Located in the premier Manualoha community of Poipu Kai resort, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse style condo is a short downhill stroll to the beach with a fabulous ocean-front pool, a tennis center with 8 courts and landscaped grounds with access to all nearby amenities.

Beautifully renovated and decorated, over 1,300 square feet, perfect for two - four adults or a small family. This is a premier end unit offering maximum privacy for your vacation. There are many windows providing great air-flow to the floral trade winds for cooling day and night. Enjoy your favorite beverage while viewing the spectacular ocean-view sunset from the upstairs lanai. The well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grills allow you to have meals at home, dining outdoors on the main level lanai or in the dining room using the unique hand carved monkey-pod table. The Hawaiian d├ęcor and art, some by local artists, provides island ambiance.

The main level of our condo features a large living room with wall-to-wall windows, an open plan kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a 58 inch flat-screen TV, two recliners and a large sofa for relaxing. The kitchen has black granite tile counters, updated appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare a great meal. The dining room table seats six. The main level bedroom has a king size bed and the full bathroom is located directly across from the bedroom. Both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans to augment the airflow provided by the cooling trade winds.

A large covered lanai, accessible from the living room, adds 200+ square feet to the living area. Adjacent to the lanai is a grassy area for tanning, planning your day or just relaxing. There are two reclining lounge chairs and a table that seats six for outside use.

The upstairs master suite is a special place. It features two separate lanais. The rear lanai offers an amazing ocean view and is a great spot for late afternoon cocktails or dining, and to view a breath-taking sunset. There is a bright elevated study/sitting area with a full desk located next to in the master suite and a 48 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom. The large master bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in glass block shower and a special etched window that provides beautiful views. The walk-in closet offers plenty of room for hanging and storing your personal items.

The stunning ocean-front Manualoha pool is a short stroll from our front door and has an outdoor shower and rest rooms. The tennis center is just across the grounds and offers weekly drill sessions with the pro, private lessons, or they will happily assist you in setting up a game with locals or visitors. For golfers there are several championship tracks with great ocean views nearby and tee times are very accessible. Brenneckes, Poipu, Sheraton and Shipwreck beaches are all within walking distance. For the more adventurous, close by there is a spectacular hike along the ocean cliffs, past Poipu Bay golf course to the wonderful Mahaulepo Beach.

Our Poipu location is ideal for accessing all of the attractions of Kauai. Waimea Canyon on the West side is a must see - it is called the "Grand Canyon of Hawaii". Hikers will love the variety of hikes into and around the canyon, some of which end with breathtaking views of the Na Pali coast. Nearby Koloa Town offers restaurants, art galleries, wine shops, a local fish market as well as a weekly farmers market. Ku'kuiula village, about 2 miles away, is a newer outdoor mall with unique upscale boutiques and some fantastic dining options. The Kilauea lighthouse is less than an hour away, and from there you can continue to Princeville and Hanalei Bay for north shore beach and shopping options and views of the Na Pali coast. You will love the beauty and spirit of Kauai, and discover first-hand why it is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world.
