Property was as described and convenient to sites. Worked well for myself, my husband and my in-laws for about a week long trip. The apartment allowed for each couple to have their own space, and the proximity to the beach was great. Hosts were amazing, and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We love the property. Stayed here last year in a different unit. Living room furniture could use an update and the upstairs neighbors were noisy when they were home. But we enjoyed our stay. The aquarium is fantastic.
Maui is still paradise. Tried to give big donations and tips to the local people who were serving us.

Very clean. The folks in the complex were very friendly and helful. The pool and community area is large, well equipped and maintained.
Within a block walking distance to the beach.
Restaurants, grocery and drug stores within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Maui.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 week with my sister and brother in law. We all had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and had some very nice updates. We loved having a/c in each room and the living room. The condo is very close to the pool area. We spent more time in the pool/hot tub than we thought we would. It had a nice covered area with tables and a full outdoor kitchen with 2 grills. The location was great! It was walking distance to a quiet beach which was very convenient. We appreciated having beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler. We used them every day. Communication with Rick was exceptional. He was quick to answer any questions we had and I requested an early arrival time and he made it happen which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation for two couples. Everything you need is close by......quick walk to the beach and grocery store. On windy days we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site manager was very helpful when questions arose.

You will not go wrong with this newly, up-dated condo. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Best part is the little private beach within walking distance where you can sit and relax, swim and snorkel. There was a turtle on the beach the other day and saw one in the water as well. Take advantage of the pool. Enjoy the wonderful hospitality.

Condo was clean, comfortable & well appointed. Nice location for walking to many amenities. Pool was very nice again clean too!
If anything negative, could use a sharp knife? The ones there are all very dull just worn out, new beach chairs would be useful. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would love to come back!

We stayed in G108, and it was perfect! Beautiful condo, with lots of room for 4 adults. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Use of the beach chairs and umbrella, coolers as well as boogie boards was fantastic and communications with the hosts (Rick & Lisa) were nothing but pleasant and smooth! The beach is beautiful and a skip away, the pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was great later in the evening. Location to grocery and all the fun eating spots- Nalus, Diamonds, shave ice and the moped shop were so close it was wonderful!
We thank you for having us in your space and the comfort and convenience was 10/10! We will be back and this location is highly recommended!

Had 3 other units in KGE booked for our family and it was all super!!! Condo was great, beds were really comfortable and overall condo was as stocked with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay!! My husband and I stayed at the condo with another couple. We found the kitchen well equipped for all our cooking needs. The living room furniture was very comfortable for hanging out between outings. We loved the location, very close to a fun beach and with a more local flavor than the all resort areas.

We had a great time at our stay at this condo. We flew into Maui late and it was very easy to enter the condo. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and a church. We were supplied with everything we needed for our stay, such as kitchen supplies, bathroom necessities, and even beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. Any questions we had were quickly answered by our hosts and we were always reassured not to worry about anything but enjoying our stay. Our family of four adults were comfortable and we enjoyed a safe and quiet location with wonderful neighbors. The pool is a great place to socialize, it is clean and includes an outdoor kitchen and 2 grills. We cannot wait to visit again and we definitely will stay at this location again in Maui.

This location was perfect. Central access to any part if the island you want to go. Beautiful beach less than a 5min walk. Refreshing pool and hot tub. Great condo furnished with everything you need. Great communication from the owners.

The location is great less than one block from the beach. Good places to eat are also in walking distance. Short drives to other dining and shopping. The hosts communicate great with you and we’re very accommodating. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

This condo is fantastic it has all the amenities you could need. Close to the grocery store. The beach is less then a block away. Check in was super easy. The pool and jacuzzi where nice. They have a great bbq area. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked that it was one story and had a patio into the courtyard.
The pool is close. The walk to the beach was easy. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

This property is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The pool is close but not so close that the noise is bothersome. The condo is beautiful and includes many items you would need (beach towels and chairs, kitchen items, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to rent this property again. Also, Rick and Lisa were extremely accommodating with scheduling changes made necessary by Covid.

This condo worked out great for our family. A nice flat with convenient access to the beach nearby.
It was also a stones throw away from a major grocery store, for stocking the retro style kitchen. We would have loved an umbrella, modern beach chairs, and some beach towels, but we were on our own there. Glad to have a central place to lay our heads...this was "as advertised," and a fair price for what it was. The 70s called and they want their popcorn ceilings back!
