Our family of four loved this unit and all the beaches and adventures surrounding the area. Our four-year-old fish child loved looking over the pool, and we enjoyed the ocean view and lanai access from our room so we could sneak out after bedtime no problem. Our 9-month-old tucked into the walk-in closet - nice space perk. The unit was so clean which was so appreciated with a crawler. Laura was phenomenal and so speedy to respond! Had all the beach equipment needed and provided all the gear for our kiddos. 10/10!

My overall experience with the rental was pretty good except 1 thing as mentioned below. Condo was very clean and organized, newly renovated and the host did a great job of providing us lot of starter supply including laundry detergent and dryer sheets which made us really enjoyed our time here without worrying about all the household errands to get the supply. I would highly recommend this place with a very good views of the ocean from the balcony and bed room! I would stay at this rental and with this host again!!The only 1 issue I mentioned above was with AC. The AC was not working since we checked-in and I was told that it's the issue with the Resort AC system, but I don't think that was the case because the AC didn't work until I checked out after 7 days of rental and if it's an issue with the resort AC - I would think it would have been an issue for other condos too and in that case, it would have been fixed sooner because more than 1 condo is impacted. However, the host did a good job of providing us 2 portable ACs so it was not too bad, only thing with portal AC is it needs the exhaust so we need to leave a portion of windows open so portable AC is constantly running and still it doesn't cool enough because some portion of windows is open. Other than that, we did fully enjoy our stay here!

My wife and I visited this beautiful condo in early October 2023. The title of our reference says it all, "It was beyond expectations at every turn."
The owners did not miss one opportunity to make this vacation home a true gem. Everything in the unit is top of the line;
a. The kitchen appliances, glassware, cutlery, and anything else you need.
b. The master bedroom and the king bed was perfect and super comfortable.
c. TV and entertainment systems.
d. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and touts.
The unit is spotless and modern with many upgrades including the bathroom, shower, and all new paint.
The view of the ocean and islands is breathtaking. The pool area is perfect and the BBQ area is outstanding.
The owners were very attentive and most gracious. The ease of entry with a snap and Megan and her team went above and beyond to make our vacation simply perfect.
DO NOT MISS the opportunity to visit this condo when you visit Maui. You will not be disappointed.

The rental experience was perfect from beginning to end. My husband and I could not have been happier and more grateful to have stayed in this stunning rental. The staff at the building were all kind, making the stay that much more enjoyable. Plenty of carts upon arrival for easy load/unload. The grounds were perfectly manicured. Filtered water bottle fill in lobby, no need to buy water! There is plenty of space to layout on the lawn overlooking the ocean. Beach access is RIGHT THERE. The pool was taken care of really well! The unit itself was BREATHTAKING. You walk in to the most incredible ocean view. The unit is modern with a really high end beach vibe. The unit is VERY clean. You will want for nothing. They thought of it all in the unit. Beach supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry. JUST PERFECT all around. Communication was quick and prior to arrival we received a link to an entire homepage full of island and rental unit info. There is no better place and the price is an absolute steal! THANK YOU.

Brought our son for his high school graduation trip. It’s been an amazing trip! Communication with management/owner was ok (everything seemed automated). We asked for a late checkout (just a hour) but the only option given was to actually pay for another night.

Had a great time. Room was very nice and clean. 2nd floor by the pool was slightly noisy but nothing too bad. Rental had all the 'toys' we needed to enjoy the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Our only complaint was location to the pool when the complex does not enforce quiet time at 10 pm. Then, at 5 or 6 am the cleaning crew at the pool begins. So sleep was a challenge. But the unit and the view was amazing.

Choosing to vacation in Maui is expensive, and choosing the right property to stay at often decides the quality of your vacation. Well, in all honesty, the cost and value of this property is excellent! It was the little things like the owners providing beach chairs and a cooler so you don't have rent them. The view from the balcony is spectacular. As a frequent traveller, I can say the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and I am not exaggerating. A full kitchen with dishes/pots/pans make eating at home convenient and economical. The location is fantastic, with short (15 min drive) to the wharf, and within a 3 min walk to coffee, snorkel rental, and a local food mart. The property is well maintained, safe, and friendly. The pool is heated and I watched the grounds crew every morning scrub down the chairs, grills, and clean the pool. We were exceptionally happy with our stay here!

Everything you could possibly need was supplied! Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of grills available for use. The Keurig was not working but the complex provides free coffee daily from 6-9am. Exceptionally clean and great view of pool and ocean. Easy access to elevator and parking also convenient. Could not have been more pleased!

