Picture perfect condo with a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Quiet, super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, oil, spices, etc. The bed is really comfortable. I have back problems, so I appreciated the high quality mattress. In fact, all the furnishings and appliances are in really good condition. The condo comes with everything we needed for a day at the beach - beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Very convenient location- a quick drive to Starbucks, shops and restaurants. HomeAway is the place to stay!

What a great property. Our Family of 4 had a wonderful time over Christmas!! The place couldn't have been in a better location.. Super close to Poipu beach and the place was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. Even had boogie boards, chairs and a cooler that could be used for the beach. It had everything we needed for our 1st 4 nights in Poipu. John and Connie were super quick with questions and the best hosts!!

Felt the condo had great linens, towels and extras that hep one settle in quickly. Very close to beach and whatever needed such as beach chairs , snorkel gear ,towels included. Bed was lovely, wonderfully large closet and bathroom. Kitchen very nice and well set up.
Ratten furniture was very comfortable which often isn’t in other condos we have stayed in as this furniture is most likely more expensive. There could be better lighting such as higher watt bulbs . Washing machine doesn’t clean well as it is too small annd short wash cycle. a regular size washer would make a difference.
We really enjoyed this condo and the couple issues above are not a deal breaker. We felt we made the right choice.

The view from this property is serene and breathtaking. We started every morning with coffee on the lanai, gazing off at the ocean. One or two red-created small cardinals joined us frequently, as did a small, unobtrusive (on the side of the lanai railing) gecko. Paradise! Additionally, Susan was a very responsive and caring host. My husband had a medical emergency while on the island, and Susan graciously extended our stay as long as she could, prior to the next arrival, and then tried to help me find an additional extended stay venue. We highly recommend her condo for location, comfort and excellent host support!

The location of the unit is very convenient to many things, chief among them being about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Having an assigned parking spot right in front of the unit was perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. The community's pool and gas grills are also nearby.
Upon arrival, the unit was clean and the air conditioners were running so that it was cool inside. The mini-split system really does a fine job keeping things comfortable. As others have noted, the bathrooms are a bit dated, but they were clean. Showers had good water pressure and the water was hot.
Check in and check out procedures were among the easiest I've had at any rental property I've stayed at. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I am a clean freak & this place was immaculate. Loved the extras they provided; from coffee, to sunscreen, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, beach towels, insulated drink glasses to a wagon full of beach chairs & umbrella! We used it all & thankful for everything they thought to include.
Then there’s the location & amenities. Short walk to the beach, pools & eating places.
Loved every minute of every day here.

We explored the entire island...we saw sea turtles and sea lions just a short walk from the unit. The unit is nice, we used mainly at night for sleep. The snorkel gear and boogie boards were fabulous and much appreciated as were the beach chairs and cooler. The unit is very convenient to everything you want to see.

I booked this property for my son, his wife, and 4 children ranging from 2-10. They absolutely loved it. It was clean, nicely decorated, and large enough (and equipped enough) that we cooked and served Thanksgiving dinner on the lanai to 14 people. The sofa sleeper was reported to be the "most comfortable sleeper ever". Additionally, they loved having the pool and hot tub for the kids as an alternative to the beach and also used the membership to the "Sports Club" for the waterslide and beautiful pickleball courts. Definitely a win!

But it isn't. I wish it were. Many things were just right, but the unit was simply way too hot. Too hot to stay inside. I'm a long-time Poipu visitor, and I've never stayed anywhere near this hot. Outside was much cooler than inside. There were four brand-new ceiling fans and an interior AC unit the size of a large suitcase, so clearly the owners are aware of the problem, but it just didn't work. Nights were fine for sleeping, and early mornings were fine, but by 10am it was stifling. We worked out, over our first week how to set the umbrella to shade the glass doors, pull the curtains, and adjust the fans and AC for the best air flow, but it simply wasn't enough. We spent far too much of our Hawaii holiday sitting in a ridiculously hot, dark room. Now if you go out all day adventuring, this place is ideal. But if you, like us, are seniors with only enough energy for one activity a day, this is not the place for you. We spent lots of time playing Scrabble out at the pool where it was cool and breezy. The location is great for beaches, shopping, and sights. But inside the house was really not acceptable during the day. Beds were great. Linens were top grade. Showers and washer/dryer were just fine. There was plenty of beach equipment and a wagon to haul it in. But the kitchen was really too hot for cooking - although we did. It had no ventilation and the smoke detector had been clearly moved from the kitchen to the back hall. I regret this rating very much.

This condo is in a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and steps away from the pool & restaurant. The condo was clean and was stocked with everything we needed - kitchenware, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear & sunscreen. Upon arrival, we were only given a key to one of the pools, but the property manager responded promptly, apologized and dropped the key off. We were not aware that you have to pay to access the tennis/pickleball courts but it was listed in the property info book provided in condo which we overlooked. The master has a comfortable king, large bathroom, spacious closet and A/C. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Poipu.

This condo is perfectly situated! A short walk to Poipu beach and you'll have snorkeling, swimming, and at sunset you can watch the turtles come to spend the night on the sandy beach. You might even see a monk seal sunning himself. Kalapaki Joe's is super close and a great place for a meal.
The condo is nicely appointed but could use some more silverware or you'll be running the dishwasher every day. There is AC in the master bedroom only but the open windows and ceiling fans help. There is a closet full of anything you might need for a day at the beach, chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, umbrella, etc.
The pool is just steps from your front door. And it's a wonderful pool. Not huge but so welcoming after a long hot day exploring the island.
Chad is great. He will answer any of your questions. Just don't check in early as it upsets the housekeeping staff.
You will enjoy your stay in this condo.

This condo is in a great location! It has a paved path to Poipu Beach. It also is close to several restaurants, not walking but a quick 5-10 min drive. Bed was also incredible comfortable!
Honestly, the only negative is that there is only air conditioning in the bedroom and loft. It made sleeping very cool and comfy, but the rest of the condo is very very warm. Other than that it was a great stay!
