Aloha. After a very long day of travel, opening the front door was welcoming. Everything was as mentioned in the description. This unit has it all! Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and spacious closet. We needed to utilize the sofa bed and it was equally comfortable. Well stocked "toy" closet with beach items, game, puzzles and books. The lanei is pretty private for catching some sunshine.The grounds are beautiful and the view from the pool was incredible. Overall incredible stay. Mahalo.

The place is beautiful and very private! Chris was so quick in responding to our questions and ensuring we felt comfortable in our stay. He's literally thought of every detail so his guests can get the most of our their stay here in Poipu. The location couldn't be more perfect with quick and easy access to many beaches, stores and restaurants. Not to mention, you're so close to breathtaking sunsets and beautiful sunrises. 10 our of 10!!! We hope we can come back soon and stay at this gem!

My husband and I were looking for a comfortable place to stay for our visit to Kaua’i. This place was perfect - a short walk to beach, beautiful apartment, lovely surroundings. Very quiet in the evening and at night, you can hear the surf and the night sounds. Could not have asked for a better spot. Close to everything, but not busy. Chris was an awesome host, responded to all questions quickly and was able to accommodate our request for an extra day with no fuss. Five stars!!

The condo was nice and well furnished. Well stocked kitchen and beach items and made for a comfortable stay. The bar isn't really comfortable to eat from (it is chest high when sitting down), but the dining room table was nice and worked for us. Not as clean as we had hoped. Great location, close to beaches, nice pool areas, and easily accessible. We had a great time.

We loved our stay in this rental! It's the perfect location for anyone looking to easily scamper down to Poipu/baby beach with their little one. Nothing beats the immediate access to a world-class beach. The unit was well-equipped with nicer furniture, towels, etc. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked for anyone looking to cook at home. The gear closet was great too—we used the boogey boards and chairs. The only equipment I'd consider adding would be a fold-up wagon for toting all the gear down to the beach (we rented one and used it frequently). The bed was firm but comfortable. And Chris was highly responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice property great location. Kauai is beautiful. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need to cook a meal. The washer and dryer were a great bonus. It was 80's and humid during our stay so the ac in the bedroom was great. We spent a lot of time on the lanai or in the bedroom ac. If you have more than 2 people the pull out bed may be uncomfortable as the temperature and humidity were high. The king bed in main bedroom needs to be replaced there is a hump in the middle made the bed pretty uncomfortable. An extra set of towels and sheets would be nice so we could wash one and continue to use one. Only 2 bath towels and 1 set of sheets. Also we were allotted 3 rolls of toilet tissue to start our 8 day stay. I understand as a property owner you have to watch costs but maybe a few more rolls for a longer stay would be appropriate.

This was a great property to stay in for our trip. Great location near Poipu beach - easy walk in the morning. The condo was clean (wish it had AC, but realize that most condos don't on the island - the plug in AC in bedroom helped). Conveniently located to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

Chris’ condo was perfect. Great location, size, Fully stocked kitchen, clean, snorkel, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards available for use. Condo was a 7 minute walk to beautiful Poipu beach. Quiet and private condo with a beautiful lanai. I would stay here again. Great week spent at Kauai!
