We do our utmost to provide all the comforts of home as you experience the adventure and restorative benefits of beach-side life! Unit 204 is located on the second floor, four units from ocean's edge. Enjoy the sounds of the waves, view sunsets, and watch whales during season, from the large private lanai with two bar height tables and six chairs. This condo has air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with large island that seats four, modern stylish furniture, two 'Innovations' King Beds, two flat screen TVs, free WIFI. This property boasts superb cabinetry, artistic decorations and finishes, high quality linens and towels. Front master bedroom area is open to the living room. The second bedroom offers you the option to choose one king bed or two single beds, and is equipped with a built in desk w/cabinets, TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee, and an en' suite bath w/ tub and shower. Both bedrooms have mirrored closets with open shelving for your items. Baths have cleansing products and hair dryers. Four adults are able to establish privacy by locking doors accessing the entry hallway.

Enjoy beach walks, multitudes of ocean activities, and relaxation on the expansive lawn under palms. Plentiful lounges provided. A glass enclosed pool has a slate surround deck, patio tables w/chairs, waterfall feature, close access to lobby and amenities. You are at one of the best swimming and snorkeling locations on the island. A short path leads you to a boat ramp where some of the excursions begin. There are miles of beachfront and pathways to enjoy.
Mana Kai Maui now offers a state of the art Fitness Center and Business Center on lower level. An activity desk and The Surf Shop are at your service with offers for exciting ocean adventures, events, and beach equipment rentals from snorkeling gear, kayaks, bikes to paddle boards.
A brief one to 3-mile drive, will take you to upscale shopping and art venues, grocery outlets, tennis, golf, and variety of dining choices from cafes to fine dining establishments.
This property is suitable for maximum of four occupants plus one child in crib or rented bed; which is not provided or available on site. The sofa is not a sleeper. If you need a crib or other child/baby equipment, we will direct you to a reputable provider.
UNIT INVENTORY includes Two Sets of Linens in each bedroom area, Bath and Beach Towels, 2 hair dryers, iron and board, a safe, starter coffee, paper products, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and various cleansing items subject to availability.
LAUNDRY: 2 large capacity washers and 2 dryers located on each floor. Tokens for machines are $3.00 each - available at front desk.

You will receive a packet of information on local services, ocean and sun safety, and coupons, Prior to arrival a personalized guest informative document is emailed direct to you from manager of unit 204 specifying contacts for this unit, your assigned key code, and house rules designed for your comfort .

ZACKS DELI and convenience store offers fresh morning coffee, snacks, sandwiches, wraps, salads, ala carte prepared meals, water, ice, assortment of drinks, cleaning supplies, toiletries, sunscreen, beachwear, toys, and gifts, etc.
BBQ AREA: located on the east lawn area. Reserve usage time at front desk.
YOGA: Yoga Path located on ground level, ocean side entrance- Class fees apply..

NEARBY: Just a few steps away, you may access another beachfront restaurant. We are located on boundary of Wailea/Kihei close to many restaurants. golf courses, tennis, shopping, and art galleries.

PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 60 days prior to arrival date. When reserving 90 days or more in advance, you may make two or three installment payments.
PEAK SEASON: December 16 To April 15
VALUE SEASON: April 16 through December 15.
We do not offer to reserve the second bedroom separately.
MID-STAY CLEAN: includes complete clean of interior; change of towels and linens. Stays 14 nights or longer require at least one mid-stay clean.
OCCUPANCY: Please notify us if the number in your party staying in unit 204 changes before arrival date. Non-disclosure results in further charges.

Notice of Cancellation 60 days or more before check-in date: Admin fee is fifteen per cent of total rents plus tax. (Security Dep and clean fees not included in determining the fee amount). If the exact dates you cancelled are reserved by someone else, an additional amount will be refunded determined by deducting 30 percent of the previous administration fee and refunding the remainder.
Notice of Cancellation 31 to 59 days prior to check-in date: Refund is fifty per cent of rent and tax total of your reservation. Paid clean and security deposit fees are refunded. When all the exact dates you cancelled are reserved by someone else, an additional amount will be refunded determined by first deducting 15 percent of reservation rent plus tax total; and refunding the remainder.
Notice of Cancellation 30 days or less to check-in date: No Refund of rent and rent tax. Security Deposit and clean fees are refunded If and when ALL the exact dates you cancelled, or a PORTION of them, are reserved by someone else, you will receive a prorated refund; minus an administration fee of 15 percent of original reservation rent and tax total
(Guests staying more than 14 nights will need to provide 90 day notice of cancellation-will receive amended policy. )
Guests who DEPART DURING THEIR STAY will not receive a refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: The following items are checked carefully and affect the amount of Security Deposit refund.
1. Damage beyond normal wear and tear to unit 204 interior but not limited to: walls, floors, furnishings, appliances, kitchen inventory, drapery, electronics, remotes, air conditioners, counters, cabinets, doors, windows, screens, accessories, decorations, mirrors, lamps, lighting, wall hangings, prints or art, linens, towels, blankets, bed spreads, mattresses, mattress pads, blankets, comforters, all pillows.
2. Inventory remains complete. Please let us know if something is lost or broken.
3. Items left in unit that you wish returned. Cost includes a $10.00 per trip to post office plus mailing costs. Receipt and summary invoice will be emailed to you.
4. *Excessive Laundry:" Six (6) loads included in depart clean and 4 loads at mid clean. Two sets of linens and towels are provided - We ask that you do not use items stored in baskets under bed which are for housecleaning only.
5. *Excessive time needed to perform cleaning. Four hours for depart clean fee and 2 hours for mid-stay cleans. .Stains and grim that require *extra time to treat and/or special treatment". This applies to all items listed above in 'Item 1'; but not limited to.
6. When *professional dry cleaning or stain removal are necessary beyond capability of our service, Maui Cleaning Services, the charges are deducted.
7. If additional labor and materials are required to repair damage to referred items listed above in Item 1, but not limited to; there will be deductions and possible additional costs for replacement, if it is determined that damage is intentional.
