Beautifully remodeled studio, East facing 25th-floor unit with features breathtaking views of the ocean that must be seen to truly be believed. This charming unit comfortably accommodates up to three guests and is nestled right in the heart of historic Waikiki within the Pacific Monarch.

Make no mistake: this is the vacation destination you've been waiting for! Just a 3-minute walk away from the warm sands and blue water of the world's most famous beaches, you'll be soaking up the sun, swimming in the ocean, snorkeling, surfing, and kicking back in one of the world's most desirable locations.

For your convenience and comfort, this split air-conditioned unit features an open floor plan with a kitchenette that is equipped with a mini-fridge, a double burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. We upgraded our AC to a Split AC unit -- which is far quieter and more powerful than the common window units that you typically see. The room has a plush king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a top-notch 55" curved smart flat-screen TV with cable and lightning-fast WiFi internet (100/10). We've also provided a dining table and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Our brand-new king-size mattress, the "Beautyrest Silver Open Seas King Mattress," offers medium-firm support, delivering back pain relief with its innovative Pocketed Coil® technology and a ventilated layer of AirCool® gel memory foam that keeps you cool and comfortable throughout the night. The AirCool Gel memory foam's open cell structure dissipates heat, ensuring your ideal sleeping temperature while conforming to your body, relieving pressure points, and allowing for ease of movement. Additionally, the full bathroom features a bathtub and shower with a multifunction showerhead.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.

If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $30 per day (price is subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance.

And here's the icing on the cake: don't forget to check out the stunning rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, featuring a pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are inside the dresser.

LAUNDRY ROOMS: There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Everything was perfect. Its close to Everything. No rental car needed. Saved a bunch just on chair rental and ice daily. Getting food and enjoying the view is priceless. We used the rooftop pool a couple times, but cant beat Waikiki beach just two short blocks away. We will definitely rent this place again.

Unit is smaller than the pictures shows. This is just slightly larger than a standard hotel room. Space between bed and walls is three feet but restricted on one side to less than 1 foot by the dresser. Shower head leaked and sprayed bathroom floor. Floor was dirty, we had to clean our feet before putting on shoes or getting in bed. Limited outlets for charging. This is the worst property that we have stayed at through Vrbo.

it’d be nice if there was a place at the property to store your luggage until check in time so you could go explore and not have to wait in the lobby. This unit shares a wall with the elevator shaft, which can be noisy. The ocean view is beautiful and the location is convenient. Close to the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Property management very responsive.

No vehicle required here. Shirt walk to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Great views from our room and everything you need to be self contained. We will certainly be back and would stay here without hesitation.

Unit was nice and clean. The building is old but location is great. Except for kitchen and bath there are no wall switches for the lights and almost no plug ins to recharge phones etc. The air conditioning unit was loud and had a squeak. Refrigerator dripped inside a bit and things were wet. Had a good time in spite of small things

We had a wonderful three night stay at this property. The view is stunning, both during the day and at night. It is the perfect location to access everything Waikiki has to offer. The beach is only 5 minutes away and you are right in the middle of Waikiki, so only a 10 minute walk either direction let's you experience all the shopping and restaurants you could ever want. Also very easy to catch the bus and the trolley. The room itself was small, but perfect for a couple and all was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed and good A/C was so welcome on the hot nights! The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, nice to have 24 hour reception which made checking in and out a breeze with our red-eye flights. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again.
