Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The condo was comfortable and nicely equipped, and has a very good ocean view. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of walking down to the beach, restaurants, and various coffee shops. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location of the unit was perfect. Nice central location for day trips to see the sights. Close to the beach and park as well as restaurants and shopping. We have stayed in the resort complex before and even though the unit was a bit dated, it was comfortable and met our basic needs.

My wife and I loved our stay here. Great access to Poipu, and the check-in was very easy. The management company called us multiple times to make sure how we were doing, which was very helpful.

Great location, great lanai with view. Ate all our meals outside, it was great! The condo itself is dated; A couple of the burners on the stove didn’t work, and the bed pillows could stand to be replaced, but for the price, this condo is just fine.

Filthy and disgusting is a mild way of stating it. Asked for someone to come out and look at property but they were too busy for the entire 3 weeks were there. We took several photos and would share them. The company and VRBO misrepresented the suite which needs a total reno!

My partner Lori and I stayed at this Poipu resort/condo property for 2 weeks in late March-early April 2022. While the unit itself was nothing fancy and in need of updating, it was perfect for our needs and budget. The south shore Poipu location is awesome and adjacent to lots of fun activities on Kauai. We had an exceptional time during our 2 week vacation and staying at this particular property helped make it all possible. Construction in an adjacent unit during our stay was a bit annoying during the day, but the property management company was attentive to this concern and addressed this issue in a professional manner. All in all, we had a very positive experience.

The unit is in a perfect location but in dire need of some upgrades. The stove is in disrepair and the flooring is coming up in spots. The bathroom could use some sprucing up. Furniture needs to be cleaned at minimum. The lock box code was changed after having given it to me so that caused some frustration upon arrival.
