• For direct ocean views and surf sounds, choose an oceanfront condo in buildings A, F, or L; you'll overlook the water rather than the landscaped courtyards.
• For easy pool and lawn access, choose a ground-floor condo in B, E, G, H, or J; you can walk out from the lanai.
• For cooler nights, use the Air conditioning search filter; check listing details and reviews for bedroom and loft coverage. Some Papakea condos have living-room-only AC and overnight shutoff timers.
