Took the whole family to Maui for 10 days. Had three condos at the Mana Kai. The whole facility and staff are 5star. Already making plans for another trip to Maui and the Mana Kai.

Wow, we were just so delighted with our stay here. Steps to a wonderful snorkelling / swimming beach (go in the morning, the water is much calmer!), got surprised by a sea turtle out there, little shop downstairs with basics (ice, drinks, snacks). And the condo itself!! The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The tv swivels so you can easily laze about in bed or on the sofa. Not that you’ll be watching much tv. We ate breakfast on the balcony, then out all day and back to the balcony for happy hour before dinner.
We loved our stay here. The host has also stocked the kitchen and unit with everything you’ll need. And NICE wine glasses and big coffee mugs, not the usual tiny tourist sized ones.
The only thing missing that we wished for was a cooler bag for our road to Hana day! Mahalo, thank you so much!!

The Mana Kai was an excellent place to stay in Maui with our family of four (2 kids, 9 yo and 6 yo) plus grandma. Unit #412 was super nice. Both the building and the unit present as in the pictures. No big surprises. There are some major renovations going on to the building - read the notices - which are focused on the restaurant, outdoor tiki bar and fitness centers as of now. These did not impact our stay in any significant way. Although I must say I’d be excited to come back when they are done as it will truly enhance an already great experience .

We had an amazing time at the Mana Kai! Our week there was amazing and we then went to the Grand Wailea. The entire family agreed. We like the Mana Kai way more. The 808 store, the pool, the beach, nothing but praises from our family.
The condo itself was perfect too. Everythng we could need, clean, super comfy beds... if youre look at this listing I'd highly recommend it.

This was third stay at the Manakai Maui condos. The units all have the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The beach is just outside your door, very kid friendly for swimming and playing at the beach. We like staying in Kihei, more local not as touristy. Many great places to eat close by.

Overall, the unit met our expectations. The ocean front views were great, and the lanai provided a relaxing place to take in the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean.
Might have been beneficial for the unit to have a tray or rug to place shoes on in the entry way, prior to the living area entry.

It was just as described. It is in great condition - the view, and the property we could not have been more pleased. The actual location of the property is ideal - right on the beach, with a great pool, convenient general store on first floor, and a walk or short drive to all the restaurants, stores, shops, and bars in Kihei/Wailea. Property Management was attentive and courteous.

Great location near Kihei town as well as Wailea resorts. Nice beach right outside the door. Clean, cozy and comfortable unit -- and access to booking activities on-sight is a plus.

We just spent a week at this condo and it was incredible! The pictures and description exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect for all of the activities that were planned and we especially enjoyed being able to walk just a few steps to get to the beautiful beach for a morning and evening walk. The unit is newly renovated and the amenities and furnishings are top notch. Absolutely everything I needed was included in the kitchen as well. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and we also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Sarentos next door. I would definitely return to this property and will recommend it to friends and family!

Superb remodel with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, beds! High end appliances in the kitchen, new showers, new TV's, etc. Mana Kai is in a great location, has a great beach perfect for first timers to boogie board, body surf and snorkle. The Mana Kai itself has been completely remodeled and looks great! Besides the unit being new, the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Without a doubt, this was one of the best vacations our family has ever had!
