Beautiful oceanfront view. Well supplied kitchen. King bed very comfortable. Missed having a/c . . . bought a box fan to circulate air in the condo. They had 3 tower fans but had to be right in front of them to cool off. Close locator downtown Kona.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had all the conveniences of home wrapped up in this one. Needless to say the views from the Lanai were spectacular. The master bed was super comfy. Would, without a doubt stay here again.

Rent this place for the view. Sit on the lanai be lulled by the ocean. The sunset is breathtaking from here! The location is terrific for getting around Kona. (This would get a 5 star rating but the Neighbor’s were noisy along with the parking lot outside the bedroom window.)

You’ll never find a better view! The balcony looks over the waves crashing on the rocks right below you. We watched a school of dolphin swim and play right in front of us. That part was spectacular. The down side was that the place wasn’t very clean, with grease spots on the stove and counter tops, toilet not cleaned well and laundry left in the dryer. Also, this property has no air conditioning, which means the window needs to stay open all night. Wouldn’t be a big deal, except that the bedroom window is right next to the stairs, so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be woken up by every person going in and out of their units. Lastly, check out time was 10:00 a.m. That just felt too early, and we would have loved that extra hour that most other places give you. Communication was good, and the property management did offer to send someone to reclean the unit, but we just took care of it ourselves.

This property, just south of Kona, is wonderful. It is the most well-stocked vacation home/condo we have ever stayed in, including everything you need for cooking including tons of spices and plenty of good pots and pans, knives, blender, etc. Also, there is everything you need for a day at the beach. And that includes: beach chairs, snorkeling gear and fins, boogie boards, noodles, umbrella, etc. The view is practically right over the water, with spinner dolphins and whales coming through in the morning and binoculars and a scope to watch them. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and people are very friendly. By the way, the wave action right in front of the condo is perfect. Not so loud it keeps you up at night, but has a wonderful, gentle lulling that you can hear all the way to the back bedroom. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the island.

Also available were all items needed for snorkeling or visiting a beach. There was no problems other than a power outage for a few hours but there are flashlights in the closet. Linen products were plentiful but there could have been a few more kitchen towels. Overall this unit is exceptional and we would stay again when we return.

This condo was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed! We even brought out own washing detergent, but they have all of the cleaning supplies that you will need. The even have beach towels/mats, a first aid kit, the only thing that wasn't available was a hair dryer. There is no central air, but the box fan in the bedroom closet helped cool us off. The binoculars were also great to use! Fantastic location!! Magic's Grill is up the road and they have the absolute best coconut mai tai and ulu! We switched over to the Hilton for the remainder of the trip, but I definitely missed the cozy view from here. The management company is great, if you need to contact them for any reason. The only negative thing that I could say, which is no fault of the management company, is that whoever lives upstairs stomps very loudly and at all hours of the day. Let's just hope they don't live there!

The condo had an amazing view of the ocean and the sunsets! It was so calm and peaceful to sit on the patio and enjoy our morning coffee and our quiet evening time. It was in a great location away from the main hustle and bustle of the town. Can’t wait to visit again.

The condo had everything you could possibly need for the kitchen, bathroom, books & games, and beach supplies.

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Our favorite thing was the view off the lanai. I spent a lot of time relaxing there. The condo was sparkling clean and well stocked with everything from beach equipment to kichen supplies. We had a blast snorkeling at two step and Hohekena beach. We enjoyed seeing the volcano and eating lunch at Sauncy Mamas food truck in nearby Mountain View. There are also some great restaurants in Kona. But we saved a lot of money cooking in our kitchen. If you plan on driving around the island Costco has the best price for gas. I would love to come back!

This property totally lived up to the description. The view of the ocean and the sunsets was lovely and we liked being on a 1st floor condo which opened out onto the beautiful grounds. It was very well equipped and had extras like beach chairs. The terrace furniture was very comfortable and that was where we spent most of our time. There was a market close by and numerous restaurants which we could access by walking down the beach if we chose. Really glad we picked the specific condo.
