We loved staying in this unit! He location was perfect for us. We felt that our condo was very well equipped with everything from a blender to a coffee grinder and so much more. The views were amazing and the pool was large, clean and heated. We could easily walk to Foodland for groceries. We truly felt right at home!

Our family had a very pleasant 5-day stay in Princeville at Mauna Kai. The unit was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was functional - fans, lights, TV, kitchen appliances, washer.- with the minor exception that we had some troubles with the dryer. The unit has beach chairs in the outside closet and a couple of functional snorkel sets (the beach umbrella was not working).
We had a very pleasant stay.

This condo was the perfect vacation rental! We enjoyed relaxing on the lawn chairs on the lanai listening to the many birds (and funny roosters), watching the rainstorms, and enjoying the view of the many visible stars at night. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the unit was, especially with kitchen supplies as we prepared the majority of our food in the unit. I cannot say enough positives! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, the living space was comfortable, plenty of beach supplies such as floaties, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and many cooler bags. The unit also had lots of great books to read. On the property there is a pool that is much bigger than the photo makes it appear! It’s a great spot! The nearby barbecue area was also comfortable, clean, and stocked with ping pong and cornhole! The unit was walking distance to a shopping/dining center which we enjoyed walking to for morning coffee! Down the road a few minutes further we also found Queens bath! Overall the unit was great and the location was perfect for us! This was by far the best rental experience I have had!
We had one minor hiccup on arrival in which we found ourselves at the wrong property, as there are several other condo properties nearby, and Sarah was so quick to call to help us find our way to the correct place! She was so kind and helpful! Check out was seamless as well. We would love to come back next time and would highly recommend this unit!

This property is spacious, clean and very comfortable with lots of unexpected amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, re-usable containers and more! We also loved the artwork throughout the home. It is in a great location to venture off and explore the Island either by foot or car. We had a wonderful combination of activities and relaxation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This property is in a great location, perfect for outings to all the nearby beaches and snorkeling spots. Getting into the condo was super easy, communication with the host was fast and responsive, parking was not a problem and overall, the place provided us with a great location for our daily excursions. The condo was really well equipped with soft sided cooler bags (took a little searching to find them), beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. There are guide books located on the shelf below the tv and there is even a set of golf clubs and tennis rackets in the outside closet, along with two bikes. We didn’t use any of the sporting equipment, but it all looked to be serviceable. We also never went to the pool, so can’t say how that was, but from the sound of kids having fun, I would say it was probably great! The condo is in a bustling community and you can easily hear all of your neighbors, but it is a friendly and easy-going vibe. I would recommend this unit for it’s easy and convenient location and super great host.

We stayed for 8 nights and our family of four was very comfortable in this condo. Kitchen had all the things, including some condiments in the fridge and spices in the cupboard. Host was very responsive to my questions. Note - there are steps in the condo (sunken living room, primary bedroom, and bathroom) but since it is on the second floor presumably anyone renting this place would be fine with steps anyway.

Very clean and well stocked condo located in Princeville in a central location to North Shore activities. Just be aware that there is no central air, and it was a little warm at night in the master bedroom. Also, sleeping with the windows and screens open, you could hear the other tenants around (and the roosters). Overall beautiful condo and great location.

Super quality details - from quality knives, comprehensive tv and electronics instructions, speedy communications with host and flexible check out time- just outstanding! Only other comment is lock needs fixing on lanai slider, and sheets are polyester (hot!) otherwise - perfection!!

We really enjoyed our brief stay in Princeville and this rental was perfect for us! Clean, stocked with all you need, extremely spacious and walkable to the plaza where you can find all you could want for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. The other reviews already talk about them, so properly prepare (bring earplugs), as the roosters are very annoying and have no concept of time. Overall, would definitely book again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Would definitely recommend. The condo was very clean and instruction were clear how to find the place. Location was great! Very short drive to Hanalei with more food/shopping/beach options. The walk down to Anini beach is pretty and not terribly long but there are some steep parts (it was a little slippery for us since it had just rained) and an uphill hike to get back near the Westin. We went to 3 beaches during our Kaua'i trip and Anini was our favorite! Good for families and young kids. Quiet and calm shallow water. We also enjoyed the pool in the complex. if you plan to do laundry in the condo you'll need to bring or buy pods/detergent. They are not offered. Very spacious place and easy to be comfortable. The roosters will wake you up at 3am!

Easy booking and checkin. Unit is exactly as advertised so no disappointments. Loved having a meal in with the lanai. We were there to hike and snorkel so easy drives to locations on north side. Appreciated the beach towels Accor’s and stuff. We would stay here again. Great place for 2 couples or parents and 2 kids

Really nice open space. Kitchen and living space is huge. Only second bedroom has A/C. Master does not have. Master has amazing Bathrrom. I have bad allergies and was having a reaction from sleeping in the master room but not sure what it was from. Maybe bed sheets/blankets that have been sitting collecting dust? No sure.
Other than those few small issues it was a great place.
Nice that there were beach chairs provided. Snorkel gear too but not that great quality or clean.

