Best views on the beach! We loved sitting on balcony watching the surfers and turtles. The condo was very comfortable. I sleep with a fan at home so added bonus was when we had fans in our closet. The AC kept condo cool. We will definitely be back!

Cant get a better view. Condo could use some general minor upkeep as toilet was broken for a bit but they got it fixed shortly and communication was good. Had lots of books, games, comfy furniture, etc... pretty quiet location as well and close to sites, hikes and beaches

As soon as we opened the door the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Everything we needed was there in the condo. The location was perfect for us. We are beach people and the convenience to Poipu, Brennicks, was great. Would stay here all the time, we didn’t want to leave the Island.

We love Kuhio Shores. We have stayed in multiple different units in this building and they are all spectacular. Unit is well stocked, views are amazing, and located close to everything. Some of the best snorkeling right outside the building. We will be back.

The location is perfect! The view from the balcony is outstanding! All you need are the groceries you’re going eat. The only drawback for us was the fact that there isn’t a breezeway from the back of the building to the front. There is a beach access all the way at the end…just a little inconvenient. Even with that being said said, we rate this property a 5! It was just perfect for us.

We had a terrific 2 bed/2 bath condo on the second floor. It was very clean and airy. The second bath room and bedroom were a little wonky... the shower was literally in the bedroom. The living room furniture could use some updating too. We had a great visit. Kauai is lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from this unit is breathtaking. Loved the sound of crashing waves. Very nicely updated and modern. The condo complex is right next to The Beach House restaurant also known for their views if that tells you anything.

In general a very pleasant property with a stunning view of Pacific directly in front of our apartment. Loved the commanding view of the sea, sound of the surf day and night. Viewed whales a few mornings. A few concerns: screens facing ocean were low quality, hard to move, easily came off track and didn't really align properly. Higher quality product needed for the kind of price paid for rental. Advertised listing claimed that washer and dryer were included. They were not. Clothes washer and dryer were in public room down the hall and coin operated. What's next? Charge for use of fridge? Charge for each shower? Charge for use of TV? Charge for sitting in chairs? Where will it end? I can certainly afford the money for the washer and dryer. The point of irritation is the claim they were included in the rental. Overall, however, a fine property with just barely enough parking. The ocean view makes it all worth it.

This condo -- particularly the living room and balcony -- was magical. All you see is ocean when you walk in. We spent many happy hours just staring at the ocean and spotting sea turtles. The bedrooms were basic, but that's fine. It's all about the view.

Wife and I loved staying here from the moment we walked in. Views, unit, location all are fantastic. The 2nd bathroom was not operable due to waiting on parts but not noticeable. Outdoor wall blocked our sunset view from the lanai, but you can easily walk to the common area to enjoy. Overall, great place to stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

This property is beyond what the pictures display! The view from outside the balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Our jaws dropped when first walking in and the location was also perfect! We've stayed her a few times and was very happy to see the improvements and renovations that had been made. The furniture was much better than before too. I love that you can watch the turtles right from the living room. Great location, great view, and close to beaches. Can be a little noisy at night as there is a wedding and afterparty almost every night right next door at the Beach House Restaurant. The property is well maintained and landscaped nicely.

Ocean front property with a fantastic Southern view. You won't see the sun actually set because you are facing south, but the views were great. If you want a sandy beach outside the condo, this isn't for you - lots of volcanic rock. There is a nice grass lawn between the building and the water to watch the surfers. There is an A/C unit in each room that really helped with the humidity. The unit was very well stocked.

The condo was great. Toilet seat was broken but everything else was perfect. Having snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards available for our use was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable, AC was perfect. Watching the dolphins, turtles and surfers from the balcony was a great bonus.

First off, location, location, location! The first night we did not have a good sleep and realized in the morning that the box springs on the bed were broken. Garden Island Rentals was able to get a replacement the day after we notified them. This meant a night in the couch. The living room furniture has been updated recently. Overall the unit is in need of upkeep, peeling paint, all of the smoke alarms were missing. Carpet is well past it's lifetime. The fridge had a note on it warning not to over fill or it would malfunction, first half of vacation it could not keep up, then it started freezing things. This is an upkeep item, not an update item. A note stating that the fridge isn't working correctly is not the solution. The oven is old and could be updated. There was a constant battle with ants getting into the counters. Black out shades would have been great in the bed room as there is an outside corridor light shining directly into the master bed room. Our deposit was refunded fairly quickly. My wife also suffer multiple bites from some insect although I did not. She suspected of might be in the couch since she napped there. We contacted the management about the fire alarms and the big bites and they did not respond. If staying at this property U would recommend one of the upgraded units.

Pictures didn’t do the unit justice. Was outrageous, we live upcountry Maui and both grew up directly on the ocean in Florida. Quiet, no beach in front made it extra nice. We’re gonna book it for our next staycation. Worth every dollar and then some. Almost canceled my work schedule and my inter island flight just to stay. 5 stars

Four of us stayed in this condo with breath taking views! We were comfortable, everything we needed was provided. You can never tire of the view. We watched turtles, surfers and sunsets from the balcony. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella were convenient to have. A/C is provided in the bedrooms. I prefer the great ocean breeze. A refrigerator with an ice maker would be nice to have. We got by with the two ice cube trays. One bit of warning is that the walkway is right outside the bedroom windows. If you are sleeping and people are talking as they pass by you will likely hear them. Especially if you like your windows open like we do. It doesn't bother us. Just something to be aware of. We would love staying here again!

Upon arrival we received a gorgeous tropical bouquet. We woke up to turtles swimming in the cove everyday and got to watch surfers all day long as well. There were parrots in the trees every evening. We lived having the beach chairs available. I would recommend attaching the 2 headboards to the wall and maybe tightening some of the kitchen chairs. Couch was very comfy. Overall, everything was great and the view was relaxing. It's been 3 days and I haven't seen my security deposit yet. I'll be looking for that to come soon. I would recommend staying at this condo.
