This property is perfect for groups of 5 or more. There are 4 king sized beds with comfortable mattresses. It’s an end unit on the corner of 2 busy streets, so sitting out on the balcony isn’t entirely pleasant once the traffic gets going in the morning.

The condo was very clean and easy walking distance to pools and kid friendly beaches. The manager was quick to respond to our questions. My only, minor, complaint is that the available items inventory wasn't up to date. I rented baby gear that turned out to be unneeded, and other items that were promised weren't actually there. All in all though it's a very well equipped unit. We were very grateful for the TWO wagons and used them for hauling all the kiddos and gear down for pool or beach fun. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us, Jennifer!

We have stayed at this condo 3 times now. Twice when our kids were young and this year with adult children and their spouses. The location is great, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. The property is clean and well managed. Jennifer has been great to work with every time!

Before arriving, I was worried about being right on the corner of a busy intersection. However, it was a non-issue. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely pots, pans, table service, etc., but could have used a set of small bowls - for yogurt, etc. The activity closet had quite a few items in it, such as boogie boards, a pool float, and a beach wagon, which was helpful. We could never get the TV to work in the living room - very faint sound, but we really didn’t spend enough time in the room to request a service call. The beds were very comfy and we had the perfect set-up for 7 people. We used all 3 pools, grilled out one night, and walked to the beach daily to check on how many turtles had arrived. We loved the condo, the amenities, and the location. We definitely would stay there again! Maholo for a wonderful 9 days with our kids and grandkids who are spread all across the US.

We had an extended family of 10 and the 4 bedrooms plus 2 inflatable beds worked out well. This was a beautiful condo with wonderful views of the mountains and fairly short walks to either Poipu beach or Shipwreck beach. Take the walk to Shipwreck in the late afternoon for great views. The host, Jennifer was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or requests. I would recommend that for those who are going to be in the upstairs bedrooms to bring sleep masks with you as the morning sun comes through the skylights. Lots of beach towels and other toys and a convenient hauling wagon. Could have used some more bogey boards as there was really only one quality one. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall the condo was great. There were a few small items that could have been better disclosed such as the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom that means you can only access the 4th bedroom from the 3rd bedroom. Also the pictures of the condo state a television in every bedroom but the 4th bedroom didn’t have a tv.
Again these are very minor issues. The rest of the condo was great. Lots of kitchen amenities and utensils. Laundry was great. Great breeze on the 2nd story. Street noise was a little loud but not a big issue. Beds were comfortable. The condo came with lots of beach and bath towells. Our kids had a blast playing with the beach toys.

This is a wonderful place to stay and a great location on the island. We were a group of 15 folks in the two condos, age range from 14 y.o. -70.
Condos are as advertised and are very nice, clean and well appointed. Checkin was easy. Parking is convenient, and Jennifer is a great host! She keeps in touch and helps if needed.
One thing i'd point out is in #920 -- the bedrooms upstairs are connected by a bathroom, but you must walk through one bedroom and the bathroom to access the second bedroom. Didn't end up being a problem for us, but might be good to know for some groups looking for a spot.

This property worked great for our group of 8 adults. Four of us have been to the island twice previously and the other four were first timers.
Location: A quick walk to the beach and pools. The grounds are immaculate and we enjoyed a morning and evening walk everyday. Another short walk up Pe'e Rd to Makahuena light for sunsets. Parking was never an issue. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance or a quick drive.
Amenities: Having a washer and dryer was great! We ended up packing much lighter for the trip knowing this was available. There were plenty of board games, card games and puzzles. We watched a movie one of our nights, but there was plenty of options if you have people or kids in your group that would watch tv more often. We used the kitchen mainly for breakfast. I would check the cabinets to see what has been left behind as far as spices before shopping. We ended up buying a couple of things that we didn't need to. Using a door code instead of having keys was another great thing for our group. It made it super easy to come and go as we needed to without worrying who did or didn't have a key to the condo. Plenty of baby/toddler items available too.
Bedrooms: The only thing that would be a possible negative for some is the upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms is in a loft space. If you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the best room option for you. If you have early risers that like to make breakfast or tend to be noisy, you will hear it in this room. The beds were all very comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The walk in shower in the main bedroom was great for my in-laws.
Communication: Jennifer was awesome! The couple of times I contacted her she got right back to me.
Overall we had an amazing trip and I would happily rent a condo from Jennifer in the future.

