The pictures do not do this condo justice as everything is exactly how it appears but better! The location was perfect for me as it’s close enough to get into town (it’s even on the Kona Trolley line) but far enough away that you felt completely at peace without the noise and congestion that comes from being right in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were great: Cable TV, Internet, Pool table, Lanais, A/C, washer/dryer. Villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. Had a mongoose sighting a couple times! Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us.

This property is stunning. The pictures make it look a bit dated and leave you wondering if the view is really as good as you think it is. OMG. It is huge, nicely decorated with lovely furniture and art, and is well set up for extending the living space onto the large lanai. Speaking of which, the lanai has gorgeous solid wood patio furniture and a direct view of the sun setting over the ocean. The shoreline is not ideal for swimming but the pool (again, way better and larger than the pictures) is immediately adjacent and gorgeous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. We swam and snorkled with sea turtles and gorgeous fish at a black sand beach 8 minutes away but drove by at least four beaches on the way there. You should definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a large unique property on the ocean. Great sunsets and views. The sound of the ocean was soothing. The pool table is a bonus. The pictures just don’t do justice to this unit, which is spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool is also convenient. The host is responsive when needed.

Really clean, well-appointed condo in a perfect location, both in terms of its location steps from the ocean and 10 minutes by car to Kona’s shops and restaurants. Ideal for our family of five. I would recommend this place very highly.

Property was just right for our family of 4. Wonderful location right on water made for some great sunsets and dinners on the patio. Only a mile or so walk to Kailua town.

As described, the location is spectacular. Property is spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated and oddly configured, especially the si big room filled with pool table. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. I have high standards and this property exceeded them. It was very clean and had so many amenities such as a nice washer and dryer in the condo. The lanai was beyond stunning! Everything was exceptional including the bedding and towels which were so soft! I’d live here if I could and only hope to return someday.

We loved this condo. Location was great for our family of 5 (kids ages 17, 17, 13). The 3 kids took the master bedroom, utilizing the twin pull-out loveseat, and parents slept in the "guest" room which had a full bath attached. The views were spectacular, and we got a lot of use out of the pool table. We had friends staying in the area, and this gave us enough room to host cocktail hour before going out for dinner. Be sure to get updated WiFi access info in advance. The access information in our welcome packet was outdated, and we had to run in circles to obtain access. WiFi is not very strong, so we would not have been able to use it for business purposes. By no means would this deter us from staying here again in the future.

The wrap around view is fantastic, and the villa is appointed very, very nicely. It’s probably the best, or certainly one of the best, units in the development. Stunning location, really. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed just hanging around on the Lanai …
The unit is surprisingly spacious, and lounging inside was a pleasure as well. The development is upscale and quite secure, the grounds beautiful and well cared for, the parking is underground and sheltered, and the walk to the unit is relatively short. We enjoyed runs along Ali’i Drive, visits to nearby beaches, easy access to restaurants and things to do, and simply just being there.
Loved everything about the place! Plan to come back!

The property sits right on the rocks at the water's edge. My girlfriend and I spent mornings having coffee outside staring at the ocean. It is also perfectly positioned to catch the sunset over the water. You get a private covered spot in the parking garage.

The property is very large - much more spacious than you think and views are amazing (windows wrap the living area and you wake up to sweeping ocean view in the master, too!)/////. It is tastefully decorated in Island type furnishings with very nice Hawaiian artwork. The kitchen has everything possible you would need. The linens were resort/high quality and towels big and thick! The owner didn’t skimp on any aspect of comfort!~. The master shower is a total indulgence! It was great to have the extra half bath as well. We loved the place and would highly recommend! Well worth the money!

This unit was gorgeous and we could not have asked for anything better. Sitting on the patio watching waves rolling or crashing into the rocks and watching the sunset was so relaxing and beautiful.

Wow... is all I can say. This place was absolutely incredible. We really could not believe how gorgeous this place was until we actually saw it for ourselves.
After a rough 2020, my mother and a couple close friends decided we needed to get away to relax. This place was perfect for it! We saw Dolphins and Whales in the sea almost every day, and even got to swim with them in the wild.

The property was in great condition and in an amazing location. Alexsandr was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly and without hesitation. Walking distance from many different restaurants and beaches. We would definitely come back to this place! 10/10

This Vrbo is amazing ! View is unbelievable and the place is well equipped and decorated beautifully. The pool table was an addition we didn’t realize how much we would enjoy. Only four of us and MORE then enough room. Little things like slow closing toilet seats (my husband loves), motion censored night lights (an added bonus), well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook really make this a five star. There is even a styrofoam cooler and ice pack we used on day for a long trip. There is actually seasonings in the cabinets. The lights on the stairs leading to the pool table are great because at night you’d probably have issues. We walked towards “town” had dinner and walked back. Probably be our last time as it was dark and even though we held our phones with the lights on I’m sure no one saw us till the last minute. Alex recommended a car and we are so HAPPY we got one. A few questions upon arrival and Alex and his contact got back to us promptly. There is construction going on very close and the first morning the nail gun woke us up. They’d start early but don’t seems work all day or every day for that matter. It’s not too big an issue just an FYI as I assume at this rate might take a few months. Washer and dryer great for loads and they left dishwasher cubes and detergent. I would NOT recommend swimming here as the rocks are slippery although we have seen people go in. We have seen dolphin pods swim by and whales all while drinking our coffee. The master bedroom and other bedroom are at opposite sides of the condo for complete privacy. The master has a huge walk in shower. There is a parking spot too we inquire about and have been able to park there the entire time. Alex also gave us an option for a late check out at an additional fee. It was well worth it considering we would have been homeless until 9pm. We basically got a whole extra day. We are about a mile from town which is nice because it is very quiet. Can’t say anything about the pools as we adventured every day to different beaches. However, coming back to this beautiful place was well worth it. I would highly recommend this well cared for home and would love to come back and stay here.

First, this is a great property and I would definitely stay again. The location is perfect. We had one issue with the airconditioning drain being clogged and it leaked/dripped in the kitchen. It took a bit of time for the owner to get the correct repairman on site. That said, he discounted our stay, which was fair but when you have a limited time for vacation, I would have preferred more prompt attention. Very unlikely this would happen again to someone else and assuming there are no issues needing attention while you stay, this is a very nice property. I would recommend to the owner to replace the old sliding doors. They need to be serviced or most likely replaced. They looked original to the unit from the 1980s.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens) were blown away by the amazing view and perfect villa. So clean. Had everything we needed. We used the pool BBQs many times and ate all our meals at the house because you can’t beat the view. We drove to local beaches and explored the whole island but always loved coming back to the house. We sat outside on the patio from 6am-11pm...you cannot beat this view! Working with the owner was effortless, professional and efficient. We will definitely come back when we visit the Big Island. There is no resort that can beat this location!

This morning lace was perfect for our family! The wrap-around lanai was great for playing and sunset wave watching. The pool was tight outside for cooling off. It’s so close to all the restaurants in Kailua-Kona and easy access to beaches south as well. Loved it so much!

We absolutely loved it. Weather was amazing. The unit is really lovely - spacious, and very relaxing. We had a beautiful sunset on the lanai every night. The sound of the waves right outside your back door adds the soothing atmosphere. For a few days a whale and her calf were hanging out not far off the shore. Both pools are very nice and the people in the other units are very friendly. Nice walk or very short drive to town and we really loved Kona as well. There's an abundance of great restaurants and fun bars a great farmer's market for fresh produce. It's the perfect place to spend a week or two and take a break
