Beautifully appointed condo. Well stocked with everything we needed. We loved being close to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area, which was very well maintained. The management company was quick to respond and very friendly. The views were incredible. Pictures do not do this property justice!

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the 2 boogie boards and 2 chairs. The location is ideal, easy parking, close to everything, and a lovely view from the balcony. We stayed with our 12 year old son and would stay again if possible on future trips!

The condo was so nice! It is at least as nice as the pictures if not nicer! Kitchen was great and beds super comfy. The view on the porch was spectacular… mountains to the left and the ocean to the right. The location was great. So close to so much hiking and snorkeling. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Condo is located in the Princeville resort area and is on the 2nd floor. Being on the 2nd floor made it nice to always catch the trade winds and keep it at a comfortable temperature. No AC in the unit or any others we looked at in this area. We stayed in mid-June and so long as you kept the blinds closed on the right side in the morning and the left side in the evening it was comfortable. It's location is great for sight-seeing locations along the North Shore and East Shore. It takes over an hour to drive to Poipu and areas south. 45-50 mintues from the airport in Lihue. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has all we needed. They included pool towels, which was nice, and also 2 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards, which we used a lot. The balcony overlooks the mountains and you can see the ocean. Very beautiful for sunsets! You are a hop, skip, and a jump to the pool and hot tub. This is the closest condo building to the pool. Though we always had the windows opened we were never bothered by people in the pool. Pool closes at 9 so that helped. Pool area is very clean and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas and 4 gas Weber grills. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I thoroughly loved every minute of our stay in this unit. The condo was immaculate, fully stocked with anything we needed, and extremely comfortable. The views of the lush scenery from our patio never got old and the grounds of the complex were beautiful. We will never hesitate to stay here again. We're looking forward to our next visit to Kauai!

Beautifully appointed condo overlooking a gorgeous nature reserve with the ocean in the background. Unit was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the lovely pool area. Check in was easy. Appreciated the front door access being a keypad and not a key. Would have liked to have 4 beach chairs provided rather than only 2 for the 4 adults staying in the unit Only negative was the noisy Kauai roosters waking us up bright and early. Loved our stay on Kauai!!!

Great location, other family staying in The Cliffs so very convenient. Clean, beautiful, well-stocked and comfortable unit, owner communication leading up to stay was excellent. Easy in & out. Wish pool /hot tub was open later than 9. Bring ear plugs, chickens start crowing around 3 am. Would return here and recommend 100%

My friends and I went to Kauai for a week following the Honolulu Marathon. We were all Hawaii first-timers and loved our stay in Princeville. The view is gorgeous, the proximity to the jacuzzi was perfect for our aching legs, and it was only a few miles to Anini Beach where we swam with turtles!!! We prepared most of our meals there and it had all the equipment needed for four foodies cooking together. It was a great place to return to each evening after exploring the island each day. We can’t wait to return to Paradise!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Princeville at this condo. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and this was our first trip to Hawaii. The condo was clean, conveniently located, and the pool & hot tub in close proximity were great. The community itself is beautiful, as well. We would be happy to return.

The condo was as pictured - attractive, clean and very comfortable, and for the most part well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We didn't miss having an air conditioner as there were almost constant ocean breezes. It was nice to be able to hear the ocean and see a little of it from the condo. The view out the front and back balcony were very nice. Our elderly mother especially enjoyed seeing a variety of birds from out the back balcony. The owners were kind and helpful.

Good location, nice views from the patio. Couch wasn’t big enough at times when relaxing after dinner (4 people) Cooking utensil were ok, not extremely high quality, but usable and complete. Master bedroom is large, shower that has a window to the ocean was nice. Proximity to the pool & BBQ was one of the best parts. Pool has ice for $1 per bag!
