We stayed at this condo with 2 teens and 2 adults. Having 2 twin beds on the second bedroom plus 2 bathrooms was very helpful. The bathrooms are small, but functional. Many other condos had only one bathroom, sofa beds in the living room instead of a second bedroom, or both. The internet was flaky once in a while, but not bad. The shower in the owners suite had warm water, but we wish it had been a warmer. The shower head in the owners suite also needs to be repaired or replaced, but it was functional.

This was a great place it had everything we needed in a good location. The rooftop views were amazing you can see so much from a 360 view. Only thing is that the water in the shower wasn’t warm one morning that I had to get up early, so that cold shower was not ideal. But overall with the warm weather a cooler shower usually feels nice.

This was an impressive stay. All of the amenities were spot on. Very clean and comfortable unit for four adults. The views were very nice. I was able to see the sunrise over Diamond Head for 7 days!!! You can’t beat that! I like to cook and it was easy because you had more than enough pots and pans and cutting boards for me to use. Even when there was a brief maintenance on the elevator, I received a text immediately to inform me of the issue. Overall great stay. The parking spot was perfect as well. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Hawaii.

We came for a short visit, and this was the perfect home-base. Easy to walk to anyplace in Waikiki. Plenty of Ubers close by and e-Bikes to rent. The apartment was clean and stocked with beach towels. Definitely recommend staying here if you're planning on staying in Waikiki!

Jane's place was perfect for our family trip to Waikiki. It's a corner unit so we were spoiled with the view of the Ala Wai Canal/Golf Course and the beach. The included and designated parking spot was great. We were a family of five, so we fit perfectly as the sofa converted into a bed.
The unit was clean, the towels were fluffy and smelled great and having the stove, oven and microwave was needed when we didn't feel like eating out. Shampoo and soap were not in the shower, but that's not a problem at all. A quick trip to Walmart and we were fully stocked up. I will definitely stay here again when back in the Honolulu.

I am so glad I chose this location to celebrate my birthday. The golf course and canal on one side and the ocean viewable on the other side. I slept with the window open to get the ocean breeze and got up to see the sunrise over Diamond Head. Jane gave clear easy instructions for check-in/check out. I would love to stay there again as the condo is a perfect, safe location to restaurants, the beach and supermarkets.

Very clean property. A little smaller than we thought but comfortable for 4 adults. A suggestion would be to have a foam pad available to push twin beds together. Other very small suggestions..travel bars of soap, shampoo and dishwasher soap. Things we didnt think of or forgot to bring. Jane responded very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with..beach towels and chairs was a nice surprise. Thank you will recommend for sure.

We had a brilliant stay and enjoyed the clean and cosy appartement very much. The kitchen is great, we cooked every night.
The beaches were nearby and the shops too, but we lived a bit away from it all, which was great.We would rent it again in a blink.

Jane's place was everything we hoped for and more . The location was great , short walk to Waikiki marketplace and the international marketplace, also a block and a half walk to Waikiki Beach. Bedrooms were clean and airy, there were comfy beach towels and a well equipped kitchen. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was really awesome. This was a great home base for our adventures around the entire Island.

We had the best time staying at Jane's condo! The place was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy dinner on the rooftop and days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs) with our family of five. Every night when we prepared dinner on the grill, our girls had fun swimming in the pool. The view of Honolulu and the ocean and Diamond Head from the rooftop are spectacular! We didn't even rent a car as the location is perfect. We just walked to the beach, swam in the pool and shopped at the International Market. It was simple, fun and relaxing! Definitely want to come back every year if at all possible!

Room was very clean. Good location, central to shopping and attractions. Security was sketchy. The third floor parking door into the building was never closed and needed to be repaired to close properly. Also wanted to use the pool and hot tub but it was being remodeled. Not host fault but being notified would have been nice. Would be nice to have clocks in the rooms or a table by the bed with a plug in to charge our phones. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had a great 5 day stay at Jane’s condo in the center of Waikiki! Communication with the host was prompt and swift. They were very nice to accommodate us for early check in even though the cleaners were still working. Beautiful views on the spacious lanai. Rooftop deck was a nice area to watch the sunset. The condo was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Provided linens and towels enough for all 5 of us. Just make sure to bring or buy your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash as those are not provided. We would definitely stay at Jane’s place again!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location, 5 minute walk from Kuhio Avenue and buses to all parts of the island. An easy 30 minute walk along the canal to Ala Moana and 10 minutes to beach. Apartment is clean, modern and has everything that our family of 5 needed. A great base for your Hawaii stay. We even had early check in which was appreciated after our flight from Austalia. Communications with Jane were responded to. quickly and we had all the information we needed. Yes the building is an older one, but the apartment is renovated and fantastic. We will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo Jane for a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jane’s place. The space was clean and spacious for our family of five. We loved that we could walk to the beach and many restaurants. It’s important to note that while this unit is remodeled, the building still has work going on. We could hear construction noises and one day our floor and others had the hot water turned off. It was fine, just want others to be aware.

Apartment was clean and convenient. Parking spot is a plus! The views from apartment were wonderful. The rooftop pool view was amazing too. The building was under maintenance work when we went (ie. water and electric shut off between 8:30-2 for one day). it wasn’t the most pleasing walking thru building/elevator/hallways and we had to work around the utilities planned shut-off. Signage in building indicate Re-carpeting in near future. Owner was very responsive to any concerns raised.
Overall, great stay even with some maintenance work scheduled in building.

