Welcome to Mana Kai 608! Being beach lovers and frequent guests ourselves, we have newly renovated our condo with a modern and comfortable beach feel in mind. We strive to bring the essence of Maui to your stay with us and hope you will love it as much as we do!

Quick update: 808 GENERAL STORE IS NOW OPEN AT MANA KAI!! Known for its award-winning scrumptious sandwiches and salads, they also sell groceries, adult and kid beverages, reef safe sunscreen, beach toys and other items you may have left off your packing list. 808 General Store is on bottom floor, beachfront where Zack's Deli previously resided. Right next to the Surf Shack!

More exciting news!! The acclaimed Hawaii restaurant group Merriman’s will be opening a farm to table restaurant at Mana Kai! It will be oceanfront where 5 Palms was previously located. The restaurant space is being completely renovated as you read this and has plans to open tentatively late in 2024. But not to worry, no shortage of nearby restaurants while it's being renovated! Mana Kai is situated within a 2-minute uber ride, drive, bike or even walk to dozens of restaurants right there in Kihei and Wailea. We have had a steady stream of happy guests enjoying our condo 24/7/365 since the restaurant renovations started several months ago!

Mana Kai 608 is located on the 2nd to highest building level, not in a condo situated immediately over restaurant. We have discounted the rates during these months regardless, for the inconvenience of our guests not being able to access the restaurant or potential renovation noise. It's a great time to take advantage of the reduced rates!

Why Mana Kai? After an extensive search on Maui, it was crystal clear (like the water on this beach) that Mana Kai would be our choice. We absolutely love this 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront location situated in an ideal beachfront spot directly on the ocean and smack dab on the border of highly sought after Wailea and South Kihei.

Personal Property Manager: Since we don't reside on Maui, we (Mana Kai 608 owners) have privately contracted with the best Property Manager on the Island to take care of your every need at Mana Kai 608. Tracy O'Reilly has proven experience and treats her clients how we would welcome any guest into our home. You will be in great hands during your stay and she is available but invisible. Guests have especially appreciated her attentiveness and care while traveling to Maui during unique travel times, she will help you navigate the expectations before and during for a worry free trip!

We take your health and safety very seriously! As owners, we often stay in our condo when our valued guests are not staying there. Mana Kai building and property follows the most stringent daily sanitization procedures required for properties to operate safely.

For our condo Mana Kai 608, we have rolled out enhanced disinfecting procedures.

At Mana Kai 608 we have our own professional cleaning team hired by us the owners and Tracy, our privately contracted Maui Property Manager. We have incorporated disinfecting protocols before each guest arrives to our regular cleaning procedure. For no additional charge, this two-tier cleaning, disinfecting and air out process will be done between every guest. Your safety and well being is very important to us.

If you enjoy Wailea's 5-star resorts right down the beach but crave a kitchen, less fees, a bit more laid back vibe, have found that the “view” rooms or condos are set too far back from the ocean or tired of crossing the street to get to the beach, come stay with us at Mana Kai 608!

Mana Kai 608 is situated waterfront on an incredible beach and walkable to the Wailea shops and dozens of Wailea and Kihei restaurants. Wailea Tennis Club (which is fantastic and super low key) and golf are nearby as well. It’s perfect for families with kids of all ages too, less hassle, more beach/pool time and fun right out your door. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, metal hydroflasks, beach towels and other beach goodies in the condo for your convenience! We have referrals for private boat charters, private snorkel and scuba sessions and surf instructors too!

After staying in many of the nearby resorts and condos in various locations around Maui, we chose Mana Kai because it sits on a stunning and level sandy beach, many convenient on site “resort-like” amenities, mellow vibe and sunny south Maui location. A truly rare find, Mana Kai sits directly oceanfront on one of the most clear and beautiful, swimmable beaches on Maui. Simply put, Mana Kai 608 is situated with better views, bigger lanais and even closer to the water than you get at the "oceanfront" or "ocean view" hotel rooms and you walk right out to the beach at Mana Kai or watch the sunset from your own oceanfront lanai.

The beach: Keawakapu Beach is a highly sought after beach for visitors to Maui due to it's incredible clarity and world class snorkeling, sand bottom and gentle enough waves for all ages and water sports. Enjoy the view of the water in front of you instead of sitting behind endless rows of umbrellas and chairs often times at the resort beaches. Mana Kai shares the pristine Keawakapu beach with a row of multimillion dollar private oceanfront homes resulting in a more tranquil setting for all to enjoy. Staying at Mana Kai 608 you can enjoy all the incredible beauty on sand and in the water that Maui has to offer, right beneath your feet.

Turn Key Service offering: We have privately contracted with Tracy O'Reilly and her team to manage our condo and assist you during your stay. Her motto of being “invisible but available”, Tracy's team will provide incredible service and responsiveness for you and your family/friends. Tracy and her team are an an experienced and small Maui Property Management team with a proven track record.

Getting there: Mana Kai an easy 20 minute drive from the airport. Mana Kai is on the most southern part of Kihei, bordering Wailea, so you can drop down from Piilani Highway on Kilohana street to get to and from Mana Kai versus driving through the South Kihei road traffic.

The Space: OK, back to the condo itself! During your stay in Mana Kai 608, you will be cooled by ocean breezes and commanding sunset and ocean views. It features a private balcony with the sound of the waves every single night in your ocean view bedroom. It also includes 3 ceiling fans and 2 brand new A/C units to keep you comfortable and cool while in Maui. This 2BR/2BA condo has a full kitchen and 2 private full bathrooms for enhanced privacy. Both bedrooms have new beds (one queen, one king) plus queen sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Guests will drift off to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and fresh breeze and lay comfortably on new mattresses and cooling memory foam pillows (located in master bedroom upper closer). Ahhh.. sleep is calling.

Mana Kai 608 has a private lanai with amazing ocean views. The building is situated directly on the beach and includes a heated, oceanfront, salt water pool which is a rarity in Maui. The pool is a great option for taking a refreshing dip while enjoying views and sounds of the ocean. There is also a beautiful grassy area with lounge chairs and a shower to rinse off before heading back into condo. This 6th floor condo is located on one of the highest floors directly in the center of the building with coveted views.

Spend relaxing days soaking up the Maui sunshine as well as action packed days at the beach as you swim, lounge, boogie board, surf, fish, paddle board, scuba dive, kayak, yoga, walk/run along the beach, whale watch, boat, and/or snorkel.

We stock ample laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, coffee filters. We also provide "starter kit" supplies in each bathroom and the main kitchen. Upon arrival, you will find 6 fresh rolls of toilet paper (3 per bathroom) and 1 fresh roll of paper towels for the kitchen. This will be enough to get you started with the essentials.

Effective March 26, 2022 for domestic travel there will no longer be a requirement testing or vaccine card proof to travel to Maui! Please consult for rules still in place for international travel to Maui. Time to sit back, relax and truly ENJOY a stress free beach vacation!
