We loved our stay- the location was excellent, the condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the grounds were lush and tropical! Being able to walk to the small beach across the street for sunset or 5 min down the road to baby beach for a beach day was perfect. The two bathrooms were really convenient, the ac in the bedroom kept the room very comfortable, and basically everything you need for a beach day was provided. After our first night, we slept with earplugs or headphones on our nightstand for when the roosters inevitably started crowing early in the morning, but we didn’t mind this at all and got more used to it the longer our stay went on! The Prince Kuhio memorial park right next to the building also provided some interesting historical and cultural background information. We would definitely recommend and would return here!

TEN stars - beautiful landscaping, excellent friendly communication w Kauai Management, pretty pool, clean grill. INCREDIBLE condos! Views, decor, W/D in condo, great very current kitchen and well-equipped for cooking. Amazing views from two balconies inc the ocean, and countryside. Garage parking! Best stay ever! This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the property was very clean. The beach right across is not a swimmable beach. The only thing that I was caught off guard was that the front door and side long window by the bathroom just had a screen. You could make it private but it was just screen so you could hear everything outside. I didn’t realize that when booking. Again it wasn’t a huge deal because you could cover the screen for privacy but still a little awkward when people would walk by.

We had the best family vacation and stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Having a bedroom, kitchen and 1.5 baths made the stay so nice for our family of four. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was quiet and enjoyable. The property is very well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. The condo is close to beaches and restaurants. Rip Tide Shaved ice was a daily favorite! We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

Condo is in a great location, nice water view, and is walking distance to a small beach area with good snorkeling. It’s less than 10 minutes from Poipu beach, has a nice pool area, gas grills available, in unit washer/dryer, and everything needed for your stay. But, there is NO A/C in this complex. A couple days the winds blew nicely and kept it cool. The other days were really hot without the wind helping and it got up to 85 inside as the sun shines directly into this side of the complex. Might not be a deal breaker for some, but thought it should be noted.

2nd stay in facility for location. Noisier than I recall due to neighbors when windows open for tradewind comfort. Great updated unit with well appointed kitchen for longer stay.