Really great rental for families. Pools were well-situated and generally not too busy. Condo kitchen was stocked with most necessary implements. Washer and dryer in unit was incredibly handy with small children. Downsdie: the condo faces on to busy Poipu Road and traffic noises (while the patio door was opena nd AC off, could be really loud.

Condo was great and well stocked with the basics. Walk to the beach was about half a mile away and the cart came in handy going down. Eight of us stayed to attend a friends wedding and this was a great spot for all of us. Only thing is the fourth bedroom isn’t really a bedroom, it was more of a loft since it didn’t have its own door.

We had a great stay at this property. Location is fantastic. Short walk to Poipu beach and surrounding beaches. In the early AM you get a great view of the sunrise from the balcony. It is a corner unit which faces an intersection so you may get some noise. However sitting on the balcony in the evenings was amazing as we got nice breeze.
The unit is stacked to the T. It has ample towels (bath) and beach towels+beach toys+chairs+buggy for beach. Washer dryer with detergent in unit. Everything you would need in a kitchen including blender, toaster, fridge with ice maker etc.
Unit has 1 car park but ample guest parking. You need to display parking in car (pass in unit). Unit is on second floor (1 flight of stairs) and within unit is another flight of stairs to get to 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 master - is on level one of unit. In the back - has a large bath and a small balcony - we gave this to the grandparetns (80, 75). Amazing beds and pillows. And nicely furnished.
Bedroom 2 - also on Level 1 - has a detached bath across the door. Ample closet. Again very comfortable bed and pillow.
Next to this bedroom is washer / dryer and next to that is large expansive kitchen. There are some basic condiments.
Next to the kitchen is large 8-10 seating solid wood dining table. Living room has comfortable couch and two spinning comfortable chairs. Some books and TV. Thermostat is behind large lamp above couch (controls entire house).
Flight of stairs leads to upper level.
Bedroom 3 - is a loft bedroom - no closed door to stairway. Big bed, comfortable - has a window to outside and other windows that open up to dining below. Kids in this room if loud will send noise down.
Bedroom 4 - shares bath with Bedroom 3. Smaller bath but well stacked. This is the most inside / quite bedroom of the lot. No windows but good privacy.
All BR"s have fans. We did not have to use central air all the time.
Overall great location easy car access to highways, walking access to beaches.
Poipu beach early AM has turtles resting and we also saw monk seals.
We caught multiple rainbows at this beach.
A short walk in main road leads to Little Fish Coffee - opens around 7am has good eats and coffee.
Shared pool, bbq grill, hot tub. Unit provides keys to pool area (you need for entry and exit). there are two different pools not very big but good enough for kids.
Minor Concerns - TV remote in living was iffy. Net door would come out sometimes

From the smooth check in to checkout, our group comprised of 3 couples truly enjoyed our stay at this property! We loved that this condo is close to the beach. We all enjoyed the pools and hot-tubs just about every evening. We also really enjoyed exploring the island, so we highly recommend renting a car and doing this. Also, special thanks to Jennifer for going above and beyond when she shipped a couple of special items that had been left behind. Excellent customer service!

We had a great time. This was a great space for two families. The upstairs layout is a little funky (the only entrance to one of the bedrooms is through another bedroom and a bathroom). Jennifer was helpful and communicative. Beach chairs and wagon were helpful.

We had a great stay here. The property was very clean and tidy and Jennifer provided everything we needed for the kitchen. Nice sized lanai off of the living area and one off of the master bedroom. The condo is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on the main floor (including the beautiful master); the upstairs is better suited for siblings and/or children. The first room (upstairs) is more like a loft area, then you walk through the 3rd bathroom (great size with large tub/shower, separate sink area) to the 4th bedroom which has a door for privacy. Might be a little awkward if you were planning on putting 2 couples upstairs. Overall, we had a great stay and it’s a perfect location nears shopping and restaurants.

