The property is in an amazing location and the view is breathtaking. Unfortunately the property management team was unprofessional and unapologetic. The listing says you can request the second bedroom to be set up with 2 twins or 1 king. I requested the setup with 1 king because I have a 1 year old. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the second bedroom was set up with 2 twins. I called, no answer, so I left a message and emailed. No response. The next morning, I called and emailed again, and when they finally called back and I explained my situation, the property manager said she doesn't believe that I requested the king set up. I offered to send her a screenshot of my vrbo booking message proving my request, and she dismissed it and said it doesn't matter. I asked if they will come fix the setup and she said they can't guarantee it because the linens crew has already started their shift and they might not have extra sheets. When the linens crew finally changed the sheets, it smelled musty... made me wonder if they recycled sheets they removed elsewhere. Overall, it was not the hospitality you expect on vacation.
The dishwasher was also broken but facilities maintenance came quickly and fixed it.

Beautiful view from the balconies, the unit was very clean. Everything was there that we needed. Enjoyed our stay very much, will be returning soon. Was able to see sea turtles, right in front of the unit on the sand.

We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view unit on the 11th floor and the view was magnificent every day. The unit itself was very, very warm. There is no central AC, just a portable unit that did not cool the place down very well. We slept with all the windows open, but it was still languid within the unit each night. So no central AC. Also, the bathroom was very compact. I am a big and tall dude, and the shower was hard to get into and out of, and the toilet area was very...narrow...and - therefore - challenging. But the grounds were very nice, the amenities and extras within the unit were great, and the five of us enjoyed our stay! It was also very cool how close we were to the actual beach - just a short drive away. Parking was ample and the unit itself was plenty large enough for all of us (two families) to not be all up in each others' business.

We loved staying at this rental! The location and views cannot be beat. It is close to Lahaina for convenience, but just far enough away to not be so busy. The beach was wonderful and we spent a lot of time swimming, snorkeling, and playing in the sand. The view from the balconies was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed watching whales in the morning, and often saw sea turtles as well! Our kids enjoyed the pool as well. We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and many other things in the condo that helped us enjoy the beach and ocean. The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, which was an adjustment for us because we are not used to the heat and humidity. But there were many fans and overall it wasn’t a problem.

Great property. Clean and had tons of *extras like fins, boards, games for the family and a fully furnished/stocked house. A quick run to the grocery store and we were all set. Loved the portable a/c for the bedroom too for those extra warm days. Had a great experience and will use again for the family on our next visit to the island.

Great condo, location and hosts. We had pretty much everything except of food. Views are breathtaking from the balcony and the entry way. Grocery store, snorkle shop, restaurants are walking distance.
There is alao an amazing turtle beach few minutes away. Our kids loved it.

This is a fabulous property. The views were amazing and listening to the surf below us was so relaxing. The condo itself is spacious and fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and also beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. We enjoyed the quiet location and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband had sent my daughter and into Maui as a Christmas present We Went during her spring break from College. The location was great . Just down the street from Lahaina. The view and sound of the ocean was a bonus! The beds were super comfortable. Nice having our breakfasts on the patio. Had all of the amenities for a great stay . Even had some some coffee and pancake mix for us when we arrived . There is no air conditioning though. The fans did a pretty good job. The only negatives I have are : The skillet needs to be replaced ( propped it up to use ), the shower head in the front shower beat the heck out of my skin ,black out curtains in main bedroom need to be replaced . A few other things but, not worth mentioning. Although there are beach towels , you will need your own chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear etc. The rooms all have TV’s. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cooking needs ( except that pan). That is all for now . Had a great vacation.

Wow, wow, wow! We are so in love with this property. I almost don’t want to leave such a great review because I want to keep this little gem a secret! The condo is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos, which isn’t always the case when booking online. The views are spectacular, we had plenty of room for all of us, the location is perfect, and we had almost everything we needed. My only slight complaint was lack of bath towels; we only had 4 and there were 6 of us. I’m sure I could have asked for more, but we made due with what we had. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the boogie boards, but Kim went above and beyond to make to right! We couldn’t find the boards, turns out they had likely been broken by previous guests and as such were thrown away. Kim sent someone out to buy us new ones, which was so nice! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed them. Overall our stay was amazing and I highly recommend this place!! We will definitely be back.

I was in Maui for my daughter’s wedding. I spent very little time at the condo but everything was clean and in good working order. As for many Maui condos, there is no central air conditioning. This was not a problem during my stay as it was in February and it was very comfortable with the constant breeze. I’m not sure how it might be in the summer. Overall, the condo was on a very nice property and it was a good value for the price. The view of the water is amazing with the whales and turtles passing by!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Valley Isle. Our condo was beautiful with amazing views from the Living Room and bedroom! We saw so many whales from our balcony. It was simply amazing! We also saw a group of dolphins and sea turtles just below our balcony. Our condo had all the amenities that we needed, including beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrella. This condo also had a beach which not all condos have which was wonderful! Great location! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

The views from this condo are just spectacular. The kitchen and living rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated. We watched whales from our balcony every morning!
