We loved our stay in your beautiful condo!
The condo was clean and equipped with all the essentials we needed for our beach activities. Our favorite part was sitting out on the lanai enjoying the spectacular ocean view! We appreciated your thoughtfulness in leaving fruit on the counter and cocktails in the frig. We are already looking forward to our next stay in this perfect setting!

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely perfect & if we ever come back I would stay here again.
I am a clean freak & this place was immaculate. Loved the extras they provided; from coffee, to sunscreen, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, beach towels, insulated drink glasses to a wagon full of beach chairs & umbrella! We used it all & thankful for everything they thought to include.
Then there’s the location & amenities. Short walk to the beach, pools & eating places.
Loved every minute of every day here.

We had a wonderful stay in Jake's condo! The view is fantastic and the apartment both quiet and breezy. Jake was very helpful as well, we would definitely come back!

Really beautiful property. Had everything we could have wanted. Walking distance to restaurants (we liked to go to kalapaki joes and brenneckes beach broiler for happy hour). Kitchen is fully stocked. We liked to go down to poipu beach to watch the sunset most nights. Central location to drive to port allen (boat tours start here) or day trip to the canyon or north side. Everything you need to go to the beach for the day or if you're looking for something easier the pool was a 2 min walk.

We had a wonderful time. This is definitely one of the best condos in this development. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. All the units are situated in a nicely landscaped, well maintained park like environment. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only negative was the noise from the proximity of the main Street. It's only noticeable in the bedroom and needed a little getting used to at night, since I'm a light sleeper. Otherwise everything was perfect. The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen had everything you could possibly need including some basics such as oil, spices, etc. A very nice gesture was the coffee supply for our entire 10 day stay, as well as a welcome surprise of a bottle of wine, some island cocktails and fresh fruit. The owner was very approachable and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our Kauai experience a wonderful one. I highly recommend this place.

This place really made our stay great and stress-free. It’s walkable to three beaches on beautiful paths. It is close to see the sea turtles and monk seals. The condo is very cozy and has everything you could want and need. The owners were nice enough to leave us fresh fruit from their own home. Communication was easy. We definitely would recommend staying here!

Loved the view of the well manicured grounds and the waves in the distance. The unit was everything promised in the write up, and more. The owners included many thoughtful touches including plenty of beach gear, and even a bowl of fresh picked citrus. Appreciated that the condo kitchen was well stocked, including plenty of kitchen gear and serving bowls. Lovely stay. Mahalo!

This property will not disappoint in any way. The unit is updated and very clean! Everything we needed was made available for a great week away from home. The photos on line are perfect! Can’t beat the ocean views from the lanai. We had the perfect sunset view night after night. This will be our first option any time we find ourselves back in Kauai. Hats off to the hosts! Jake was very accessible and we so appreciated the fresh citrus they left for us to enjoy!

We had a great time here. The views and proximity to the beach were standouts. Since it’s the top floor, it’s quieter, and you can see the sunset from the deck. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay near Poipu beach!

We LOVED our stay at Jake's property on Kauai. The unit was above and beyond clean, the views were better than advertised, and the grounds were beautiful. Jake was very responsive to a minor parking issue we had the first day. The unit had nice towels, toilet paper, king sized memory foam bed, and paper towels. We ended up not using the AC because the breeze coming through the unit kept the temperature comfortable. While we could hear some of the traffic on the main road, we were never disrupted by any neighbors. I wish I could give this place six stars, we definitely would love to come back!

The space was more grand and the views were more beautiful than we could expect. Impressive high ceilings, aesthetically pleasant and very comfortable furniture, fully stoked kitchen with everything we needed and more, made for a great experience staying in this wonderful condo. We walked to three different beach and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. Jake’s recommendations for local restaurants and activities were on point but I would highly recommend to do advanced reservations (like a week ahead for dinners and few weeks for tours and activities such luau)

The views from the balcony are amazing! Sunset can be seen every day and you’re more private than those in the lower floors. Walk to the playground and beach is really easy, there’s even a wagon provided. Property was exceptionally clean, more than most places we’ve seen. Lots of amenities, games, books provided. Great stay!

Just as the photos showed — well, even better, in my opinion. Wonderful, breezy condo with views directly out to the beach. Very spacious for two people. Super convenient for walking to Poipu and the Grand Hyatt (in the other direction), and great for getting out to the heritage trail too! Walkable to Little Fish Coffee nearby and over to the Sheraton Kauai too.
The condo was so clean and very well-equipped, as others have mentioned. Everything you’d ever need is in the kitchen (even had vases for flowers, which I almost asked about beforehand but decided to wing it - imagine my surprise to find more than one vase!). The kitchen is fabulous. Having a full size washer and dryer was very convenient, and they have all the cleaning equipment you’d need (Swiffer, vacuum. broom and dust pan). Full of nice little touches like some great books (a Hawaiian mythology book, a birding book for Hawaii, plus binoculars, were a pleasant surprise for me). The balcony is amazing. The super high ceilings are amazing. The huge shower with rainfall shower head is amazing. Everything about this place is perfect, and it is beautifully decorated.
The only caution I’d give is that the road noise at night/morning can be a bit loud if you keep the windows open, which we did (never wanted or needed to use the AC). If you’re sensitive, bring earplugs.
As for the host: Jake is kind, considerate, helpful, and communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Perfect place to stay on the south side of the island! We walked to several beaches and restaurants including the famous Puka Dog. The A/C in the bedroom was very welcomed after a long day in the sun. The complex was quiet and it was nice reading under the umbrella on the lanai while being able to hear the ocean. The nicely appointed kitchen, huge shower and washer/dryer combo were great perks. Definitely stay here!

We’ve visited Kauai several times but this is our first time renting in Poipu. This condo is very well appointed and is in a fabulous location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (or just a short drive away). The pools are fine and it was great to have tennis courts nearby the play for a fee. The owner, Jake, was very responsive with any questions I had.

Probably the best stay I’ve ever had. Jake and Jenny’s place was just so thoughtfully laid out. Super clean, lots of storage and everything was perfectly organized and easy to use. I can give it no higher praise than the fact I would live there in a heartbeat. View is top notch too.
