We loved the very easy access to pool/hot tub, walk to the beach and tons of big grass areas for kids to run around in. Felt very relaxed and comfortable with our family there the whole time, family friendly for sure. Easy (drivable) food options, and a couple walking distance places for a pinch. The only drawback was not having air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, those areas were unbearable several days of our stay. The portable ac units in the bedrooms cooled the whole back of the unit nicely.

We did not originally book this unit, but was moved here by VRBO due to a problem with our original booking. It was a nice upgrade for us and closer to the beach. The unit was very clean, had plenty of space, and was an easy walk to the beach or to a nearby sports bar that had a daily happy hour. The unit has an AC unit in the main bedroom and the living room. The smaller room got a little warm, but there was a ceiling fan and a large floor fan that helped. There were a lot of beach supplies (wagon, umbrella, blankets/towels etc). The bathrooms could use a little updating - the main bathroom cabinet doors don't properly close and the other bathroom has a towel rod that needs some TLC. Overall, this is a great place to stay - it was just two of us and we could have easily had six total (I think the couch is a sofa bed).

We loved the location! Just perfect. It was easy to find and had no problem finding it late at night. We used the swimming pool and hot tube every night. The condo was clean except for the bath tub which need a deep cleaning. Tried to find some cleanser or scrubbing bubbles. Also, the toilet moved overtime we stood up. Yea, I’m not a big girl. Anyways, I don’t want to be critical because it was a perfect location.

The Condo was just perfect for our Family visit on the island. A short, beautiful stroll through the property to the Beach where you will most likely see Sea Turtles and Monk Seals. not to mention, Poipu is one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We also enjoyed sitting on the Lanai watching the tennis players at the Poipu tennis club. We would definitely recommend this place, and the hosts were easily reachable. We will be back!

Balcony was wonderful to hang out and look out at the beach in between the small walks to the beach and time in the water. Felt like the perfect spot to explore and enjoy all the beach fronts Poipu has to offer, because we could walk everywhere which enabled us to not worry about finding parking in town. Also the property is right next to the main exit out of poipu which gives quick access to other adventures. Only 20-30 mins away from Lihue and Eleele.

The host was very available to us…always answering our texts immediately. The power even went out in the area & they gave us an emergency number. We called it & they were already on top of it & able to let us know what happened & what was being done. Power came back on about 45 minutes later. Great communication by the host.

We had a very positive stay in Kauai in this unit. Unit has upgraded kitchen and bathroom and was very clean. Had most of everything we needed in the kitchen and beach chairs and beach toys.Unit has only air conditioning in the bedroom. The exposure of the family room/dining room made it very uncomfortable in that area of the unit during the afternoon. Weather in Kauai seems to no longer have the tradewinds to cool things off in the evenings, at least not during our recent stays.

Great place to stay during our trip. Close to everything, largest pool in the area is right behind you, but discreet with bushes hiding your area. Can see the ocean when standing on your patio, but not while sitting. Very happy with the place.

The check in and check out process is extremely easy. Everything, including adding air conditioning, was done through an app. The host is so dialed in with technology. Upon entering, my girlfriend remarked a couple times how clean the unit was. We went through the unit and were impressed with all of the amenities -- beach towels, books, laundry soap, and a closet full of items you can use at the beach including coolers and umbrella. There were cute little creative decorative touches throughout the unit like a flower on top of an extra roll of toilet paper and a bow made of dish towels on the oven door. The host provided us with a bowl of snacks. The unit has an ocean view and you can get to the beach in a 3-5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay & the host was very responsive. We definitely would stay here again.

This place was wonderful. It was comfortably furnished with nice sized rooms. It had everuthong we needed for our stay. The two lanais were nice. The view from the larger one was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous and well mantained. The walk to the beach was short and we saw sea turtles and monk seals there everyday! The location was great.

The condo was updated, well appointed, clean, and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location was great. Short walk to Poipu beach, and easy access to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the fact that it was in a peaceful setting and enjoyed the patio and BBQ’s. Pools were very quiet and the access to the Athletic Club was a bonus. Great W/D. The rental staff was amazing and responded quickly to answer our questions. Highly recommend this condo. We will be returning next year! Mahalo

The room was very clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella and walking to the beach from the room. The host was very responsive as well. Having the AC was well worth the extra cost. I would highly recommend.

The location in Po'ipu was great. The condo is older and furnished basically, but has a good layout and is in a quiet area. A couple things we noted: the bathroom sink rugs are a slip/fall hazard and might be better if replaced with slip-proof rugs or nothing. The light over the kitchen sink burned out and we told management but they didn't replace the bulb. The bedroom stayed cool with the portable air conditioner but the rest of the condo was hot and muggy...we tried running the fans continuously and opening the balcony when there was a breeze, but nothing helped. Mgmt told us we should have requested an air conditioned condo.

