Nice little studio condo, lots in the room for your stay, very responsive owner. Watched turtles in the morning and afternoon, falling stars in the evening. Good restaurants and grocery/liquor stores a very short walk away.
Would have liked air conditioning and the ceiling fan was inoperable during our stay, but opening both doors made enough draft to get by. Had a great time, would check here if I return in the future.

We saw tortoises from the balcony every morning! The location is great, with many good restaurants within 10min drive. The only potential improvement we can see is installing an AC. It will be hot in the evening. A trick we found is that opening the door and letting the wind in. It will quickly cool down the room.

I stayed here with my family (4). The condo is on the best location, oceanview and steps to the beach, most of the time i stay in the patio with my tea and cookies watching the waves and swimmers. The view is refreshing and stress-relieving, it gives serenity and peace. At night I and my hubby drink our cocktails at we witnessed the sunset and later on as it gets dark the starts and moon. We leave the patio screen open all night and can hear the waves all night long. The owner is nice and kind responds quick to any concern. The size is small but we were able to manage and enjoy! Thanks Gwen for letting us stay.

Beach was great (don’t let the sand bags scare you off), the view was fantastic, we sat on the deck every morning and evening! Good communication with property owner!

Gwen is a great host and very responsive. The apartment has an impeccable view. Would have given 5 stars if wasn’t for the following: next door is being renovated. At times the sound of drilling would wake up our infant baby during his nap time.
The apartment could use some maintenance like the balcony bug screen does not close tight and there is big holes. We had two moths in the room at separate times.

Fantastic location and views right on ocean. If you want to do whale watching this is the area to be in. Every morning you can watch the whales from your balcony while eating breakfast. We also had a monk seal and a turtle rest on the beach just to the left of our balcony. We enjoyed the stay so very much.

This was our first trip ever to Hawaii. We arrived in Honolulu for a wedding and heard so many great things about Maui that we just had to make a side trip to see for ourselves. Our adventures aside, I have to say our lodging experience with the condo we rented far exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and the view from the lanai absolutely magnificent. It was well equipped for a week’s stay and the breeze from the trade winds was so refreshing. Sleeping with the window open, listening to the waves was heavenly. We’ll be back!!

This was one of the best vacation stays I have ever had. The condo was fully stocked and equipped.
The view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic and would cost an arm and a leg normally at most properties.
I recommend getting access to a car or transportation as there is not much nearby within walking distance besides a few small shops, McDonalds and some restaurants.
But the location also makes the beach area quiet and calm than your normally overrun beaches.
It is about an hour by car from the airport so plan accordingly.
Gwen was a great host and responsive. Parking was easy and elevators worked well. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location was perfect. The ocean view was stunning. I watched turtles eating along the reef from our balcony every day. This was one of my favorite things about the condo.
It is a perfect condo and is comfortable for 1-2 adults. The Gwen was very responsive to my questions. There are 2 fans along with the ocean breeze through the screen doors that help cool down the condo. The bathroom got as warm as a sauna so we moved the floor fan into the bathroom to keep us cool after showering. This helped a lot!
The kitchen is well stocked with necessities and appliances. There are boogie boards, snorkel gear for 2 people and coolers available to use. This is a great amenity!

Love this apartment. Perfect location and relaxing, well-maintained and it had a fabulous view, most beautiful sunset. Everyday we were able to see turtles swimming by from balcony and go down to beach and swim with turtles, also great place to snorkel. We did see some dolphins as well. The host is amazing she provided everything you need in the apartment literally everything and apartment is so cozy we instantly get linked. I wish we could stay longer but I will definitely come back.

