Everything was exactly as described. Close to the beach, a quiet pool right outside the door, and an awesome athletic club with a big pool with a water slide and a full service restaurant. Can’t wait to come back.

We were very pleased with our unit on the ground floor, close to parking spot in front, right next door to small pool and a short walk to large pool/hot tub. Unit was well appointed with all that we needed. Also a short walk to Brenneck’s beach and Poipu beach down the path on property.
(Only recommendation would be to upgrade pillows in bedrooms— they were on the flatter side and gave me a kinked neck most mornings. But the mattress was super comfortable!)
Thanks for a lovely stay in Kauai. We would stay here again.

Although a little dated, this property is close to the beach and great snorkeling which more than made up for that. Grounds are well maintained and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Condo was fine for what we needed - close to beach and greenway walks. could use a bit of updating. loved sitting on the lanai in the morning sipping coffee and reading.

All we could ask for in a rental for our family. Easy walk to the beach, well-stocked kitchen, beach toys, washing machine. The furniture and decor are a little dated, but it was clean and the perfect size for our two adults, baby and toddler. The grounds are perfectly manicured and Poipu Beach was amazing. Great walking trails. We would definitely stay there again.
