The bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, a TV, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It can be completely closed off from the living area. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with cable. Step outside onto the spacious balcony with its ocean and city views, complete with a table and 4 chairs, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening sunsets. To top it all, the full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower!
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.
Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed wireless internet. If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $30 per day (price is subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows, and a blanket are inside the closet.
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is
provided in your starter supply kit.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Just what I needed for a short stopover. Close to everything and a very nice apartment.
Great kitchen and balcony view to get your day started or have a quick lunch. The bedroom gets warm if you leave the bedroom door shut. A/C unit is in the living room. Everything else was perfect. I didn’t mind the short walk to the beach.
Parking garage was tight and hard to maneuver
If you like to be where the action is, this apartment puts you in the middle of everything Waikiki. We loved the proximity to the beach. We used the Biki bike system and the local transit to get around. The apartment was a relaxing spot after busy days. We used the rooftop pool many times. The lounge area adjacent to the pool area is recently redecorated and well appointed.
I like Biki to get around, but mostly had everything desired nearby. The ventilation options are good with a north corner apartment and large balcony 16 floors above traffic fumes.
The unit was excellent. The location was awesome - so close to the beach, restaurants, parks, etc. that we enjoyed walking everywhere. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and in a building atmosphere that was pleasant, friendly, and vibrant. The pool and pool area was great, as were the other amenities in the building for our use. You will love this condo - we sure did and will definitely be back to stay in this place again. We have recommended it to many of our friends and family already.

Property in great location and well maintained.
Charges were clearly explained and check in procedures were given in advance. Even though we were not renting from the hotel the front desk was always helpful and pleasant in answering our questions.

Very nice, very central. Lots of places to eat within a 5 min walk. Great views from the balcony.
Downside noise at night if you have doors open plus the ambient light. But this is hawaii no different from any holiday city place.
Excellent location, condo is small, but expected in Waikiki. Had enough dishes to cook and eat. Full size fridge was great! We would definitely stay there again.
VERY good location, near the beaches, shopping and lots of dining options. This comer unit on 16th floor has a breeze going through it is you open the windows. Only ran the small window a/c located in the living room at night so we can close the windows. May get warmer in the middle of summer…
Garage is expensive 30$/night and spaces are narrow but
While the place isn't big, and it's not quiet, we loved the location! We were blocks away from the beach, right in the heart of Waikiki. The place was clean, the wait for the elevators is a pain, but overall we were very happy here.
This place is in an amazing location, right next to beach and endless shops. Only things that were challenging was the check in process and elevators could take a while.
Unit 1606 in the Pacific Monarch is best described as a well worn Super 8’ish hotel room with a kitchenette. (Roughly a 2-3 star hotel type of place).. but it does have a great view.

As description implies it’s a matter of setting your expectations. Was surprised the nice looking furniture was vinyl - so not very comfortable, but understand it is probably super durable for renters to come in and sit with wet swim suits.
Older worn bathroom
The 16th floor is still quite noisy (ie not quite high enough to avoid the noise of a city)
Other disappointment was they had older Teflon frying pans which are not safe to cook with due to emission is PFOAs (carcinogens). Most older Teflon pans have been removed from service in the US and are banned outside of the US. Requested replacement through Midway realty and was informed that was not possible. That being said they had other pots that we were able to use during our stay.
Overall - we wouldn’t stay here again, but the location & views were good if you’re willing to overlook the points mentioned
We loved staying at this place. I will say that if you need a really quiet place to sleep, then this is not it. You can hear street noise and the window AC unit is loud. That said, overall we really liked the location, the giant balcony and all of the windows! We went during covid and the front desk staff and security take covid very seriously there which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
The view of the beach. They provided very light beach chairs for us to carry to the beach. It’s close to the beach. Close to stores and restaurants!!!
Place was located right in the middle of everything so it was easy to get around. It was a cute little spot. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure to bring your own coffee and creamer and hand soap. I’d still stay again.
There were 3 of us adults staying at this super cute condo, with a quite big balcony (that stretches from outside the bedroom to the living room). Very nicely decorated and very comfortable inside. Loved the rooftop pool, sauna, and hot tub. Also the location was great - it felt more residential and a bit less touristy, yet was close to everything. Would rent again!
