before going to the store.Games, puzzles, and booksPool and ocean stuff (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, ice chest, chairs, beach towels...they have it all)Cons- not manyOnly 4 low quality pillows on each bed (these are king beds. Would've liked two more, perhaps two feather pillows or fluffy ones. Almost bought my own. It didn't bother my husband, but I am particular about my pillows.Table on the Lanai is low and the railing blocks the view of the ocean. A pub high table would be really nice in this space, but a spectacular view. We spend many days and nights on the lanai.Had to run the bathroom sink a long time to get hot water.That's it for cons....minor stuff. Overall, we were please with our accommodations. Would highly recommend and definitely return!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She has a bad knee so, having something on the first floor with only a few steps to negotiate was wonderful. Parking was close to the unit and having it covered kept the temperature lower. The pools were all close by and seldom used while we were there. The unit is well stocked with cookware, towels etc. All appliances worked well and the air conditioning kept things cool and comfortable when needed. We had no issues and would recommend this property to others.

This Kona condo truly is a five-star find and the ideal base for exploring the Big Island. From the moment we stepped onto the lanai, the stunning, uninterrupted ocean view took our breath away—it provided the perfect backdrop for every morning coffee and unforgettable sunset.
Beyond the aesthetics, the unit offers incredible peace of mind. The complex is remarkably quiet and feels extremely secure, allowing for truly restful nights.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. We were amazed at how centrally located we were, with supermarkets and the local movie theater just a short drive away. For recreation, being so close to a fantastic golf course and having easy, quick access to the best beaches was a major bonus. We spent less time driving and more time relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely remodeled and had very nice furnishings. We loved the art work in the condo. It was very spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated that anything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay in Hawaii was provided (sand chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, and more). We had to make a last minute change and find a new place on our first day on the island and this place was perfect. First of all, it has AC. That is / was extremely important as the island was very hot this week. Loved the area of the property. 3 pools with one overlooking the ocean we couldn’t have asked for more. This is our first stay at a condo in the Kanaloa Resort and we loved it. It checked all of our boxes. We enjoy having a view from the lanai and this one was beautiful which, in the morning, was peaceful with views of both the nearby Heʻeia and Keauhou Bays (the path to Heʻeia Bay is great) and in the evening fun to watch as the dive boats went out for the nighttime manta ray dives. The pools were delightful-we swam in each of the three and my husband loved the grills.The unit was spacious and clean and well appointed with all that we needed. The location was perfect since we felt far away from busy and crowded Kailua-Kona town, but the amenities are very close. Keauhou shopping center one half mile away.We hope to return.

Beautiful location right next to the oceanfront pool/hot tub. Good view of the ocean and sunset from the lanai. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. There is even a wine fridge. Good sized bathrooms. Plenty of comfy lounge chairs at the pool with a great view of the ocean and umbrellas. Very close to a big shopping center with a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, and a movie theater. Keypad on the door is easy to operate. It was clean and had all the linens we needed. They supply plenty of soap for hands, dishes, and laundry.

The location is ideal. The condo is well appointed and everything is well labeled. Kanaloa is the perfect location for quick getaways for ocean adventures etc. The resort grounds are peaceful; the pools are great when you're in the mood for a freshwater dip.
