The booking, payment, and ease of access to the rental was good. Unsure of cleanliness bc I didn’t go inside. Yes it’s a studio but it’s the extra bedroom of the owners accessed via a sliding glass door on an apartment patio. Very awkward. Just as I’d seen the place, two voices upstairs got very loud and heated. Footsteps and doors slamming. An argument ensued and a partially clothed male ran down the stairs and left. A female voice yelled “oh you’re kidding me!” I took this as my cue to leave too, not knowing how it would resolve in the next 48 hrs., my entire booking. The hosts were receptive to my reasons for not staying and reported the incident to the rental board (?) but there’s not much else they can do! This could happen in a hotel too. *Sigh.* The hosts suggested calling the police. Wait, what? Why? This is where a hotel mgr, camp host, or hostel staff would step in with the rowdies. I didn’t even ask for a refund. Glad this experience is in the rear view mirror. It may be fine next week. It was just my experience.

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is a wonderful place to stay, convenient to the many beaches on the north shore. Lori and Todd give many extras in the condo from coffee/tea, to chocolates on your pillow, to beach accessories. They are very informative and friendly.

Very comfy cottage! I feel it’s THE Hidden Gem in the area!!! Great access to the surrounding properties in Princeville!!! Very clean and have a very fair number of items available for use at the pool/ beach in the area. Great A/ C and a soft comfy bed. Huge selection of Movies/ Channels if you’re staying in. Fantastic water pressure in the shower! Easy access to parking and the Marker/ Restaurants and area shops along with Golf at Makai Princeville. Super-Friendly Owners!!! KT/ DT

Size of small hotel room. Has hotel amenities plus! Pool on property. Owners next door, very nice people even gave us a little treat for our honey moon. Available by cell anytime. You can tell they take pride in their rental unit.

Todd and Lori have thought of everything for their guests in the compact but comfy room in a charming area of Princeville. Very welcoming, they provided us with beach toys, toiletries, coffee etc. as well as local info. Recommended!
