This condo was perfect for my husband and me. It also had a Murphy bed and could have accommodated an additional person or couple. It’s bright, airy, comfortably furnished and well maintained. A bonus if you cook—the kitchen was incredibly well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Lisa is lovely—great communicator and as nice and thoughtful as can be. And the location is perfect—great condo community with lovely amenities, across from the best beach. And the condo itself is very nicely located, with thelanai opening onto the stunning grassy area.

My husband and I brought our two daughters to Maui this month. We had the BEST time and the condo made our experience even better. Lisa was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The place was clean, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, plus all the beach supplies. We especially loved having the wagon to bring everything down to the beach. The location is superb and right across from the pool and beach (Kameole 3) Having the option to rent the car all week was also another huge plus.

The location of Lisa's condo in the complex is the best , close to the pool and hot tub plus a short walk to the beach. Situated on the ground floor with a lovely patio to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a Blue Hawaiian in the evening.
It has everything one needs, a well stocked kitchen, a super comfortable king bed plus a Murphy and 2 bathrooms . Very clean unit and nicely decorated.
The grounds are exceptionally groomed , with lush green lawns, ponds and lovely plantings.

My husband, toddler (nearly 3), and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout is great with kids - our toddler slept in the master, while we could enjoy our evenings and sleep in the living room on the comfortable Murphy bed. The condo was fully stocked - in terms of everything you'd need to cook, go to the beach (the wagon is incredibly helpful to haul everything around in!), or hang out by the pool. The condo complex, though quite large, was incredibly quiet - great for the little one (and us) to be able to sleep for naps and at night.
My one wish to the condo complex managers is for the kiddie pool to open earlier than 9:30! Little ones are up early and ready to get their swimming on, but for some reason the kiddie pool is the last to open (thankfully, an amazing beach is located a short walk away, so that served as our early morning alternative!).

Sitting on the lanai watching the sun set while we ate dinner was the best way to cap off each day. Simply stunning! The condo is well equipped, the beds are super comfortable and everything we needed for the beach was at hand. We had a great time and plan on staying in this condo again! Thank you

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we could possibly need. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio at sunset. Lisa was amazing with her communication. Easy check in and out. We will definitely book again when we return. Mahalo🌺

Lisa was very accommodating when we needed access to the renal car a little after our check our time. We would highly recommend staying here if you are considering a visit to Kihei!

We had a lovely stay. There were a couple small things that needed to be resolved (air conditioner wasn't quite cold enough and is now great, some missing linens). The owners were super prompt and responsive. In my experience having stayed at Kam Sands on a number of occasions, most condo units have something missing (despite best efforts). The condo is so clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay. We have 3 kids ages 5-11, so we were looking for something kid friendly. The condo is right across from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach, with a lawn for them to run around on right on the back porch. We had the absolute best time. Excellent property and stay. Perfect location in Kihei. Across the street from the beach, short walk from the unit to the beach. Condo is located in great location in the complex, near the pool and walkway to the street and beach. We appreciated all the beach accessories: the wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Condo was very clean and comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The 2nd bathroom is handy when you have 2 teenage boys who fight to use the bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer is convenient to throw your dirty laundry in to wash before flying out. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Lisa was very responsive and communicative with any questions and concerns I had. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a location in Kihei.

We spent a lovely 8 days in Lisa and Edward’s condo and loved every minute! The location is beautiful - Kamaole Sands does such a great job with the grounds and it is so convenient to the beach and both Kihei and Wailea shops - plus this unit is very private with hardly any foot traffic out front. We really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai when we weren’t out doing fun things like swimming or snorkeling or hiking. Loved the ground floor! There were a couple of issues with worn furniture/ equipment, but Lisa was very responsive & great to work with. Thanks for a great stay on beautiful Maui! 🌴🌺

Kamole Sand is great place for staying in Maui. 5 min walk to beautiful beach with turtles. 5-10min drive to shopping centers and great restaurants. Not to mention swimming pools and hot tubs, which our kids enjoyed every day.

Beautiful property within a beautiful resort. Property was everything advertised. Plenty of room for 4 adults, Murphy bed is comfortable for adults to sleep on. Kitchen is very organized has everything you need. As with the property the resort is well maintained and operated. Weather your sitting on the lanai enjoying the quietness of the morning, or a short walk through the resort to the beach to watch the calmness of the morning water or the magnificent sunset you won’t be disappointed. Bring your snorkeling gear with you as we able to see several sea turtles right across the street from the resort. First time to Hawaii and looking forward to coming back. Definitely a repeat customer. Thank you Lisa for memories that will last a lifetime.

A lovelier unit and finer host won’t be found on Maui. This ground floor modern condo is beautifully decorated, spic and span clean, well stocked, and located in the perfect spot with a lovely patio that opens to manicured grounds and gorgeous sunsets. The beautiful open kitchen has everything you need, and the two bathrooms along with a full-size washer/dryer are a bonus that makes the stay extra easy. Very glad for the comfortable king size bed in the master with pristine fresh linens, plenty of drawer space and a full-length mirror. Having beach towels along with lounge chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon to pull it all in was a big bonus (there’s a terrific beach directly across the street - no need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to). Higher praise can’t be given to our host, Lisa. From the welcome basket upon arrival, to driving over at a moment’s notice to make sure everything was just right, this is a host that treats her guests like ohana. The aloha spirit at its best. We returned to Maui with our 2 boys and wanted to stay in South Kihei again. Of all the properties in Kihei, Kamaole Sands wins for beach access and maintained property with pool and landscaping. This specific unit was easy for us to get comfortable in - the Murphy bed was great for our kids! Ground level is also a bonus - let the kids out to play! The owners are very hospitable and gracious! We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay in this condo (we also stayed on the west side of Maui). The condo was very clean and quiet and well-stocked. The beach wagon and cooler in particular came in handy as we visited several of the beautiful beaches in the area. Lisa was in constant contact with us throughout our stay, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The resort, though busy, was very quiet in the evening, we never heard any of the neighbors. We even left something behind in the condo and Lisa retrieved it for us and is sending it to our home. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stay in Kihei, mahalo!!

Lisa and Edward's unit is the best of the complex at Kamaole Sands. Theirs is the 6th unit we have stayed in and it is the best by far. Totally updated inside; everything you can think of for the kitchen is in the kitchen and everything you can think of for the beach is in the lanai closet. They were accessible anytime of day for any question we had with immediate responses via text. We cannot wait to stay in their unit again.