Our Family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well stocked condo. Comfortable beds are mandatory for vacation enjoyment being able to get a good nights rest for the next day adventures, and we were not disappointed. The organic products saved us from packing personal items and the Turkish beach towels were a bonus. We grilled pool side a few nights and enjoyed the spa in the evening. What I love the most about the pool experience at this complex is there is no getting up at dawn to save a lounge! Traveling with a family or group of friends gets no better over hotel stays. An added bonus were beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, umbrella and boogie board. A big savings over having to rent. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group and seating is ample. This is a perfect location to use as a home base as you explore this beautiful island and all it has to offer.

We went to Kauai with my family (2 adults, 1- one year old) and my friend's family (2 adults, 1-three year old, 1-one year old) and stayed at this condo. The accommodations were perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and her place came fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. She had two pack-and -plays (for babies to sleep in) and two high chairs, saving us from packing any baby gear with us. There were even buckets and shovels in the storage locker for the beach and snorkel gear and beach chairs for the big kids!
The kitchen and bathrooms were also fully stocked with things that other VRBOs I've been to haven't had.
Poipu is gorgeous. We were 30 seconds away from one of the pools (where a BBQ was also located) and an 8-10 minute walk down a gorgeous greenbelt to a great beach for snorkeling, sunbathing, swimming and even a protected area for the younger kids to splash around and enjoy.
This unit actually looks better live than it does in pictures. We had a fabulous time in Kauai. Poipu was amazing and this condo was perfect for us. I would recommend this to anyone and hope to return soon!

We stayed in this condo for two full weeks with 5 children under 10 and 4 adults. It was amazingly perfect. It was clean and equipped with everything we could need or want! It is a great floor plan, roomy, and all the furniture is very comfortable. I like to only stay at Hampton or Hilton Hotels and would definitely say this was just as nice or Nicer. Beds were out standing between the comfy sheet and mattresses. My husband now thinks we need a new bed. Lol. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to any body and never second guess it! We had so much fun seeing all of the Island and found the best kids beach and boogie boarding beach just 5 min away. We had a 4 day convention at the Grand Hyatt and it was a beautiful walk over on a nice paved path. So glad we stayed at this house instead of the Hyatt. Jennifer was very patient and great to work with! We made memories that my children, in laws, husband and I will never forget. THANK YOU....

As our family of 5 has grown up we began renting condos or vacation homes and this was our best rental yet. Jennifer was great to work with. Our family was reunited, meeting our son who was living in the South Pacific. Jennifer was so flexible as I tried to arrange a complicated travel schedule with three different itineraries.
I loved the really efficient use of space in the unit. It was perfect for a family of 5. How clever to have plantation shutters to give the loft privacy. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax, as each room was appointed with its own tv.
The condo is beautifully furnished, and yet very comfortable. It was well appointed with everything that one would need, from snorkels, beach towels, to hair dryer and even spa amenities. We ate in more than half the time and was lacking for nothing in the kitchen.
While the location is the furthest end of the development, the location was was still perfect. It was a beautiful walk through a lush landscaped pathway to Poipu Beach. Or another walk in the opposite direction to Shipwrecks Beach. Both were an easy and quick drive, with available parking if you are not inclined to walk. Each of the beaches offers something different. Every day there was a variety of sea life (sea turtles or sea lions) near or in the lagoon. And there is a spectacular hike on the cliffs above Shipwreck's Beach with amazing sea views.
There are so many amenities close by to take advantage of. Be forewarned that if you ATV, it is going to be very very muddy.
Kauai is such a spectacular vacation destination that it will take several trips to truly experience everything that the island has to offer.
Jennifer is a great owner, more than willing to go out of her way to help the people who come to her condo. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again, and hope that I have the opportunity to come back soon.

Jennifer's condo is a rare gem. All furniture and fixtures are beautiful. The beds are heavenly comfortable with down duvets and pillows. My husband and I are pillow hogs, and the closets were stocked with even more pillows than we needed! Everything was beautifully clean and kept up. The master bathroom is very big, and is reminiscent of larger luxury suites in hotels. The condo is stocked with plenty of toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with more than you will need - just about anything you can think of, and Jennifer has supplied it. She has even prepared for unexpected things, such as having a notepad and pen available in the kitchen drawers etc. The dishes are all nice and stylish, not the simple white dishes and bent forks that can easily be found in other vacation rentals. The outside closet is stocked with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach gear, plenty of towels. Literally, you just have to bring your clothes to this condo. You do not have to worry about any supplies, Jennifer has all bases covered. To top it all of, this place has the luxury feel of a hotel. I would stay here again and again and recommend it to anybody I can! The island of Kauai is an amazing place, and I am so glad I was able to stay in a great condo like this on my first trip! I WILL be back! Thank you Jennifer!

