This property was perfect for us. My favorite part is the location to the beach. We went every night to watch the sunset. Then we came back at about 8:00 and walked the beach and found many sea turtles. The condo is a great location.
We found the shared items very useful: beach chairs, ice chest. Snorkel gear. The kitchen had everything we needed for any meals we ate there. I also loved the decor. It was bright and cheery!

Can’t beat the location of this lovely property! We loved walking to restaurants, shopping and of course being just steps from the beach, where the turtles were out and about every morning. Pool and Jacuzzi were great for windy afternoons. The condo has everything we needed, fit 4 adults comfortably. Looking forward to staying here again next time I come to Maui!

The property is ok except for lack of aircondtioner in the loft and bedroom. It is too hot specially with Maui heat in the afternoon and evening. It was very uncomfortable despite of electric fans in the unit.

This was our family's first trip to Maui. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for our 16 and 18 yr old boys, and the loft was perfect for my husband and I. Full bathroom on each floor made us all feel like there was plenty of space for all of us. We shopped at the Times Supermarket on the other side of the block for groceries, or drove a mile to the Foodland for poke and musubi. There are great places to eat within walking distance, and so much to do within an hour drive, or just walk a block to the beach. We went in July and there were sea turtles swimming along nearly every beach we went to. We had an amazing time. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

We loved the condo and location! Literally just steps from the beach and the view from the lanai was just like the picture showed. We used both the pool and hot tub, make sure you take the key for the pool area if you want to use the hot tub you'll need it to turn on the jets. We were a party of 5 and we could've used an extra blanket or 2 but we managed. Just a side note, this unit is upstairs so if you're with someone who isn't great with them this may be an issue for them. My mom managed but I think she missed a sunset or 2 because she's older and they started to take a toll. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for the use of your bright and comfortable condo! My husband and I with our two young adult children stayed for a week. Getting in to the condo was easy. Thank you for the easy to follow directions! The condo was decorated with an aloha spirit! Downstairs is a full bath, bedroom with two twin beds, kitchen and bright living room. Everything worked as expected. On the lanai there was a table and chairs for relaxing and eating. Also on the lanai we found the beach chairs and storage container with sand and water toys. There were plenty of fans to keep the condo cool and comfortable. Upstairs is the master loft bedroom with full bath. I appreciated the Hawaiian bedding and decor. The bed was comfy and we slept well after our busy days in the sun. The condo is a great location to early working coffee and walks on the beach. Great beaches on the island! We swam, snorkeled, and surfed. We also enjoyed the delicious food Maui has to offer. All in all this condo was safe, clean, and comfortable. Great size, value, and location for 4 adults.

Kihei Garden Estates C204 is a great second story condo very close to the beach and many restaurants. The owners were easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well maintained. We had a great time relaxing! There were five of us and there was room to spread out. The lanai was a great place to eat or read. Overall a wonderful experience!

Our stay was wonderful. We were so close to the beach and could easily walk. The kitchen was lovely and the dishes were fun. We had our groceries delivered. Our entire family relaxed in heaven! We even enjoyed yoga on the beach. Highly recommend.

Location is great, diagonally across the street from a good beach, walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Condo is nice, furniture could be better(more comfortable), but most of the time is spent doing activities away from the condo anyway. Great place overall, host is super communicative and responsive.

When we first arrived, we were a bit nervous about the super warm house and the one wall A/C unit on a two hour timer, but once we opened up all the windows and turned on the fans, the ocean breeze was amazing! No need to use the A/C. The condo had everything we needed. It’s steps away from the beach and pool. Loved it!

The property was good was but they arrested a women and searched her car the first night we arrived. There seemed to be several folks that appeared homeless walking around and one gentleman sat and played around for days.

WOW!! What a great find! My wife and I found this special little spot in Kihei- close to the beach for nice long walks and also close to the grocery store.
The condo was bright, clean and cozy- and had been recently renovated! Well equipped as well!
The pool area is very quiet and enclosed- we even got to pick ripe mangos off the tree on the grounds!
Rates are very reasonable- we will return again soon! Thank you for letting us stay in your little piece of heaven!!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your newly renovated condo in Kihei! We have visited Maui several times with our boys and feel we have found a " real gem" with this condo. The complex is very close to the beach as well as right next door to a grocery store- a major plus when travelling with your family!
The condo is very clean and well taken care of- like a "home away from home"! It is also equpiied very well- we had everything we needed including beach chairs, cooler and umbrella- thank you for thinking of these little extras that make a HUGE difference!!
We cannot wait to return and stay here again on our next visit to Maui!!