We came on a girls trip with my two daughters and it was honestly better than expected. The photos don’t do it Justice. First, there is newer, nicer furniture than they photos show. A lot more spacious and has a closet full of incredible beach chairs, boogie board.

Wonderful location. Quiet with a great view from the lanai. Loved how close the beaches and pool were. Walking distance to so many things! The AC in the bedrooms was fantastic. My daughters really enjoyed the bedroom loft where they each had a bed.

Great location for seeing the sights but the unit gets very hot. We tried everything to keep it cool. Thank goodness for the AC in the bedroom that’s where we stayed most of the time. The unit itself is dated but functional.

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for the week long stay. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was a life saver as we visited in August and it was pretty warm at night still. We really enjoyed the view of trees on one of the balconies. I took a star off from communication with management team because when checking in, I didn’t feel warm or welcome. We didn’t have any issues and the person was not friendly at all when giving the second key. Ironically when I was checking out, she was extremely pleasant - where was that niceness the week before. They were responsive when we had questions before and during the stay. The unit itself had beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. The in unit laundry was also very convenient to have. Please note the unit does have a loft portion that’s not accessible to guests, but fun to look up to from the living room. Access to pools was also spectacular as well as a ten-ish minute walk to the beach (bring water shoes and snorkeling masks!).Mahalo!

Condo dated - needs maintenance for safety issues like tub/shower grab bars (tub is large soaking type tub and difficult to step into); no smoke alarm in bedroom, A/C vent needs to be more secure in window opening or it comes loose and hot A/C exhaust blows into room; needs cleaning of bathroom vents, needs cleaning A/C filters BADLY ! Tub is slippery and no rubber mat provided; tub/toilet room light fixture does not appear to be working correctly - takes a long time to turn on and blinks repeatedly before steady light; toilet is not stable and rocks when sat upon; toilet lid is broken or needs tightening on right hinge; bath towels are small and flimsy; Unit does not really get breeze and gets very hot inside-A/C does not really cool bedroom during night. Location good; pool good; appliances work okay; note: extra charge for laundering more than 1 set towels per person!

Unit looks just as pictured. Can't beat the walkable location to beaches. Club amenities are great and appreciated. Noise from upstairs neighbors - just walking- sounds like elephants. Would have been nice to have AC on the days when there was no breeze, otherwise workable without. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

The location’s great and the unit is spacious. However, it was SO hot, that it was impossible to enjoy it. We were supposed to cook our meals, but didn’t want to spend the time there. It says AC in the headline & the amenities list, but it’s only a small portable AC in the bedroom (with the heat coming back from the window). It actually says this on the text paragraph, I guess it’s my fault that I didn’t pay enough attention and trusted the headline/amenities list. It was so hot that we would have moved at our own cost but nothing was really available in Poipu area. Stayed at the end of July.

We stayed at this condo during our honeymoon on Kauai and absolutely loved it! The place was beautifully decorated with a beachy, Hawaiian vibe that felt both fun and relaxing. Everything was spotless and looked brand new, from the stylish furniture to the thoughtful décor.The kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware and dishes, which made it easy to cook a few meals and enjoy quiet evenings in. They also provided beach towels, toys, coolers, and everything else we needed for a perfect day out.The ocean views from the lanai and being just a short walk to the beach were a huge bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home and made our honeymoon even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great location, lots room for one or a couple. Caroet needs replacing. Bedroom has portable ac but dest of house very hot especially the bathroom. Cant do make iyp in there at all. Even with all the windows open. Place needs an.Ac or upgraded ceiling fan that outs out more power and smaller one in tbe hallway and over the stairs would make huge difference. Also leaving a sample back of lysol wipes for the kitchen would be great.

We loved the location of this property and got amazing sunrise and sunset views. It was well stocked with various items we needed in the kitchen and for the beach, though these all need to be updated. However on the negative side, there is no AC in the living areas which made it extremely hot inside even with all the fans and windows open. The appliances and furniture also need to be updated as they are older. Overall, the stay still was a pleasant one but my partner and I walked away with a new found appreciation for modern air conditioning :)

Nice views and located very close to Poipu Beach, which was great for snorkeling, swimming, and seeing sea turtles and seals! Also close to Shipwreck beach which had a beautiful coastal trail. Host responded quickly to fix issue with AC in the loft. Nice to have a kitchen for cooking a few of our own meals.