We had a great time during our stat here last month. The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, and we loved Kauai. During our stay, the owner was super nice and even let us stay in the unit without charge a bit late to accommodate our flight times.
The condo had everything we needed on arrival other than coffee, so we left a little behind for the next guest. It's well stocked with everything you could need otherwise, including complete beach gear (although some of that stuff is not in great shape.. snorkel masks were broken, etc).
The only downside to the unit itself was that it's literally the furthest from the beach in the entire complex. With little kids and beach gear, and heat, it was a truly miserable 15-20 minute walk each way. It's really not feasible with small kids without a car, and that's a bummer in Kauai! The unit is also not a true four bedroom (one is a loft without a door that you walk through to get to another bedroom), which might be an issue.
The real issue for me was after our stay. My daughter threw up in bed the night we arrived and didn't tell anyone until morning so ALL of the linens were stained. I washed them multiple times, and her cleaning lady tried, but they were ruined. I asked how to pay for those, and she replied asking me to call her, which was weird. I have little kids so the phone is basically impossible. I didn't hear a word back until a month later when she charged me over $400 and sent a bill including chocolate on another set of bedding and a broken shower head. Neither of these were told to me beforehand, she just charged my debit card!
The problem I have is that no one even HAD chocolate during our stay. The shower head fell off when we first tried to use it so we just used another bathroom. The TV and electronics were all moved around and unhooked when we arrived, by a prior guest, and I'm pretty sure they did this stuff, too, but I just got stuck with the bill. When I mentioned (nicely) that I was surprised by these charges, she replied (not nicely) that she should've charged me for extra carpet cleaning and her cleaning lady's time trying to clean the linens, too. Holy rudeness.
I understand that this is a private home. But, my daughter puked, and now I'm out over $400, and it feels like they went over things with a fine tooth comb after that looking for anything else. As a single parent, $400 is a big deal to me.
In the future, I will stick with hotels where puke doesn't result in high fees.

Beautiful, luxurious home in paradise. This was the kind of home that you can only dream about! In fact my 18 year old nephew said that he was going to own something like this when he got older! The A/C, beds, linens, towels, kitchen everything was fabulous! The boogie boards and everything else that was supplied made our stay that much more enjoyable! The loft bedroom that is at the top of the stairs with the shutters sits right over the kitchen and dining area. This bedroom was delegated to the two people that wanted to stay up late and get up early because it's definitely not sound proof. It worked out fine with our group and there were no complaints from the two that picked that bedroom!
Jennifer was wonderful to deal with and responded immediately to any and all of my emails. We could not have asked for a nicer place and feel so fortunate to have found it on VRBO. My family did not want to move when our timeshare became available and I almost had a mutiny on my hands! We only got to stay for three days but next time we will absolutely spend more time in this beautiful home!

This was my first experience with VRBO. From the first contact, Jennifer answered any and all questions. Upon checking in to the condo, I was in awe. Her home is very tastefully decorated, and has all the amenities you could need on vacation or even expect in your own home. The condo was very clean and relaxing. The location is also ideal. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. There is also light local shopping if you need any food or provisions. I would definitely plan on coming back with my family to her condo and be more than happy to recommend her condo to my friends and family. Thank you for everything! It was definitely my home away from home :)

Our family has been to Kauai three times now and hands down this was our favorite place to stay. We have four kids and they love Brenneke beach. We walked there every day. I loved that the place had boogie boards, snorkeling equipment & beach chairs for us to use. The location was just great and the accomodations the owners provided were top notch. The only negative was the sound of the road, but in our other location we stayed we were woken up early in the morning by roosters crowing. We decided the cars on the road weren't so bad after that:) Would highly recommend staying here to anyone needing accomodations this size.