This condo was lovely! This was our first visit to Maui and Hawaii and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay on Maui! The condo has a great location and the views of the ocean are incredible. We could see turtles in the ocean from the balcony, it was heavenly! Gwen was a wonderful host and gave us so many suggestions and ideas for places to go and things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean. The balcony view was amazing from the 10th floor we literally saw a green turtle on the beach, beautiful sunsets, and you can see Molokai island and Lanai from the balcony! It was nice to sleep to the sound of the ocean. This host had plenty of beach towels swimming and beach equipment!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. I would definitely stay there again. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! We were to see turtles at sunrise while eating our breakfast. They could be seen at all times of the day though.
It is close driving distance to all the major happenings in Lahaina.
Kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook a meal with. The bed was very comfortable. The property was very clean and orderly.
The host is INCREDIBLE. She is responsive, kind and easy to work with. She made a great stay even better.

Wow! I couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay during our Maui vacation. We where right on the beach. Condo has everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler, noodles and boogie board. At anytime throughout the day we could look out and see turtles. :) There is an absolutely breathtaking snokel spot about 5 miles down 30. We felt like we were swimming in an aquarium! The view of sunsets from the balcony are something I will remember forever. I can not more highly recommend a place. We will definitely return to this condo many many times over. If you are worried about the condo not having an ac...don't let that stop you from selecting this place. We are both very warm blooded and were never bothered by not having an ac. We slept with the sliding door open where we could hear the ocean all night and the slight breeze was just enough to keep us comfortable.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. The view is absolutely stunning! The hosts made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The place has everything you need and more. First time to Maui. We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us. The views are amazing. Molokai is straight out from the balcony and look to the left to see Lanai. We saw turtles everyday from the balcony. Great beaches nearby not crowded at all. Even the beach right outside of the building is nice and relaxing. The current is a little strong there but still good for swimming and snorkeling. As far as the actual condo it is a little dated but we didn’t mind. Everything worked and is comfortable. No A/C was definitely not an issue. Opened the balcony door and had a nice breeze and listened to the waves all night long. This place is a great little place for a couple to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was soo comfortable and very relaxing! The room, kitchen, and bathroom were very clean. The host was open to answering all my questions and even provided us with a list of recommendations of what to do and eat. My baby seemed very happy to stay here as well. We had a great time during our stay. Gwen and her team were super responsive when we had an issue pop up and took care of everything rapidly. The views from the balcony are second to none, we caught glimpses of passing whales and turtles swimming near to shore. Close enough to the major shopping and resorts but far enough away to enjoy a more private getaway on less crowded beaches. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 7 nights in Jan 2022. We spent most of our time not in the condo but when we were in the condo we sat on the balcony. The balcony was a dream. We could see turtles and whales in almost every direction. Also the sunset on the balcony every night was amazing. On the balcony, there was snorkeling gear (no flippers) a body board, beach chairs, and a small cooler for the perfect beach day. I would stay here again for sure!

The view from the balcony is amazing! Some updates are needed but overall a great condo in a great location. Currently, they were in the process of updating window treatments which will be nice I'm sure! It was very nice to have a cooler and the Tommy Bahama beach chairs!

Gwen couldn’t have been more accommodating and the location was perfect for our 8th anniversary. We loved waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee on the lanai while watching sea turtles and surfers. The property is gorgeous and the beach was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

This studio has everything you need: centralized location, easy check-in process, ample kitchen / bathroom amenities and stellar 10th floor view.
It's also 500 ft from West Maui Islander 28 bus stop, which runs from Kapalua through Ka'anapali down to Lahaina. Very easy to use.

This studio in Kahana is a little outdated. But has a gorgeous view and location. It is centrally located to some great snorkeling beaches. We were thankful for the stocked kitchen; and we left things like shampoo and bottled water for the next guest. He did have a hiccup upon arrival due to the conda not being cleaned on time. Tom graciously left a basket of goodies for our troubles.

I was on the 10th floor - the view was amazing of the ocean sunset and a lot of turtles. One draw back was no A/C it was in the 90's and the unit got very warm. The property is currently being remodeled - so lots of noise in the morning with construction. Very nice Resorts close by and excellent walking paths.
