I this is my second stay here. I absolutely can’t say enough about the view. The master bedroom is right on the ocean . I saw turtles every morning. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the beach chairs and cooler.

The property was just as it indicates. It was clean, well furnished, and the views from the 8th floor were amazing. We stayed for 2 days and wish we had more. The host was in continuous contact with us prior to our stay so we had great communication. If you want to enjoy time in Hawaii during well season, this is the place!!

Ww have stayed at Valley Isle Resort many times but this unit was by far the best.We loved everything about this unit! The view was incredible from every room. The king size bed was adjustable so we could lie in bed in the mornings looking out at the ocean. The living room was very comfortable. There is no AC but it isn't needed with the sliding glass doors open. There were plenty of towels, both beach and bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. And the property management company was wonderful.They were always a text message away -before during and after the trip. And I must say something about the people of Maui. Everyone we encountered were so thankful that we had come. They really have serious gratitude for visitors right now.

I would definitely stay here again!! Great communication from everyone. We love the space, views, and turtles. I would recommend to the owners to re-grout the floors. It was a bit painful walking in the restroom area.

There was no power on the day we arrived (due to the fires) and we ended up leaving the next morning. However, the property was very clean, inviting, and the views were amazing! The rental team was very responsive & helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return someday!

View was wonderful and bed was fantastic. Loved the couch thing outside. Wonderful cross breeze. Location was great for snorkeling. The sprayer by the pool made cleaning gear before heading to unit quick and effective. Appreciated the filtered water in fridge. Fast elevators. Would stay again. Thanks!

We had the most amazing view in this condo. Everything was clean and well kept. All of the furniture was comfortable and the adjustable bed was an added plus. It definitely got warm without AC, but opening all of the screens (front door and ocean-side sliders) gave a great breeze that kept the condo more comfortable through the warmer parts of the day. The pool was clean and convenient. The beach access was super easy and wasn't busy. We loved the corner location and 8th floor views. Can't say enough good things about it!

We booked this property for our honeymoon. The property was in the part of the island we wanted to be in, close to Kaanapali but not in the middle of masses of people. It is a well appointed property with everything you need. The specific condo we reserved was almost perfect. The only thing that would have made it better was AC, but with multiple fans and locking screen doors, we were able to keep the air flowing well. The view of the turtles swimming in the surf below as well as the whales spouting in the channel was priceless. The only thing that would have made the property better was if they had put the pool within view of the ocean and if the fitness center was completed. Aside from those two minor details, this was a perfect homebase for our week of Maui explorations. You won't regret booking this property.

Pictures can’t give this place justice. One of the most memorable rentals you can have in Maui! Peaceful and spectacular views from the patio and bedroom. Was seconds away from the beach as well. Highly recommend!!

Overall the rental was great, gorgeous views and we loved having the beach chairs and cooler to take with us to lounge on the beach with. The pullout bed was made when we got there and it was very dirty. There were crumbs and flossing sticks stuck into the sheets. We were able to clean them no problem but were unable to use the sheets the first night. Besides that it was great and we had a wonderful time.

Great condo for two. The view is spectacular and centrally located for activities we did on the island. Nice happy hour next door at the Beach House restaurant. Watched whales from the unit non-stop.
Would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation on Maui.

What a beautiful stay at a gorgeous place in a great location. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and had anything and everything you could need in a place. The views were beautiful, and we utilized the porch a ton. You would constantly see whales spouting in the distance. We would definitely recommend staying here! Beyond the property itself, the location was great. A pretty short drive to anything you’d want, and even if there was a further drive.. you didn’t mind because the roads weren’t very highly congested.

