Our family enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The home is located in a great spot with a walking path to Poipu Beach and a deck that overlooks the water and tennis courts. Our family appreciated the close proximity to the pool and there were a variety of good food options nearby. The place had a well equipped kitchen, nice beach resources and was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the host’s attention to detail and prompt communication. We definitely can’t wait to go back and make some more fun memories. Definitely felt like paradise!

The condo had everything we needed!
It was clean and the owner even provided beach towels.
It is true that the beach is only a short five minute walk and the washer/dryer, pool, hot tub and tennis court add to the amenities.

The property seemed nicer online than in person, but not by much. The condo was spotless which I much appreciated. Complaints were that there was only salt and pepper in the kitchen no other spices to cook with. Only 1 kitchen towel and only 2 regular spoons. The lanai was facing the parking lot so we didn't use it as much as we would if it had been more private. The guests up stairs were very noisy early in the am as well as late into the eve. Other than that the condo is in a great spot, the pool is nice and the area is clean and feels very safe.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo is as pictured, has a comfortable bed and plenty of space for our family of 4 with 2 young teenagers that slept on the pullout couch. I loved my morning coffee on the lanai and the beach chairs and cooler were great for day trips. Everything was close by and convenient. I would stay again.

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Poipu. This place was just incredible! Very clean, lots of room to spread out, nice kitchen and outdoor terrace, plentiful beach gear, and fine pool/jacuzzi. The pillows were too firm for our liking, but everything else was just perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely fell in love with this area of Kauai. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Poipu Beach just a short walk away. We watched monk seals and sea turtles everyday on the beach. Highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic location, nice view, close to the beach. A little noisy at times due to unit’s proximity to the pool and tennis courts, but being close to the pool was convenient, and, most importantly, it was quiet between 9 pm and 8 am. Attractive and spacious unit. Grounds are well-maintained with lovely trees, shrubs and flowers. Both lanai look out on pleasant spaces--the one has a view of the ocean (five minutes walk) across an extensive lawn. Glad to see that a new AC was being installed on the day we left. Note that the unit is up one flight of stairs. I would love to own or have regular access to a unit such as this. A brighter light in kitchen (which is well-equipped) would be nice. Because of how the unit is built it is impossible to shut out the sound of rowdy neigbours. (Only happened once.)

Condo was the perfect place for our young family. Our girls loved staying up in the loft. The location to the beach and shopping in Poipu cannot be beat!
We did notice some things that didn’t get cleaned from the previous stay before we checked it, but it was likely just and oversight by the cleaner. We also wish that buggie boards would be included with all the other beach toys they provide.
Overall we thought Susan’s condo was great and can’t wait to stay again.

Great trip. Lovely, well stocked kitchen and great room. Master bed comfortable. Master closet had chips in it that could stand touch up paint. Master closet needs W-D 40 as it sounds like a Halloween song. Master bath vanity left hand drawer and cabinet door don’t close completely.
It was great to have a washer and dryer.

Overall great experience. Would highly recommend. Need to know there are 2 steps down from foyer to great room.

You can’t beat the location. Beautiful view. This is our third time staying in this complex and never had any issues until this trip. I washed our clothes and after drying them, they smelled like dirty underwear. I had to go out and get bounce to be able to wash any more clothes. The kitchen was very minimally stocked, only 1 cereal bowl. It would have been nice to have at least salt and pepper available. One night a horrible loud alarm went off, we had no idea what it was. Had to call security to come who said it was water detector. Turns out there was a leak in the garbage disposal and they had to replace it. We went to wash dishes the first night only to find no sponge to do it with. Still debating if the view from the condo was worth it.

This property is in the perfect location for everything you want or need in the Poipu area. It's in the middle of Poipu Kai Resort, so easy walking distance to Shipwreck Beach all the way to Marriott Beach. The condo itself is very comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. And the views!! We sat on our lanai every morning and most evenings just enjoying the view. No a/c but we never missed it, because the breezes blow through for great sleeping! Everything was neat and clean, including the pool area. We enjoyed most nights in the hot tub located right below the condo. We will be back!!

We stayed at Susan's place for 5 nights in February 2024. We loved the proximity to Poipu Beach and all the town has to offer. We took daily sunrise and sunset walks. The condo offered two bedrooms, a big living and dining room, and a great balcony with amazing views. Check in was seamless and easy. We also liked the proximity to Kalapaki Joe's . We would stay again.

