We loved this condo! Great views! We saw turtles come feed close to the shoreline every day. Condo was spotless. We had everything we needed. Beach chairs and towels were nice to have.
The beach just below is small but nice and calm. Short drive to other beaches.

The views from the 7th floor are amazing—we could see turtles directly below and whales in the distance—close enough even to see their tails! Waves crashed all night and despite no AC, was very cool with cross breezes. Nice lobby with luggage carts. No beach directly under condo building but a few steps to the left and there’s a charming beach that our kids loved. Gentle waves, decent snorkeling, and no car required. I would have loved a broom and a pair of binoculars but otherwise it was perfect!

Loved this condo! Couldn't ask for a better location❤️ Slept with the patio doors open every night and loved listening to the surf. Even though it's not air conditioned, only one day was it hot/humid in the condo. Great cross breeze with the front door open. Everything is in the condo that you could possibly need. Linens, hair dryer, beach towels and chairs, board games, cards, scissors, everything! Only negative I have about this condo, is that it could use new pots and pans. We didn't use any of them due to their poor condition. Definitely hope we can stay here again!

Clean, well-kept, with great views from the balcony of turtles swimming immediately below and humpbacks jumping and spouting further out (bringing binoculars really helps see the whales). Excellent location - walkable beach 2 min south, many beaches within 5-10 min south and north by car.

We loved our 4 nights at Valley Isle 708. We was plenty of room for 4 adults, the kitchen was well stocked and there were 4 beach chairs were available for our use. The master bedroom has a cute balcony with an ocean view, but the mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced. Its deep grooves not only don't add to the comfort, but it kind of pushes you out. As is typical for Maui there is no ac, but there were fans galore to keep the breeze moving as well as a double lock secure screen door. The property is location in a central area, close to restaurants, grocery stores, food trucks and 15 mins from Front St. I'd recommend and stay at this property again - Mahalo 🌴

This 7th floor, right on the water with amazing views, condo was everything we could have asked for. Well, minus AC, but we knew going in that there wasn't any. This was the first time we were 4 in our party, as we've stayed in Valley Isle Resort a few times before as a couple. This unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels, fans in each room, a gorgeous view, comfortable beds and couch, very quick elevators, access to a beach there for the first time since we've stayed there. Debbie and her entire staff at CBI were extremely helpful, polite, and willing to go the extra mile, and answered any questions or concerns immediately. We would definitely stay in this unit again if we need room for 4 again!

The past reviews are spot on. We prioritized having ocean front and really liked our kids having separate beds. For the price, those amenities really stood out. The location is great and we were able to get tours, see various beaches, and spend time at the condo for swimming and relaxing. Having an oceanfront property and hearing the waves as you fell asleep was really great.
What other guests said about some of the furniture and the building being older and out of date is true. We were more than willing to live with that for the oceanfront. The condo did come with beach towels and chairs which were really helpful. It’s also next to Hawaiian Village Coffee shop and Maui Brewing Company. They are within walking distance and both were great. If interested we found The Hawaii Vacation Guide really helpful to plan our trip. They are on YouTube and have their own site. Mahalo CB Island Vacations. You were very helpful and prompt and we had a great time.

Perfect condo for our family of 4. Had awesome views of the beach where we saw turtles swimming everyday. Beach access was quick and the condo had beach chairs and canopy as well. Kitchen was well kept with utensils and stuff to cook our meals. Condo was only 10-15 mins from happening places of Lahaina and Kaanapalli. Condo had good TV options, books and games. The CB vacation rentals was quick to answer any questions. We just felt a little sad while leaving.. overall a very enjoyable and memorable stay in Maui.

Overall it was a great trip. We enjoyed our stay and the place had an incredible view. There are turtles that hang around the beach in front of the place so we got to watch turtles the whole trip which was the highlight.

Property was exactly as listed with a gorgeous view over the ocean. The view was breathtaking from the property overlooking the ocean and islands in the distance. All of the incredible beaches and activities on that side of the island were within, at most, a short drive away.

This condo is ideally located right on the beach with 180 degree oceans views from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing all day long, view turtles from the deck & the sunsets are amazing. Kahana is very nice & we spent time all over the island. Highly recommend Maui for any occasion and we can’t wait to come back.

If your looking for a quiet clean place to stay this is it. This was a great spot to stay, nice quiet place right on the ocean. Very private and clean. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every minute.
It’s close to everything you need for stores and the beaches are great all with in minutes.
We saw whales and turtles right off the deck. Sunsets were amazing.
One note to owner, the plastic covering on the mattress causes sweating while sleeping as it don’t breath. I would suggest removing it for a more comfortable nights rest.
That was the only hitch, while it’s not an updated unit it is nicely kept. Everything worked great.

