This charming studio, located on the 8th floor, accommodates 2 guests and is nestled right in the heart of historic Waikiki at the Pacific Monarch. We've given it a fresh makeover to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.
Believe us when we say, this is the vacation spot you've been dreaming of! You're just a quick 3-minute walk from the world-famous beaches with warm sand and crystal-clear water. You can soak up the sun, take a dip, go snorkeling, catch some waves, and just relax in one of the best places on Earth.
Inside, we've got you covered with a handy split air-conditioning unit to keep you cool and comfy. The open layout includes a kitchenette with all the essentials: a fridge, a double burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. And speaking of A/C, we've upgraded to a super-quiet Split A/C unit for your ultimate comfort – no noisy window units here! The room has a king-size bed, one pull-out sleeper sofa, and a cool 55" smart TV with Netflix and cable. You've also got fast WiFi, a dining table for 4, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.
Your sleep is important to us, so we've got a brand new king-size mattress called "Beautyrest Silver Open Seas King Mattress." It's just the right balance of soft and firm, with technology to keep you cool and comfy all night long. AirCool Gel memory foam features an open-cell structure that helps dissipate heat and keeps you at your ideal sleeping temperature. This unique design conforms to your body while providing pressure point relief and freedom of movement.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.
If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $35 per day (price is subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance.
And here's the icing on the cake: don't forget to check out the stunning rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor, featuring a pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub, and a rejuvenating sauna.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Good location. Walking distance to everything. They were working on painting, carpets etc…. While we stayed which was a bit of an inconvenience. No where to hang wet beach towels and half the closet was taken up by a dresser. Hot tub looking a little rough and needs some work.There were no pots on arrival for cooking but were promptly dropped off. Unfortunately you don’t get the same treatment as a guest of the hotel because you booked your stay privately.

Good physical location, condition good., but too much noise from motor cycle rental and night life. Ambulance. Suggest you replace the louvered windows next to bed with solid glass.

The location was a perfect walk to the beach and shopping area. The roof top pool gave me an amazing view of the sunrise, Im a registered nurse working through the pandemic and this was an amazing trip and much needed rest and relaxation, thank you.

The check out procedures printed in the book in the apartment differ from the emails.The fire alarms went off three times in eight days at the hotel. Once at 3:45am !!!!!

The location is amazing. There's plenty of stuff within walking distance, and most things are not much more than a short drive away. The place was pretty much as described, though the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. It's not the most modern place, but it fit the bill since we didn't spend much time indoors.