This place was great. The description and pictures shown on the web site are accurate - which is not always the case. This property is very clean and well appointed. There is everything there you could need. It is close to shopping, good food and all the Maui attractions. One of the things that is very important to me is the communication with the owner/representative. They were great and very responsive in our communications. Last but not least - the view from the balcony - it is spectacular! I never once got tired of sitting there watching the ocean and beach. This place is a very good value and the next time I visit Maui I will stay here again. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first time using VRBO and I must say the hosts made the entire process easy with their communication. Such a great experience for a first timer. The condo was lovely with it's decor and very comfortable. Definitely looked as advertised. On top of that it was very clean and had ample amount of towels for our four day stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when I come back to Maui. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Over all - a great little place. It had everything we needed and was nicely appointed - just as described online. There are some things to consider that are not mentioned in the property overview. This second floor unit is great for hearing the waves at night while sleeping but the pool maintenance begins nice and early - around 5:30 am - so that is something to consider if you value sleeping in on vacation. We chose the lower level unit so we could easily see our kids swimming in the pool if we wanted to stay inside - but you do hear everything by being so close. It’s not the unit for you if “quiet” is your thing. But we also liked feeling a part of the action - so it is just a matter of personal preference. The pool is kept at a toasty 85 degrees but you can cool off in the ocean (if the beach is open) right off the pool deck. (There is no hot tub) The gym is more like a torture chamber in the bowels of the building (old equipment and uninspiring environment)- also something to consider of fitness is your thing. Better to just go for a jog along a nearby beach. The water pressure in the shower is very light and the temperature at its hottest was luke warm. The toilet clogged once each day but my husband was able to resolve with the plunger the unit provided. Thinking these things are related to the plumbing in the building - not the specific unit?? We were able to check in early which was a nice way to kick off our stay. Everything you need is close by including a couple small general stores, restaurants and snorkel/water sports rental shops. There is a gas station and coffee shop a block away. Honestly a great location with being 5 minutes south to Ka’anapali and or north to Kapalua. The weather was cloud and breezy with sunshine peeking in and out throughout the day - cooler than down in Kihei. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the attention to detail in the unit and all of the quality amenities, linens and “extras” provided to make things a bit more comfortable.

We really enjoyed this spot. It was exactly as described and seen in the pictures. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a brewery! The hosts were great with the communication. Anything you could possibly need for a beach day was made available to you. We would spend the day at a nearby beach then come home for Happy Hour and people watching on the Lanai. After going out for dinner we would again sit outside, watch the sunset and watch people grilling(some people need some lessons 😊). Free coffee available in the lobby every morning and the bonus was we didn’t have to pay the $10/day parking.

This apartment is amazing. It has been recently updated, and is just as beautiful as the photos show. Very clean, the bed is supremely comfy, like sleeping on a cloud.
Steps to multiple restaurants and stores, and a small strip of beach. Lots of turtles visible in the ocean right outside the resort. It was great.

The view out of the room that is in the listing is exactly what you see. The place was clean and well decorated. We did not do much cooking, but the kitchen has many utensils. The place is not the Ritz with luggage and butler service, but it met all our needs. I have to say the resort itself is very clean. I watched a crew early every morning clean the pool area and scrub all the gas grills. Yes, there are grills near to pool area if you want to grill your own meal. A nice week with a great view!
Just a note: We did walk to the resort next door and had breakfast twice at the Beach House Bar and Grill. A good breakfast and no waiting for a table. Also, if you want dinner reservations at some of the popular restaurants make your reservations as soon as you know your are going.

The condo was perfect for our trip to Maui! The unit is beautifully remodeled and looked just as pictured. The ocean views are gorgeous and my husband and I really enjoyed drinking our coffee and whale watching from the lanai each morning. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, shower was great, space was comfortable, etc. One very minor suggestion (and this is honestly all I can think of!) would be to have a “normal” coffee maker in the cabinet for those of us whole like to brew a whole pot rather than one cup at a time. We made it work, but it was a bit tedious to continually refill the tiny pod holder with our Maui-grown coffee everyone we wanted another cup.
The property overall was great, too. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, pool area was enjoyable, grills were immaculate. Communication with the host was easy via text with very quick responses.
It was very hard to leave at the end of our trip! Mahalo for an amazing home base for our vacation! We will not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

The view from the condo was good and can easily walk to food and drinks. We really liked the electronic keyless entry and overall the rooms were clean, the master bed was confortable and the condo complex people were friendly. The pictures online clearly showed a beach in front of the property but the signs say no beach access and barricaded with large sand bags. This was very disappointing and we ended up having to go to other beaches. The k-cups with the coffee maker were not compatable with the coffee maker and there really were no basics in the kitchen other than spices. (eg: expecting oil, sugar...) It was nice to have the beach chairs and the coolers.

Loved that the condo had everything we could possibly need! From dishes and food storage, to beach chairs and beach bags. It truly made our experience so convenient. It was our first time staying on this part of the island and we did enjoy it. It was somewhat centrally located to the things we planned to do during our stay. Overall we enjoyed staying at this condo.

The property was just as advertised. All the amenities in a great location in West Maui. Would definitely recommend it. The only disappointment was the seasonal changes in the tides and water meant there was no beach access at the property for that time of year. But a short drive north or south made up for it.