Apartment was in a decent location, between two separate beach areas. There is a no shoe rule, which I like, but the carpet felt dirty and my socks were proof that the carpet was in fact dirty. Other than the carpet, I thought the place was very clean. The stovetop had two burners that didn't work, but we made due.
Anyone renting this place needs to know that the evening sun shines right in the living room area, making it very hot. There is only an AC in the bedroom, and the ceiling fans do not run high, they all only run slow, so they don't cool off the rooms at all. We were fine with the evening sun, because we weren't really there during that time of the day, except to change clothes. I liked the property, but I was never sure if access to a pool was part of the rental? The property does have lots of beach supplies in a small closet by the front door.

We stayed at the property for 9 nights and found the bones of the place to be really good - the condo layout, location, the development's amenities, parking could not be closer, the it was great having a washer/dryer. We communicated with the host about several things and she was very responsive about the issues.
Walking to beaches or being out and about for strolls getting to several restaurants was made easy by the location.

Had a great 5 day stay in this condo located next to the tennis courts and main pool in Kahala at Poipu Kai. A short walk to the beach or Kalapaki Joe’s for great happy hour drinks and apps. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have most meals there. Communication from host throughout the stay was responsive and very courteous. We did see a few insects as described but not any more than anywhere else. We also used the snorkeling equipment at Poipu beach. Wish we could have stayed there another month or two!

We loved Susan's condo! The location could not be more perfect for going to the beach, a great morning walk along the path, the pool and Kalapaki Joes! The condo was very clean and is exactly as pictured on the website. The kitchen is stocked with all we needed to cook, there were boogie boards, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, chairs and an umbrella. The bed and pillows were so comfortable - we so appreciated that! The views are beautiful from the lanai and we sat out there as often as we could! Susan is an excellent host and very responsive!

Great stay in Kauai! Condo was in the perfect location and just a very short walk to Poipu Beach. We enjoyed the spacious accommodations and all of the amenities. It allowed us to have breakfast in the morning, pack our lunch to take with us exploring the island and then return to enjoy sunset each evening on Poipu Beach with the sea turtles and monk seals.

We had a wonderful stay here, the location is absolutely perfect. We chose this condo because of the location, 5-6 minute walk to the beach which we loved. We could watch the sunset from the condo and were happy our kids could have their own space in the loft. The loft and upstairs washroom isn't large or updated but was clean and functioned well for us. I would recommend replacing or sharpening the kives and having more cutting boards. We chose to make some our meals and would have appreciated better quality knives and more places to cut produce. Also, the dishwasher door once unlatched just falls open and seems a bit wobbly.

Reserved in March 2023 for stay in December 2023. While I was in line to pick up my rental car AT THE LIHUE AIRPORT(!!?!), I received a call from a Poipu 365 person, telling me my condo wasn’t “ready”, but it would be on Thursday (this was on Monday before Christmas). She stated they were working on the lanai and it wouldn’t be done “for a few days”. The condo they offered was not close to equivalent: 2 queen beds instead of a king and twins (for my husband and I and 2 sons, both over 6 ft tall). No ocean view, not as close to amenities (Brenneke’s beach, Kalapaki Joes, the nice pool, etc.) The back “deck” felt overgrown with vegetation and was strung with cobwebs, the freezer door appeared covered in orange stains of some kind, pocket doors to the toilets were “stuck” and difficult to close. I spoke to the property agent who arranged to “clean” Kahala 312 that night (our original condo) but we weren’t able to use the lanai until the day before we departed. This was > $6000 for 6 nights (after taxes, fees, etc.) I asked for some refund and was told I would get a “15% discount”. I have received no refund, and they returned the cleaning deposit to my husband’s VISA card (which had been used a few years ago), not my card which was the one used in the transaction. We love Poipu and have stayed at many condos in Kahala, Regency and Manualoha at the Poipu Kai complex. We will not likely book with Poipu 365 again.

Picture perfect condo with a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Quiet, super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, oil, spices, etc. The bed is really comfortable. I have back problems, so I appreciated the high quality mattress. In fact, all the furnishings and appliances are in really good condition. The condo comes with everything we needed for a day at the beach - beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Very convenient location- a quick drive to Starbucks, shops and restaurants. HomeAway is the place to stay!