Everything was as expected. Great views from the balcony, comfortable condo. The patio is large and has a great chaise lounge.
I was worried when I read reviews of no a/c. It wasn't a problem at all. Fans and open sliding doors in the bedroom and living room was perfect. The weather was mid to low 80's daytime and high 60's to 70's at night. Humidity was 58-65% and the condo stayed comfortable all day/night. The front door does open to the parking lot, but, you are up 8 floors, an end condo (so no one is walking by), has a lockable screen door and opening the door allows for a great breeze.
The kitchen is workable for small meal cooking. All needed utensils and cookware is provided. The fridge is too big for the space. You can't open the left side fridge door all the way. Would be a problem if I lived there, but easy to deal with knowing the place isn't mine 😊.
There is some staining on the carpet but the condo was clean. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and chocolates. We arrived very late and didn't have a chance to go grocery shopping and were thankful for the chocolate to snack on and coffee for the morning.
We typically don't contact hosts while vacationing. We did ask our host for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last full day and they happily replied stating a team member would drop one by.
There is a convenience store, pizza/pub place, awesome sushi place, snorkel store and micro brewery within walking distance. It's close to essentials and far enough away from typical tourist spots that the area didn't feel over crowded.
Overall, we enjoyed our time in this condo and would stay here again.

First thing we noticed as turning on the lights was the cockroaches scattering to hide. Next was, there must be a shortage of toilet paper since we were only left with 1 roll for over a weeks stay. The sheets on the bed were dirty and looked like they had not been washed at all. If that’s what you call “stained” they need to be replaced. Disgusting and I almost threw up when I saw it. Had a hard time sleeping on the bed after noticing that. Owners were easy to get a hold of. They did have housekeeping bring more toilet paper but after several times of asking. They also had someone come out to take care of the bugs but again after getting the run around saying who should take care of it and also us buying our own bug spray in the meantime. Property maintenance also came to spray which helped with the bugs but only in the areas that were treated, still saw and killed several on our own. This being said, the view was amazing!! But not enough to make me want to stay here again or recommend to friends or family 😜

We enjoyed our stay and are glad we stayed here, but if we had to do it all over again would have preferred a unit with A/C. Wasn’t stated anywhere in listing that there wasn’t A/C (though was listed as an amenity either), and wasn’t until reading reviews two days before our arrival that we realized from reviews there was not A/C in the unit. We were there the first week of September. While you get cross breezes the majority of the day, it’s extremely humid, almost stifling, when it rains. And bathroom very stuffy all the time with no exhaust fan. The view is incredible and we slept with sliding doors open listening to the ocean, which is very peaceful. Kitchen tight for anyone who wants to cook, but for routine non cooking use is comfortable.Note that bed is a split king, so snugglers beware of a mid-bed crevasse. Unit was clean, no maintenance issues other than small beetle/roach bugs in kitchen at end of stay. Stay here for the convenience of location and the view.

This is a great size unit for a couple. We enjoyed the one bedroom and 2 lanais; and the ocean front location was amazing. We watched the sunsets every night! The unit is on the 8th floor and at the end of a hallway, making it a very quiet spot. The location is good, with several very good restaurants within walking distance. We had one maintenance issue and the management responded very quickly to take care of the issue.

Our experience aligned with how this condo is promoted. Good location, easy access to parking and the unit. The representatives communication was just what we needed. Lovely lanai and views. As other said, the bedroom faces the road and without AC, we left windows open so could hear it but it was not a barrier to our sleeping. The unit was clean, stocked well enough, even if the overall community is a bit dated. The shore here is rocky, not sandy but it is an easy drive to great snorkeling!

We absolutely loved this property! You can't ask for a better view. We sat on the lanai every morning and watched the sea turtles swimming in the water below. Then after a long day of snorkeling we would come back and watch the colorful sunsets. The condo was very clean and well appointed, and despite not having air conditioning stayed nice and comfortable with the breeze from the front screen door. We will definitely stay there again.

This property was exactly as pictured. The views from all windows were beautiful. The condo was easily accessible and there was always adequate parking. The property grounds were clean and the staff at the resort was always friendly.
We had an issue with the door code not coming through by text (because we were mid flight when it was sent). Be sure to check that as soon as you are able to check in to the condo.
The managers were kind and had the condo ready with a gift for us. They also sent us tourist information the morning after we arrived with suggestions on where to eat and fun activities to explore. We hope to stay here again.

Giving this place a fantastic 5 star review. The place was immaculate with a beautiful view. So relaxing for hubbys birthday, took advantage of all the necessities that was included in the place, spent most days on the beach and pool and me and hubby binged watched Ozark!! Simple relaxing vacation I love it. I can’t wait until their 2023 bookings open up for May so I can make it a 2 weeks vacation! thank you so much to the wonderful hosts! You guys are awesome.
