This is great place. Looked exactly like the pictures showed. Staff was super friendly and the check in process very easy. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors, but the place is overall pretty quiet. loved the pool, hot tub and the of course the beautiful island of Kauai and Princeville is amazing, would rent here again.

We loved the townhouse, gorgeous mountain views and beautiful landscaping. The townhouse was modern, furnishings were very stylish, with an island vibes.
We had two minor issues. The principal room fan speed couldn't be adjusted. We were told a part is on order. We also didn't realize that we were supposed to get beach chairs. When we went to reception, they were very helpful and provided us with chairs.
It can be a bit noisy, there are roosters roaming around. By adjusting the screens you can block out some of the outside sound.
We would highly recommend staying at this lovely oasis.

The listing description of this place was accurate. It’s been nicely updated and we felt we had just about everything for our stay, some cleaning supplies to do laundry and the dishes. We had an issue with the screen door but maintenance was able to fix it right away. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from the patio, we had frequent visitors of a cat, chickens and nene. The only downfall of this place is the walls are thin, so if you have noise neighbors, you hear EVERYTHING. The place could use a bit of a deep clean, there were some cobwebs along the walls and the windowsills were quite dusty. A guide on how to work the tv/remote would’ve been helpful, we couldn’t get it to work. The lights in the kitchen were only half working, one would turn on and off randomly, but we made do. Keeping the windows open and fans off worked well to keep the place cool and we slept comfortably. The pool was never busy and we had it to ourselves mostly. There are also some beach chairs provided. Overall it’s a great place, just could use a thorough clean and maybe a visit from maintenance.

Super happy with this condo. People in neighbouring suites were loud at 5am and rude as hell, not to mention the horrendous parenting. Who leaves a 2 and 4 year lone alone in a condo “napping” while they go for a walk? Or let’s a 2 year old run around the pool with a corkscrew? But you can’t pick your neighbours. Absolutely no fault of the condo, I highly recommend this condo for couples or families.

Absolutely loved this place. It's beautiful and tastefully decorated. Felt totally at home. You could happily live there. Just loved everything about the decor. Kitchen gorgeous, loads of utensils, flatware, plates, cups and cooking items. Even a cupboard with salt, sugar, pepper & odd items that were very handy for the next guest. Great idea. Modern fridge, fab cooker! It all looks brand new. It's all on one level, ground floor and at end of a unit. Parking plentiful. View from back far prettier than photos show and you can see the amazing mountains in the distance. It's about 100ft to trees at end, I thought they'd be really close but you back on to open attractive green space not a close up hedge. Lots of wildlife drops by in procession, chickens/roosters, Hawaiian geese, egrets, dove, cardinals, (lots of other birds flying by). There's a Hawaiian birds and a Hawaiian flowers book under the tv in the lounge, along with some games. Temp was fine without the air con - day temps were low to mid 80's, overnight low to mid 70's (November). There really is a breeze up on the hill. The fans worked brilliantly and we kept shutters closed during the day. With the windows open we had a great breeze and the ceiling fans worked perfectly. No issue even overnight. (We also stayed down in Poipu on the south coast the week before and we needed air con down there as it's warmer, but we were totally fine in this unit up in the north). May have to invest in those gorgeous white shutters at home - so nice! The washing machine/dryer are in a cupboard so you can shut the doors - they too look brand new and space age! There are two pools, one is very close to the unit, near the recycling and we almost didn't notice it as it's slightly hidden by a fence & plants. There's lots of cupboard space, lots of hangers and so many drawers to put your clothes in. Totally impressed - I have only positives to say for this place and would happily stay there again.

This was a highlight of our trip to Hawaii. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the patio and watching the sunset and enjoying the pair of (vulnerable) Nene ducks who would visit every morning. The property was very well set up and super clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of sightseeing in this incredibly beautiful part of Hawaii.

The photos don’t do it justice, this condo is amazing. Very clean, nicely decorated, everything in good condition and well appointed. The pool area was lovely and convenient to the unit. Parking is easy and the complex is convenient to all things north shore.
The view is amazing and private, it’s hard to capture in a photo but trust me when I say that it’s impressive .
I was worried about the lack of ac but in all the Princeville condos we have stayed in over the years this unit had superior trade wind orientation making it very comfortable even on the hottest day.
My only complaints, and these are purely my personal preference, but we would have liked tvs in the bedrooms as we were traveling with kids and often want to watch different things in the evening. The beds were too firm for our taste and a pillow topper would have been nice (this may have been available but I didn’t inquire) and lastly we could have used more towels for the beach and house. But I’m nitpicking here. This condo is an excellent choice so feel confident that you will have a nice stay .

The home was immaculate and beautiful. It is clear that a lot of love went into the place. Everything was nice, clean, up-to-date and gorgeous. The location was good, close to a lot of beaches and Hanalei.

We really felt in love with this amazing appartement. Everything is styled with so much love and quality and the view is breathtaking. Roosters, ducks and birds come along, and you can watch them sitting in your rocking chair. If you book this please say hello to duck Nr. 22, she comes every day!

What an amazing little piece of paradise within paradise. The unit itself was stunning. Very updated finishes. Always felt great coming back to the villa after a long day of activities. The location was phenomenal. Don’t forget to check out turtle cove since you can walk to it from the unit. Very easy drive to all of the must see/do items on the north shore. If you’re on the fence about booking this one, just do it! You won’t regret it. The pool and hot tub area were really nice too.

This unit is really beautifully renovated and very spacious. We loved the private jungle view, the large comfortable beds, the pool and hot tub. The location is nice - its in a resort community about 15 min drive from town (Hanalei), and a 5 min drive to a grocery store but nothing is really within walkable distance although the community is beautiful for a stroll. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the North.

Loved this peaceful pocket of a place! Everything was lovely, brand new interiors, immaculate. The management was kind and responsive. Well appointed, great location! Wished we could have stayed longer! Woke to beautiful mountain tropical views, the sound of waves and birds. Thank you for such a lovely spot!
