Very spacious lovely condo in a beautifully kept setting.
Felt the condo had great linens, towels and extras that hep one settle in quickly. Very close to beach and whatever needed such as beach chairs , snorkel gear ,towels included. Bed was lovely, wonderfully large closet and bathroom. Kitchen very nice and well set up.
Ratten furniture was very comfortable which often isn’t in other condos we have stayed in as this furniture is most likely more expensive. There could be better lighting such as higher watt bulbs . Washing machine doesn’t clean well as it is too small annd short wash cycle. a regular size washer would make a difference.
We really enjoyed this condo and the couple issues above are not a deal breaker. We felt we made the right choice.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will for sure consider staying here again when we get back to Kauai. Easy walk to the beach. Unit was clean and lots of space. The beach chairs and beach toys were nice to have at the ready as well.

Overall great place but if you’re looking for AC this might not be the place for you. There is only AC in the bedroom & doesn’t cool the rest of the place. Trade winds help to keep it bearable. The place has a musty smell I think from the carpet and very few amenities in the bathroom. Bring extra toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfy.

This is a place you come to rest and relax.Great location to stay in Kauai. Easy access to everything on the island. The unit is super clean and well appointed for a perfect vacation. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. When we comeback we’ll stay here again.

We had such a great stay at the condo. The place was very clean and decorated with the traditional Hawaiian decor. Bathroom was large and gave us plenty of space to unpack, bedroom had a king size bed and a AC unit in the bedroom that cooled the room well. Patio was great and a perfect place to start your morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Beach gear was great and was provided chairs, umbrella, small cooler and boogie board.
The property as a whole was nice, it’s walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. There is a tennis pro shop you can pay a daily rate to play tennis or pickle ball. We only used one pool on the property and it was close to the condo and had a hot tub.
Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the south side of the island.

We got a refund of nights 2 and 3 from property manager. There is so much overdue cleaning here. Tons of dust behind the TV, filthy AC filter, tons of dust on Dr room, under tables, picture frames. Cheap thick blue mattress topper. Really needs an overhaul. Prop manager very nice. Location great. Carpet is rough like an indoor/outdoor one. We wouldn’t stay again. Beware

We loved our stay! The place was even better than expected!
The condo was a great size and very clean! We loved spending time on the patio overlooking the lawn and the ocean in the distance.
The location was amazing, a 4 minute walk to the beach. The condo supplied everything we needed- chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.

We loved this property. The unit was very spacious and comfortable, and the view off the front balcony of the green space was wonderful. The location in Poipu was super. The host provided a few staples (condiments, spices, laundry detergent, coffee & filters) to get your stay off to a great start. We enjoyed walking to Brennecke's Beach Broiler for dinner one night and one morning we walked through the neighborhood and out along the coast on the pathway. The scenery never gets old! We really enjoyed our time here.

This is such a lovely property. We have stayed in five in the Kahala complex and can say this is one of our favorites. It is an end unit, and one that is not right over the parking area and beautifully landscaped for quiet and privacy on the back lanai/bedroom side. The living room lanai overlooks lawns, gorgeous landscaping, and waves breaking in the distance. It is very clean, has everything you need to cook in, good beach equipment, and little touches such as the sort of first aid you might need after hiking or snorkeling, as well as insect repellent (none bothered us) and sunscreen.
The bed is very comfortable, and there is AC in the bedroom. Most of the time, the trade winds blow through open doors and windows and AC is not needed.

Me and my now wife stayed here before our wedding. Everything was perfect and it was the easiest walk to Poipu and Brennecke’s beach. Please stay here if you are looking to have beach time but don’t want to deal with fighting the crowds at the parking lots. Thank you for having us and me and my wife will be back!

What a great place to stay! Everything we needed and more. Located just a short walk down the property and you are at Brennecke Beach. Two decks were great to either get out of or in to the sun. Definitely will stay here again if we return. We broke two wine glasses, one in the sink and the other in the dishwasher. Replaced with plastic! Hope that is fine to do, we could not find glass ones. Plastic are great but let us know if we need to pay for them. Again, highly recommend this place! Thanks.

