We really enjoyed out stay. Having valet parking with children was huge. Everyone was pleasant and professional. We enjoyed the free Friday night Hawaiian music and hula show. The VBRO rental was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows along two walls of the apartment. Well stocked with lots of paper towels and toilet paper. The beach towels were appreciated. We left the beach chairs we purchased for future renters.

Very convenient property located within the ilikai hotel. Close to the beach and we had access to the Hilton village. The room itself was pretty standard. Each room had its own balcony and ac which was nice. There was a full kitchen which made things easier. We wished there was laundry or cleaning services as we ran out of towels rather quick. Beds were not comfortable.

The location and fact this is a corner unit make the location absolutely fantastic. However, the unit itself left some things to be desired. The floors were dirty. The TVs are lazily mounted with the cable boxes dangling in plain view and crooked. The towels are tiny and old. The coffee table is odd - it is see through plastic so easy to run into. All in all it worked great for our famlily but could have been much better after some minor improvements. Thanks

The property was great but and check-in was easy but they didn't let us know that they weren't affiliated with the hotel and as such we got zero support from the Ilikai to the point where they actually seemed to be trying to not help us. Also they shut off the cable service and wifi an entire day before our check out date. Seems like small issue but when else would you actually want to watch TV or download movies for your flight in Hawaii. I feel like it was marketed as a luxury hotel experience but it wasn't.
Also no entry to gym. Would not recommend.

The condo was very spacious, clean and just as describeThe 2 balconies were very large and offered a great view of the city and a partial view of the harbor. The floor to ceiling windows also provided lots of light and a great view. The removable back on one of the family room sofas made a nice futon bed so my 2 boys didn’t have to sleep together. The valet parking was a bit pricey but worth it so your car is close. Our expectations were exceeded!

This was a lovely condo. The only complaint I have is that it needed more silverware. 6 or 7 forks and plates made it necessary for us to do dishes more often than we wanted to.

Beautiful, well maintained condo. Great amenities below. We enjoyed the wadding pool with our little one & loved the açaí bowls from the coffee shop. Plenty of sleeping space with 2 bedrooms & a large, comfy sofa bed in the living room. The only downside is the location of the condo, it faces the busy street out front. You hear loud traffic & street racing all hours of the night. A couple of us had to wear earphones to sleep.

Group of friends stayed here for four nights. Condo was as described and had everything we needed. Agent was easy to comunicate with and very responsive. Cinnamon's restaurant in the lobby was great! Elevators were slow, but not renters issue.
