The location of this condo cannot be beat, in the middle of the action and only a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The building itself has some nice amenities such as a nice lounge on the top floor, a sauna and a rooftop pool. One thing to note is that the condo is right below the lounge and one night there was a party in the lounge that did cause a fair amount of noise in the condo. However the party was over by 9 PM so not a big deal in my opinion. At night the 'quiet hours' are respected by everyone in the building it seems, but of course being in the center of Waikiki there is sometimes street noise, especially police and ambulance sirens, that can be heard. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Overall definitely recommended.

This condo has amazing views! Mnts, diamond head, koko head, of course ocean! 180 degrees. Very rare to find a penthouse with this! I’m not much of a city person but at night was great to see everything lit up! Condo has all you will need, and the essentials like towels, pots/ pans all seem to be brand new. Location is super close to beach, great restaurants, and a very nice upscale market! You can’t go wrong!!

Best location in the heart of Waikiki! 2 min to the beach. Very nice views from top floor. Quiet too. No heat problem with nice wind. Never had to use a/c. Hope to be back!

The property met our expectations, being affordable and walking distance to what we wanted. We travel on a budget, and it was nice to be able to just pop downstairs, walk a 1/2 block and get a range of inexpensive eats to be supplemented with veggies and other food we got from elsewhere. Also walking distance to more upscale dining when we wanted. Also very nice that our host had in the unit, 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella which we used. There was also a beach mat, 2 snorkel sets which we did not use, but there for future visitors. The AC in the unit is in-window. Effectively cooled down the immediate living room and kitchen area -- didn't quite cool down bedroom -- but it does work. All in all, we'd stay here again. No frills, within our means, and got us the Waikiki stay we wanted!

Great condo on the top floor of the hotel building. Perfect if you travel with kids. Beautiful views of the ocean and city/mountains. The unit has everything for a comfortable stay including beach gear, plenty of towels, and necessary cooking tools.

Listing was accurate, communication with host was prompt and supportive. Instructions for check and check out were clear and the condo was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean and Diamon Head. Would certainly stay here again.

Loved the condo, lanai was beautiful and nice to sit and watch the ocean. All windows open for cross breeze we never even needed air! The rooftop pool was useful and there are grills and even a sauna too. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I enjoyed 8 nights in this condo. Lani was fantastic in responding quickly to questions and accommodated our request for a late check out. Location was conveniently located close to all amenities including restaurants, shopping, Waikiki beach, car rentals, bus stops, etc. The ocean and city views are amazing and even better in real life than the pictures. I have back problems and found the bed very comfortable (good support, not too hard or soft). Condo was reasonably clean, offered good value (for Hawaii), and was stocked with basic necessities. Two beach chairs were provided and we left the beach umbrella we purchased for the next guests. We saved a substantial amount of money by having a kitchen and stocking up at Costco and Target. I would have given it 5 stars except for the following: -being in the heart of Waikiki was noisy (traffic, parties, loud music, frequent emergency vehicle sirens including at night). Given the condo is not at all sound proof (wind whistles through fully closed windows), I’m a light sleeper and had a very hard time sleeping in spite of leaving the AC fan on high and my white noise app blaring at max volume. *Note: my wife slept just fine lol! -building and this unit are aging and could benefit from updating. -no personal touches such as a welcome basket, note, or follow up to see how the stay was going, etc. -we spent a lot of time waiting for one of two elevators to and from the 32nd floor. Overall, we would recommend this unit.

We were the first travelers to stay in this condo with the new owners, so I expected some bumps in the road. Lani was very attentive and contacted me a few times prior to our stay to clear things up, which was great. She also called to make sure check-in went well and answered my texts throughout the stay. Check in was quick and easy. About the condo: Pros: * Location was phenomenal! We were in walking distance of almost everything. The balcony had a n amazing view of the city, diamond head, and sunrises. *Kitchen- I love having the option of cooking a meal instead of eating out. It was small but had everything we needed. *Rooftop pool and spa was incredible. We took full advantage of the deck. Being only one floor down, we could use the stairs when the elevators were taking too long. *The bed was very comfy and having a dining table was a plus. *The condo was very clean and well kept as a whole. Cons: *We were lucky to go in the winter so the summer's heat wasn't a problem. There is an air conditioning unit in the living area but not the bed room. I can't imagine how hot it could get in the summer. We ended up putting the stand up fan in the doorway to try to circulate air a little better. *Lighting- it was a bit dark in the main area, overhead lights would help. *Bathroom could use a little updating. The shower head was small and needing some attention. Towels- being an independent condo apart from the hotel, we weren't given fresh towels during our sta and couldn't get any from the front desk. Which wasn't terrible with laundry downstairs, however having more than 4 towels for showering and the pool would have been very much appreciated. We ended up going and buying beach towels and doing laundry. *Noise- this wasn't horribly annoying, but even with the windows and slider closed, I was awoken several times with fire trucks and ambulance throughout the stay. City life, I suppose. *Pillows for the pullout couch would have helped our son. *Garbage bags- a stock of bags would have been great. We were told trash was guest responsibly and knowing bugs can be an issue, we took the trash out nightly. By night 3, we were out of bags. Understanding this is a new property for the owners, I feel it was a great condo for us. Hopefully some of the kinks we experienced will be looked at for future guests. I will definitely consider this property for our next visit. Thank you, Lani for allowing our family to enjoy this condo!!