We have stayed in many condos in this area, and this is our new favorite! Unit provided everything we needed, and then some. The unit has vaulted ceilings and lots of space to spread out, including a walk-in closet and large bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities and extra touches. Beach gear was in great shape and everything was organized. We love this property!!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. We so appreciated the added personal touch of a warm welcome basket of fruit, coffees, chocolate & so much more. We arrived on Christmas day after a rare 5 day travel delay to get to our destination. We know Kauai very well; also the property & area. We would stay at this unit again. We had a great stay at this condo located near Poipu Beach! We walked across the street each morning and saw Sea Turtles resting on the beach. Each evening, we walked over to take in the sunset. The location is convenient to all that Poipu has to offer; restaurants and shops are nearby. The Development has two pools and the one closest to this Condo got very little use. We had it to ourselves a couple of times. The Condo itself is nicely furnished and equipped with household items. It is an older building, but well maintained and very clean. We would stay again.

The condo was everything we wanted. It had a great view. We ate multiple meals outside enjoying the sunset. The condo was decorated in an island style. There were ample towels, toilet paper and condiments in cupboards and refrigerator. We had a few minor issues and the management company responded promptly. The only thing that I have to say for potential renters, and this has nothing to do with the condo or management, there are MANY roosters wandering the complex and start crowing at 4:00 AM!! We did not sleep in once. The island of Kauai needs to do something about it. We will not return to the island for that reason only.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. From past experiences, we always bring spices, paper products, and laundry detergent with us (this can be expensive buying there) but we didn't need to and just left what we brought for other guests to use. The location is excellent, within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails. Loved walking the Green Belt every morning. The portable air conditioner in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable along with the comfortable bed. The grounds at Kahala were very well manicured and the grills were maintained daily. The condo faced the south and we had a great view of the ocean. Because it faced the south, the lanai was too hot to sit on late morning and afternoon. But the lanai on the back side of the Condo was well shaded and much cooler. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfasts in the morning. The bed and linens were very comfortable and very nice soft towels. The management company was very friendly and helpful before and during the stay when needed. Great location for a couple different walkable beach options!

Was a little worried about no AC from earlier review, we never used it. Had great airflow from the windows and ceiling fan and the unit was very comfortable the whole time (daily temps 70-86). After a morning hike thought things would be warm with everything off and closed up but pleasantly surprised to come back to a cool unit, opened things up to allow the breeze to blow before the afternoon heat. Will come back, and the nearby pub Kalapaki Joes had great drinks and food.

Excellent location for enjoying Poipu, it’s really close to shipwreck bay and the Poipu shopping center. The condo has an amazing view, vaulted ceilings, and great air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could of stayed for longer!
Also, I accidentally locked myself out of the condo and the property manager was very quick to respond and got me back in within minutes. That was awesome! Mahalo!

This is a great property, with a perfect Hawaiian vibe and character. Has everything you need for your stay. Good location in proximity to Poipu Beach, Puka Dog, Poipu Shopping Village, etc. Only issue, which you will find with any condo/hotel, it can get a bit noisy...depending on who is staying around you. We had a group a women staying in the condo across the sidewalk from us, and they didn't seem to recognize quiet hours. That's ok though...just turn the TV on, or bring a portable sound machine like we did.

Our stay at Kahala in Poipu was wonderful. We sat on the balcony facing the ocean every night and enjoyed the ocean breeze under the amazing stars. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We would choose to stay there again, no question.

Would be hesitant to recommend this property. By noon the kitchen and living areas are too hot to use and the ceiling fan on high hardly stirs the air. By 7-8 pm the rooms finally become comfortable. Perhaps at a different time of year the sun would not be heating the rooms so badly.

Location was close to everything around the Poipu area— including beaches, restaurants, stores, etc. The place itself was beautiful with a nice little garden/ocean view. The house has everything you need, even beach chairs and all. Everything worked as it should and I would definitely recommend!

The entire rental progress was seamless and the checkin/checkout instructions were clear. The unit is very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. It’s an easy 5 min walk to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach and the unit has a nice view of the ocean. The unit is well equipped for 2 people and super cozy.