This apartment was perfectly located between kaanapali and kapalua. We watched humpback whales jumping, and sea turtles foraging right from our balcony while having our morning coffee! The beach was quiet and beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a condo right on top of the crashing surf with amazing views this is it! We have stayed in Kahana before and like that it is in between Lahaina and Kapalua. It was great to have such easy access to the little beach. In general the condo is in decent shape but could use some updates. If you plan on cooking a lot the kitchen is very basic with minimal spices, so bring your own. If we had been closer to Costco I would have gone and bought some new non stick pans. The internet is very slow (25 mbs) and didn’t reach the bedrooms. The sheets were scratchy and the back button on the remote didn’t work so it was more challenging to navigate through the apps. These are minor issues, I know, didn’t really detract from the enjoyment of our stay and are easily fixable.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The views were fantastic and made the experience. The location was great as well. The unit was dated and in need of some work. For example, the towel bars on the bathroom doors were loose and one fell off. The main balcony patio door locking mechanism was broken but functioned. The screen door was not always smoothly operating. The second bathroom toilet had problems with the chain on the flushing. But we definitely enjoyed our experience at this resort and unit. Again, the views are incredible, and we were able to see whales from our balconies. Overall, we had a positive experience. Management called us upon our arrival to check in which was appreciated. We also enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and a cooler. We would definitely consider staying here again in future. Muhalo!

I can’t say enough about this condo. My family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect. Sleeping was easy every night with the ocean breeze. Turtles in the water right below the balcony every day (fun to swim with). Great location close to Lahaina and Kaanapali shopping/restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

This location and view was absolutely perfect. Diana from guest services was awesome and very responsive. They even helped us with our late checkout time once our flights were delayed. You cannot beat the view from the balcony, and the beach is only a few short steps away. Although there's no way I could rate this place less than 5 stars. There were some positives and negatives. I'll list out below.
Something that wasn't really a positive or negative is the construction. We got in late at night and didn't know where to go with all the construction. However, once we got the hang of it, it was easy.
Positives:
- Views from bedroom + balcony
- Proximity to beach access
- Location (so much of what we did was within a 20 min. drive)
- Communication with staff
- Easy check-in/check-out process
- Saw many people complaining about the condo being outdated, no issues on our end. The place was great!
Negatives:
- No A/C - didn't realize this before booking most nights were cool, but about 3 of them were very hot
- The washer/dryer only holds a few items (literally a towel or two) we had to use the public coin laundry to wash clothes
- Only one shower works
Overall I would recommend this place for a great Maui vacation!

Well equipped unit that was perfect for our family. The view was amazing. Clean and relaxing. We watched whales and turtles off the lanai - thanks for the binoculars! Not many negatives about our stay. Unfortunately the master toilet ran the entire time around the clock. Fortunately the sound of the ocean muffled it some. There was also a mysterious water leak in the guest bath hallway, which management looked at, but we asked they wait until we were out to do any work as we only had one more day. They respected our wishes. The pool was noisy during the day with construction work, so not very relaxing to lounger by, unless we hit it at the crew’s lunch time. Our contact at CB was amazing and we had great customer service. We accidentally left a hoodie in the unit when we checked out that they found after we emailed them about it and they mailed it back to us! We would be happy to stay in this unit again.

King bed in master was great. Very small lanai off master, but allowed for opening the door for great views and airflow. Lots of doors between the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. Can separate either bedroom with its bathroom or close a bedroom and leave the bathroom accessible. No AC which was not a problem for a mid March trip. Temps in the 80 high and 70 low range. Fans and open windows and doors kept temps comfortable. Clothes washer was tiny and finicky. A few of the pictures are out of date. As of March 21 there is no beach. Short walk next door to a nice one though. Major construction on the property, but looks to be advancing well. Great location with fast access to great snorkel spots and food in walking distance. Main lanai was nice and I spent a lot of time out there reading and watching the whales. The ocean is very loud against the giant sandbags protecting the shore, otherwise the area is quiet.

Loved the views from the living area and master bedroom. We were able to stand on the lanai and watch turtles all week. Good location - close to many restaurants and Lahaina. Snorkeling was ok in front of the condo, but the beach access was very convenient. The downsides: a little outdated, the carpet and couches were stained, and the washer had a smell. However we stayed for the view and convenience and the price so overall we were happy.
