This beautiful Peter Rusnak designed condo was completely remodeled in December 2015 and completed in January 2016. Every appliance is new, as well as all the furniture, kitchen accessories and linens. It has a new quiet split AC system that provides comfortable temperatures in all living areas. Building #2 looks over the gorgeous gardens with views out to the ocean. Watching the sunset from the lanai table is breathtaking! We provide a complete kitchen with blender, drip coffee maker/grinder and complete spice rack. BBQ is a huge part of the Kamaole Sands experience with grills located just below building 2. We provide grill utensils and trays.
The master bedroom is designed for complete comfort. On most evening the trade winds keep the condo's temperature perfect provided you open the doors. The master ceiling fan can also be the perfect addition. If the trade winds fail to blow the quiet split AC system will keep the room comfortable while you sleep on the King size bed with Serta perfect sleeper mattress. Relax and watch your favorite Blu-Ray DVD on the 32" LCD TV. If you like to sleep in quiet and comfort then you will love this room.
The master bathroom includes a large shower with removable head to help get sand from those hard to reach places. Conditioner, shampoo and soap are provided as well as a hairdryer. The provided bath towels are made of high quality Egyptian cotton. We also provide an iron and ironing board for the business traveler or anyone that wants to look unlike everyone else on Maui.
The beautiful queen sofa bed is incredibly comfortable with a luxurious 8.5" mattress. Watch your favorite shows on the Smart Samsung 50" LCD TV. Highspeed internet is provide so you can watch Netflix or your favorite streaming network.
The entire unit is decorated with my Hawaiian images collection. Every image is available for purchase and a 50% off limited collections code is given to all that stay in 2-304. You will find the discount code in a welcome post card when you arrive in the condo.
The Kamaole Sands property is very well maintained, with beautiful tropical gardens, tennis courts, a fitness center, pool and hot tubs. The snack bar at the pool is great for breakfast and lunch. There is a one time $40 resort fee payable to the front desk at check in.
Family friendly BBQ areas and picnic tables are available for the guests.
