The apartment had everything you needed, I didn't have to buy anything except food. There is air conditioning in the room, which made our stay more pleasant. There was also parking on site.I will recommend it to everyone :)

This place was perfect for me and a girlfriend. Well, equipped, spacious and super clean. PS after a day at the beach you were definitely appreciate the AC in the elevator !! I will definitely book again.

Royal Sea Cliff is an amazing condo complex with lush foliage, two pools and amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Common areas in the front of the units provide a magical place for sunset maitais.
Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice unit! Older but well maintained. It has a nice private layout for 2 couples or a family. It’s spacious with a wonderful south western facing lanai. Likely one of the nicer locations within the Royal Sea Cliff group. Unit #705 is further away from the water and closer to the road but it was quiet and the view of the water and up the mountain are nice from the top floor.

Location was good. I did have to drive to the main restaurant/shopping area but there was plenty of parking every single time I went. The condo itself was very comfortable. Loved the wicker recliner in the main room. There was a nice gift basket left in the fridge for us. Spent a lot of time out on the balcony and saw multiple whales!!! Bring your binoculars. Had an amazing sunset 1 evening. Looked like an erupting volcano. If I ever return to the Big Island, would rent this condo again.

1) Uncomfortable chairs in dining area and on lanai are too low to reach the table for reading, eating, playing card; floor pads are missing on several dining room chairs
2)Washing machine needs instructions; so does dishwasher; freezer shelf is in upside down
3)Dishes: too few (barely enough for 3 people) and too heavy; needs small dishes. Top shelves could not be reached w/o climbing on kitchen stool
4) smoke alarm on stove top goes off when broiling; very annoying
5) suggest checking with other units in complex for improvement ideas

Super easy check in. Management responded quickly for our request for additional sheets. Condo was spacious and great view. Pool was somewhat of a walk but good to get our steps in and gorgeous view from the pool - listen to the waves while poolside. Would stay here again!

Suited our needs well. We had a 2 year old with 2 couples, so a kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was necessary.
The light switches were low enough for the 2 year old to reach, and the tub in the smaller bathroom was slow to drain, but these are minor issues compared to the nice layout, pool access, pool/beach items, and lovely ocean and sunset view from the lanai.
Text communication was easy and welcomed. Although documents in the room state check out is at 11am, a quick text to the property manager clarified that check out was at 10am as stated in the reservation email. Also, although the in-room document states this, you don't need to go all the way to the garage to drop trash; there's a trash room located to the elevator. We learned that a little late in the game.
Again, minor compared to the great stay. Definitely recommend!

Nice location. Unit was as described. It seemed like a first time rental as it wasn't complete. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed reading books from the bookcase in the lobby! Very nice pools.

Always love Hawaii. The wrong gate code was given so we could not park. But the management responded quickly. Beach chairs and towels are added benefit. Missed having an umbrella tho. There is nothing wrong with the condo but the furniture is minimal and not very comfortable. The beds tho are fine. And TVs and internet are great if you need to work remotely. A couple loungers on the patio would be welcome and another chair. In the living area too.
