Nice place but needs a little bit of an upgrade and some paint. There were no bowls at all. Shower in the main bathroom leaked and sprayed water all over.

Great Condo and would def rent again. Clean and spacious unit. You can hear the traffic due to its locale in the building but nothing over the top. Condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Towels and linens were provided and were in great condition. Sinks do drip but with the right touch on the faucet, you can prevent it. Great stay for us!

Nice accommodation but in a very busy area so it was a bit noisy. The drain in one of the bathrooms was slow and one of the AC units leaked but was fixed in a reasonable time. Overall, a descent stay.

Extremely noisy, old, missing cooking supplies every thing stuck to the two pans, no internet we tried several times, bathrooms missing drain plugs and sinks had yellow stains. Rug was very dirty should replace and out door felt flooring torn and very dirty. Needs upgrades and paint.

Great experience, the suite was located in a good area, and the shop downstairs was open late when we needed water and little things when we didn’t have time to stop by a store. They were very helpful on the phone as well.

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 10th floor. Short walk to the beach, close to many activities in Honolulu. Would recommend and would stay there again if I return to Honolulu.

This was the second we rented with Alohana Realty for our vacation in Oahu. We love it. We used to stayed in 709 and the recent trip was in 1009. Love the space, the layout, the privacy, the balcony, the views, and most the most important the vicinity of the location. Nothing more to say but very satisfied with the leasing processes, the unit descriptions. The move-in/check-in nothing can be simplifier than reading instructions on email. Also staffs are friendly on the phone and answered all questions very clearly. Definitely coming back and will look for these units or similar if these are not available for the future visit. Love love and love it.

I stayed here with family for a wedding. It has beautiful views, clean condo and comfy beds. Had a slight hiccup with one of the a/c units, but with a quick phone call to customer service it was easily remedied. (Thank you!)
The street noise is something we got used to after a couple nights. But wasn’t too bad.
Location was perfect to walk around to places; malls, restaurants, etc. As well as easy to get on highways where you needed to go if traveling farther on the island.
I recommend you eat at Pesca Restaurant on the 30th floor in the hotel. They have lovely staff and were wonderful with my young child when we went to eat there for breakfast. The views are amazing from the restaurant. Great way to start your morning.
I would definitely visit again.

The best part of this unit was location. It was easy to get to food, attractions and the beach.
The cons were the bathrooms in this unit. They are old and need to be remodeled. It was like staying at my grandparents home from the 70’s. No drain covers for the sink or bath/shower. I was extremely disappointed in the overall condition of the unit. Pictures don’t accurately reflect what you’ll experience inside, especially the bathrooms.

The kitchen was so poorly stocked we had to contact the property management. They were extremely good with communicating with us. There were 2 coffee cups and 6 people so when we got up in the morning we had 4 people drinking coffee out of water glasses and all were pretty grouchy! So they brought us more coffee cups that day. No wine glasses either so they brought us 6. Every time we turned around there was something else not there. 5 dinner plates and 6 of us etc. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were thin and seemed old. Just not what you'd expect staying at what they say is a luxury place that you spent alot of money at. Decent location though with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great beaches.

The space wasn't bad. The living room has a very small TV and there was not much cups or plates. The ac unit kept leaking in the living room and in the smaller room. You can here all the cars coming by especially the ones with really loud and annoying sounds. Was not relaxing at all. I wouldn't recommend this place especially for the price per night. I stayed at better places for less on this island.

Housekeeping did a poor job. We expected clean sheets on bed….there were stains on sheets and a woman’s top under the cover. Housekeeping would obviously have seen it if the bed sheets had been clean. We had to go to laundromat to wash them.
Other minor cleaning issues, but the dirty sheets was major.
There were only 2 drinking glasses. We had to purchase plastic cups. There should be enough plates, cups, utensils for the number of persons they advertise can stay here.
We would rent again but would be more particular on renting it after it has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected by management.

The traffic was very load ALL night!!!! We needed to have you come and fix drains and toilet, which you came promptly,. I felt like there could be more supplied in the kitchen. We went to another vrbo in Kauai which had lots of supplies, more cups plates, salt and pepper, and many other things.

The condo is nicely furnished and was clean. However, the kitchen and bathrooms could use an update. The kitchen could use new dishes, glassware, and steak knives as these items were in short supply. The Ilakai is in a great neighborhood and the shopping area in the building was very convenient. The gym is only open to hotel guests.

Property was just as expected. Agree with previous reviews that bed mattresses need to be upgraded along with the pillows. Can't wait to go home to my comfy bed. Kitchen is well stocked. If you go to the lagoon, rent paddle boards, chairs/umbrellas from Dukes Lagoon in the lobby. Way cheaper than the ones rented directly at the lagoon.

The property is clean and plenty of space for 4 people. BUT the pillows and the bed are the most uncomfortable things in this world. The sink in the washroom close to the kitchen was clogged and we told the property manager but they didn’t come to fix it. The air conditioner works for a few hours then it starts leaking, so you have to turn it off. There is basic kitchenware and spices in the kitchen.

I liked the layout. The rooms are separated by thin wall/sliding door which doesn't block the sound but it was just fine for us. Liked the view of the people and activities below. Windows were very clean except 1 which was no big deal. Don't know how they keep them so clean kitchen utensils are plentiful. Really nice place to stay and best location.

The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 people. Close to shops and the beach. My only wish is that there were some beach chairs. Chairs and an umbrella would have been the icing on the cake.

The condo is a wonderful space for a family or small group to stay. Having a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a/c, and 2 lanais was fantastic!
Owner communicated promptly to answer questions and helped resolve any minor issues immediately.

We celebrated my daughters bday here and everything was amazing! The hotel was great, the property manager was great, everything was lovely and would absolutely recommend!!!