Just returned a few days ago from staying in Jane’s Condo. The pictures are exact! Loved the large Lanai, with views of the mountains, Diamond Head and the Beach. The condo is so clean and just the right amount of decor. The bedrooms were roomy, loved having 2 full bathrooms. The closets had everything you need for a day at the beach. Lots of pots and pans to cook with (we did some cooking to save money for other things). It was great having a washer & dryer, did laundry the last day and came home and put everything up, easiest unpack from a long vacation! Loved the parking spot and it was so easy to get in and out of the parking garage. When I had a issue Jane responded right away. I would definitely stay here again once I build the savings back up to take my grand babies!

With the two bedroom two bath, we had plenty of space to accommodate us four women. Air conditioning units were great for the humidity and loved the balcony. The location is great too, just a 7-10min walk to the beach and many restaurants and stores near by. We stayed for 8 nights and had a comfortable place to return to after a long day out. Also there’s a lot of beach equipment provided, thus we weren’t required to buy our own.

My husband and I are impressed with the place. The place was really nice and clean, it looks very updated. My family was there for almost a week for a vacation in Hawaii and also for our wedding.
The place has all the little amenities that you would need as if you are home away from home. I like that the owner had those items available for us (beach towels, lots of bath towels, hair dryer, iron, ice chest, rice cooker, even kids beach toys, perhaps a hair straightener would be nice too but that's just minor and etc). We felt like at home in that place. I love that the pillows provided were not saggy, they are medium firm (I mention this because in hotels the pillows they provide are like super soft, there's no head support at all, disappointing).
Some things I noticed for improvement, which I think may be a part of some renovation down the road are the following:
1) The terrace metal railings seems thin, would be nice to have those more secured/thicker especially if you have kids staying.
2) The elevator needs renovation, it looks scary. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. Not giving a good impression to the guests.
3) The room doors creak a bit loud, perhaps need to oil it.
Other than that, our experience was a really positive one! We enjoyed our stay there. I recommend this place, Thank you!

my family enjoyed Jane’s condo, it was clean, had room, had everything we needed. We loved going out on the Lanie, going upstairs to the pool and bbq. Entry instructions were easy and The communication with Jane was good. The condo is close to everything if you enjoy walking , which we do. The only thing was it was noisy with sirens, and young folks partying the next block over. We even like the security guard there.

Jane was great with communication before and during the trip. In fact, there was a sign outside the unit that said the water was going to be shut off. I messaged Jane and she called the condominium office manager within a few minutes of me sending a message and took care of it! Luckily our water was working well.
As for the unit itself, The condo was renovated throughout and very very clean. It had a nice view of the canal, diamond head, and a small view of the beautiful ocean. We loved having a kitchen and laundry- it was all stocked with essentials so we did not have to worry. It was especially useful with 2 small children. The beds were nice and comfortable. The AC units kept our place nice and cool. The unit also has beach items such as a beach umbrella, bodyboards, snorkeling gear, sand toys etc. There was also a very nice MOM portable crib for the baby.
The location was great and central
To all the shops. Only a 10 min walk to the beach! We had a reserved parking spot which was great to have and easy access into and out of the garage.
Overall, this was a great vacation rental!

Liked the location of the condo, however construction was occurring throughout the property, as well as around the property. The elevators were in poor condition showing only plywood due to the construction. Despite that the place was relatively clean and property manager was always responsive and communicative.

Condo was nice but we weren’t told until the day before we arrived that there would be no water for three days. The water was turned off at 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday We had a wedding to attend on Wednesday morning. The owner let us use another unit of hers to shower. I was not happy with that, 5 people and 1 shower. The pool was also closed on the 8/9/21 and the remainder of the time we were there. Owner gave me a 10% refund. I told her that I didn’t think that was enough. Will not recommend them

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at Jane’s condo. The condo is located on the back end of the strip by the Ala Wai Canal. Everything is walking distance (you go a block up and you have the international shopping center, & plenty of places to eat and shop) and a couple blocks up is Waikiki beach. We loved walking to the beach every night and seeing the sunset. Although, the condo is closed to the action it sits on the quieter side of Waikiki. We enjoyed having coffee/tea on the lanai and looking out at the view of Diamondhead and a side view of the ocean. We also found all the temporary work of high rise being built across the street entertaining. They are there M-F 7am-4pm but they seem close to done.
The condo is very comfortable and newly remodeled. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sits on the 24th floor. It has ocean views from the master and Diamondhead/city views from the living room. It also comes with a lot of beach essentials. There is A/C in all bedrooms. The most helpful was the free parking in the garage below.

This place feels like you’re staying in a nice hotel. Recently remodeled and very clean. I’ve stayed at “surface” cleaned places and this place is actually spotless. Has all the conveniences. Host is great! She was so accommodating. She was able to provide me with a high chair, pak n play, stroller, and beach toys! It’s so nice to come to a place with all these things and all the beach gear needed to have a great vacay. Definitely highly recommended! Walking distance to everything. I’m keeping it as my “go to” place for Waikiki.

Jane is incredible.
She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She was very generous with our check out time due to a late flight, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities. The Unit included 2 beach chairs, a cooler, and a sun umbrella that is a must for the beach.
We did have 1 small problem that was completely out of Jane’s control, we sent her a text message and the problem was fixed within 24 hours, I can’t express enough how awesome she was making sure we had a great stay in Hawaii.
The apartment was walking distance to some tourist attractions, including the beach, eggs and things, and a close by shopping center. We decided to get a car for the stay and the included parking was awesome.
The Kitchen was super clean and very convenient for when we did decide to cook at the apartment. The washer and dryer was very convenient.
If you’re going to Hawaii and have decided to stay near Waikiki don’t hesitate to book.
Perfect for 2 couples or a small family.
