This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is surrounded by a flourishing landscape of blooming plumeria trees, swaying palms and bougainvillea hedges tickled with sprawling lawns leading to fantastic Poipu Beaches.

Manualoha 404 is a first and second floor townhouse style home. The entrance is located on the ground floor and embodies:
*Master suite with king size bed and AC for cooling comfort. Enjoy lovely ocean and garden views from bed. Flat screen television with streaming capabilities.
*Ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity sinks, walk-in glass block shower, separate tub for relaxing bubble baths.
*Master suite lanai with table for two to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail and two lounge chairs to revel in the ocean and mountain views.
*Guest suite with two twin beds that can be combined into a king size bed (upon request). Flat screen television with streaming capabilities.

The garden courtyard offers a community gas grill and picnic area close to Manualoha 404. Perfect for evening dinners in an open air setting. Feel like a different setting? The Manualoha complex has a number of other community gas grills and picnic areas that any group may enjoy. In fact, one is located within the Manualoha ocean front swimming pool area which is only steps from this beautiful home. The Poipu Kai Resort pool and jacuzzi located next to Kalapaki Joe's restaurant are also only 1-2 minutes walk from Manualoha 404. Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park are only 3-4 minutes walk to the west of this home and Shipwreck's Beach is 8-10 minutes walk to the east. The unit was quite nice, and the grounds and location are even better. My only complaints is that the unit would become unbearably hot at times. It gets a lot of sun and only has passive cooling options (open the windows at night...Then spend the day debating if you should keep the windows open for a breeze, or close all the windows and blinds to try to keep it cool). Also, for a location that is so dependent on environmental sustainability and markets itself as a place to experience incredible nature, it’s really a shame that the property does not provide any form of recycling. It’s really the ethical business model that all businesses on the island and anywhere should be participating in. They say there is recycling available several blocks away, however despite all my best efforts I could not find it.

Everything was beautiful and perfect except no A.C shocking humidity and not enough air circulation. Easy fix, get an air conditioner. We were told that electricity is expensive and hardly anyone has it. But wow what a lovely condo otherwise. Perfect location, easy access to stores , roads , parking and beach. I will return. Mahalo

Property really needs aircondioning upstairs. Unbearable sitting trying to eat. Beautiful views, great barbecue, gorgeous kids beach. Loved it!

This suite is wonderful. Gorgeous sunsets and a great ocean view. We encountered a number of maintenance issues during our stay- dryer broken, bulbs burnt out, a mirror falling off the wall, phone not working, BBQ outside very slow to heat up and cook food. Front desk was polite and diligent about getting to issues. Overall, despite issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return.Very close to excellent tennis courts which we used daily.
