We enjoyed our stay very much! It was quiet, relaxing, had everything we needed,& in a good location. Tip, the easiest way to find the unit, after entering the parking garage, is to just park outside the unit, and walk up the steps, rather than finding/using the elevators.

This is a small studio with a King Bed and a couch that makes a twin bed. The King Bed has 3 inch foam pad on top of mattress which makes so you feel every movement of other person The sheets need upgraded very old and scratchy. Towels are good. Beach towels and toys were great. This is small unit only one chair to watch tv in not in bed. Only about a 2 feet of useable space around bed. Good for only a couple with small child. Not great for 2 adults.

The accomodations at this condo were fabulous and it is in the perfect location. Its close to multiple beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook breakfast and make coffee on days we didnt eat out and especially appreciated having a washer and dryer. The patio has a view of the ocean and it was wonderful waking up and being able to see the view from the bed. The host was wonderful and was extremely responsive to questions we had and even recommended restauants to go to. Definitely recommend!!

Our condo was awesome! The nice house cleaner did a great job, the condo was very clean. Has a great lanai with a view. The owner was a treat to deal with and very attentive to any of our needs! The only caution we have is the bed, it’s so comfortable you might not want to get out and start your day!!! 😉
He has everything you’d need for the beach and pool! Stocked nicely and easy load and unload location!
Definitely recommend this unit for any couples looking for a beautiful Kona vacation!!!!

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for the two of us, including the most comfortable bed. Very quiet here. Handy to have washer and dryer and nice size kitchen and very bigh covered linea. We would definitely love to come stay in this unit again!

We passes a week,there, to visit the island. Owner was responsive and all indications were clear and detailed. The beach gear is complete and we enjoyed using it.
Would recommend the place for anyone who wish a quiet place to rest and chill after visiting some parts of the island

We spent our spring break in Kona and we loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed from linens and towels, to all basic kitchen necessities, to beach must-haves (towels, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.), to ocean facing lanai where we had every meal, to ocean side pools and BBQ!
We were within 10 minute drive of 3 types of beaches that had fun waves, awesome snorkeling, or a calm lagoon with watercraft rentals. Tom was available and attentive! We'd love to come back!

Comfortably situated just south of Kailua Kona with an ocean view. Air-conditioned end unit offers privacy. Convenient parking. Facilities adequate. Washer/dryer included.

This is a nice little condo. The location is close to town. It has 2 very nice pool areas to relax by and a nice lanai. The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the bathroom could have used a little updating.

Great location in Kona. Property was clean, easy parking. Specific unit was exactly what we needed including a kitchen allowing us to save money on meals. It's a couple miles from the main area downtown, close enough for a walk if you're up for it but far enough away that you're not impacted by the hustle and bustle of the downtown activity. Communication and details from Tom, the landlord could not have been better. We will very likely go back.

Don't know who's apt that is , but it was not ours . The "condo " was overfilled with miss matched ,thrift store not easily used furniture . Kitchen was so poorly stocked with basic food prep and storage items ,it was difficult to use . Not good value for the price. You can do better with a little searching .

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay in this studio unit at the Royal Sea Cliff. It is an end unit, so it is quiet and private with easy access to parking. The view and lanai are very nice. There is plenty of room on the lanai for the two lounge chairs and a round table which we enjoyed as an ideal place for sunset dinners. Ocean view is very pleasant and photos on the listing are accurate. One thing I really enjoyed about the Lanai is that it is shaded until early afternoon and thus a very comfortable retreat on which to relax, enjoy a coffee and book and catch the view of the ocean through the palms.
The unit is a studio but there is ample room for a couple. The full kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom down the entry hall all adds to the sense of spaciousness not usually expected in a studio. The unit was clean and well equipped, and the owner was attentive and business dealings clear and well managed.
This was our second stay at the Royal Sea Cliff which has become a favorite option on the Kona side. We will definitely return next time we find ourselves on the big island.

Grounds are beautiful. Condo was well stocked with everything. Used the facility's BBQ lots. Found that you really didn't need to use the ac as a stand up fan provided lots of air movement. Condo was clean and the bed very comfortable. You had a nice partial view of the ocean and could always hear the surf too. Tom was very accommodating and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nice and well equiped condo with lanai and partial ocean view in a nice complex. Equipment meets the description. Kona Coffee every day until 11:00 AM free to serve. Owner was good and promptly accessible. Thanks Tom, we had a nice and relaxing stay.
