Parking notes: Guest must register at the Office on site. Office is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm during the weekdays. However, please note that the office closes for an hour lunch, anytime between 12pm-2:00pm. If guests arrive after hours or on the weekends, they can come in to register on the next business day. Security is available from 8:00am to 8:00pm and the phone number is (808)280-5735.
Guests are required to pay one time parking fee of $20 per day not to exceed $140 (per vehicle) to front desk at arrival.
On a first-come, first-served basis, one vehicle may park in the parking area K-L-M, which is closest to the condo. Parking is and is not assigned nor guaranteed.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
