Picture perfect condo with a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Quiet, super clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, oil, spices, etc. The bed is really comfortable. I have back problems, so I appreciated the high quality mattress. In fact, all the furnishings and appliances are in really good condition. The condo comes with everything we needed for a day at the beach - beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. Very convenient location- a quick drive to Starbucks, shops and restaurants. HomeAway is the place to stay!

The location was great with everything within a couple of miles that you may need. Beautiful walk around the property with nearby restaurants and beaches to enjoy.
The hpuse was perfect! Had everything and anything we could need. And very nicely decorated, with a wonderful view of the ocean.

Truly had everything. Great view of the ocean on spacious patio, great distance to everything in the area (very walkable). They had beach chairs, coolers, and welcome snacks for us!! Would stay again

The condo itself was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Incredible views from the main rooms. It was very clean. Well stocked kitchen and a lot of amenities. This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed a month in Tom and Margaret’s beautiful condo and it had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect. Ocean views, walking distance to the beaches,restaurants and shopping. We love Poipu and all it has to offer.
The unit is clean and well stocked. We appreciated having beach chairs and the umbrella for our outings as well as the coolers to use. The Kahala complex is awesome. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. It definitely felt like home away from home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat 😊

Too short, easy stay at Kahala. Place was great! Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen. We didn’t have any problems but if we did Tom and Margaret were easily reachable. Thanks to Tom and Margaret for sharing their beautiful place and for the welcome basket which we enjoyed after a long day of flying!

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay here. The welcome basket of treats was a sweet surprise! The condo was clean, quiet, and well stocked with beach supplies. We loved seeing the turtles, whales breaching off in the distance and monk seals. We walked the nearby Heritage Trail which had beautiful views. We didn't need air conditioning.. The master bed was comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

We have stayed in three different rentals in Kahala building number six and this is our favorite. The two units above this have a slightly better view over the green space, of the tennis courts, and down to the ocean.
This rental excels in how nicely it is stocked. Who wants to go shopping for sundries and end up with a several months supply when you are only staying for two weeks?
This unit is decorated like someone’s home instead of a rental. Everything on the walls and counters is attractive and well chosen with geat taste.
There are just a couple slight negatives. It would be nice to have a salad, spinner and a drying rack for hand wash dishes. During our December visiting time, the sunset from the lanai is blocked behind a clump of palm trees down at the horizon. This is not true for the units above.
This is a wonderful rental, and we fully agree with all the positive comments from the previous reviewers.

Lovely condo with a view to enjoy from the lanai. Nicely renovated, great location, nicely stocked. Incredibly responsive hosts - Tom and Margaret answered queries very quickly and helpfully during the booking process. If I had to balance the all the positives out with a few items, I l’d note the bed was on the soft side (if you are used to a firmer mattress) and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was a bit louder (didn’t bother us),. Love the property/area and condo. Five stars for a place to stay in lovely Kauai.

Good location with poipu beach about .25 miles away and shops and restaurants 3 minutes away. Bed very comfortable, had a in bedroom but never needed it.Kitchen has everything you need.Sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella. Best of all, the lanai, lounge chairs, table and great view

This condo is an amazing deal. Not only does it have a view of the ocean, but comes fully equipped with everything you could need. Close to multiple beaches, restaurants, and access to pool. The complex was very quiet and peaceful. My friends staying at the high end resort down the street were jealous of the condo and how much more of a value it was. The instruction book that was present made everything in the condo easy to use and find. We would stay here again with out hesitation.

Condo is well stocked, clean and close to beaches and road. Lanai is wonderful to have as well as pool & jacuzzi a couple minutes away. Air conditioner in bedroom was helpful but loud. Great communication with prompt reply and trying to be very accommodating to us. Would recommend to couples, or families with a small child.

This rental worked out perfect for us. Great location. We appreciated the book of information and all the nice little added touches like coffee, water, chocolates, shampoo/conditioner to make our stay more comfortable. Very clean and neat. A bit warm inside without A/C but opening up all the windows to get that cross breeze really helps. Providing a cooler and beach toys were also great.
The bed was comfortable and would totally stay here again!

Of the 3 places we stayed during our vacation, this was our favorite by far! Everything was exactly as described, clean and really nice. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked down to the beach every day , a very short walk to food, shopping and a beautiful sunset and turtles on the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Great property, well appointed with everything you could need….beach chairs, towels, coolers, boogie boards, etc. Hosts were wonderful to work with and answered any questions quickly. Great location—you can see the ocean from the balcony—and a short walk to the beach for swimming and snorkeling. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Everything was great, especially the communication with Tom. I had a few questions during our stay and he answered my call right away or returned a voice mail in short time. That is a big reason I would recommend this property as well as location and view etc... This is not the owners fault, but the other renters below and above us were pretty noisy. Not much you can do about that.

The location, property and proximity to beaches was perfect for us. Very relaxing, yet a lot to do and see with walks everyday. Great restaurants in the area ...Merriman's, Keoki's Paradise, and Kalapaki Joe's sports bar. Communication with host was immediate and helpful, all the amenities and conveniences included. Bed comfortable and very clean! Sad we didn't stay a few more days.

Beautiful, quiet and modern. Ocean view a treat. Large kitchen with everything you need for food prep. Perfectly located on the southern end of the island near restaurants, shopping and beaches. Turtles sightings are a delight at nearby Brennecke Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom & Margaret's. The condo is a short walk to the beach and playground and a few restaurants. It's spacious, clean, and was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our toddler. We would definitely come back.