The condo was a good base for the north shore area. We liked the spacious size and vaulted ceilings of the unit. Sarah was quick to respond to a couple issues during our stay. Pool was closed one of the days for cleaning and no working dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This place was PERFECT. Everything about it was convenient and as advertised. The dishwasher broke shortly before we came but the owner reached out and even offered to let me leave dirty dishes in the sink (I did not). Other than that, this property was BEAUTIFUL. The Linai wraps around the entire place and was so peaceful. I would stay here again 100%. Now if someone would just teach those roosters how to tell time.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I would like to comment upon was that the home has wonderful windows and ventilation, but the early morning (3:00 am some days) roosters kept us from keeping the windows open. It was quite warm and humid, and the one window air conditioner is only adequate for the front bedroom.

The property locates near/at the resorts with upscale environment. The unit is large enough for our family of 4 and local shopping is close by. It's conveniently, close to many attractions at the north end of Kauai. The host is great in communication and provided us information as needed. I recommend this unit and host for your vacation.

Loved the location, condo was well equipped and clean. Pool was down, but we enjoyed Anini beach and the other beaches so much that did not really notice that to much. Loved the large wrap around porch that added additional living space. Very open and comfortable design. The host was excellent and answered all questions in a timely manner. I would stay again and make the same choice!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would have liked to have a toaster, but otherwise the kitchen was great and had everything we needed.
The master shower is wonderful!
The family room is spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms are very nice,.
Downsides: the roosters were very noisy and kept us from sleeping after about 2or 3 AM. Barking dogs kept us up one night too. The neighboring condos are close by, everyone keeps windows and doors open for the breeze so there’s not much privacy.

This condo was great! Easy to access and nearby a bunch of stuff, including the beach, a golf course, and shopping center with a grocery store. We personally thought it was one of the nicer units in the complex and provided plenty of space, lighting, fresh air and more. I would certainly come back and thought the value was phenomenal.
There is a beach we found just a short walk from this unit that was wonderful. The incline up and down is a little steep, but not difficult and we loved this area because the waves broke a little ways out so you’re able to put your chair in the shallow water without big waves hitting you.
Honestly, the ONLY challenge was parking at night. We found that most of the parking spaces were taken if you arrived back after 9:00 and it wasn’t entirely clear from the complex where you’re allowed or not allowed to park when all the defined spaces were gone. We always found a way to make it work but it did make me nervous we would get a warning/ticket for parking in the wrong place.

We highly enjoyed our stay here! The lanai was my favorite spot to lay and relax.
Small disclaimer- the roosters kept us awake most of the first night, but we adjusted to it. There was also construction happening in the condo a few yards away from us which added some noise (nothing the host can do about this, of course).
All in all, we enjoyed the location and the space itself and wouldn’t hesitate to return here!

We had a nice stay. This condo was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The kitchen was supplied with the appliances needed. Great location, easy drive to Hanalei. There’s a small beach close by but the hike there is not easy after the rain.
This unit is surrounded by trees and beautiful plants but you can see straight to the unit across. We were lucky it is under construction so we had privacy during our visit. Still, I recommend this place for the location and size of the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The place is very spacious, incredibly clean and well-appointed, and has a terrific layout. I especially enjoyed the expansive lanai. I loved sitting out on the lanai both in rain and sunshine. The overall amenities at the property were also terrific -- great swimming pool, barbeque area, and ping pong. We would definitely return here the next time we are in Kauaui!!

This place is even better than the pictures! It’s HUGE for a vacation rental, you get so much space for your money. The style of the home, beautiful plants everywhere outside, and the thoughtfully curated art on the walls remind you that you’re in Paradise. The area around is quiet and safe. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Working with Sarah was a breeze! She was communicative and responded quickly to any of my questions. She also provided lots of great details before our trip! When we arrived at the property, we were amazed at how luscious and green it is. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous and stocked with any amenity you could think of to need. It’s location is prime and the pool is surprisingly large. The condo is tucked into a small, quiet community. The shower is like heaven and can’t help but spend all your time on the gorgeous wrap around lanai. Although the unit did have a small air conditioning unit in the front bedroom, it didn’t have central air conditioning so it could become a bit hot at times. It was hard to leave and are hoping to return to Sarah’s place on our next visit to the island.

The is a recreation closet with boogies boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and pool floaties. We Ant there is a washer and dryer! Easy access to Hana Lei (even with the road closure due to the mudslide). Host was very responsive and thoughtful.

My yoga group had a marvelous time at this wonderful Princeville charmer. It's loaded with everything you need - even snorkeling gear, which came in handy. The pool was a main attraction along with the easy location close to the city center. I would recommend it to anyone ! Mahalo!
