For dining enjoyment, there are several good restaurants within a short walking distance: Beach Bar & Grill restaurant next door and Dollies Cafe & Pub across the street. Maui Brewing, McDonalds and The Whaler Generral Store are all in the Kahana Gateway Center a short walk across the street. The Ritz Carleton Hotel at Kapalua and the various hotels in Kaanapali (both about a 5 min. drive away) offer even more dining and a variety of retail shops. Be sure and spend some time in downtown Lahaina with it's fun Front Street shops and many restaurants.
