Hoyochi Nikko 202 is a two bedroom unit boasts a master bedroom on the main level with a king-size bed and a spiral staircase that leads you to a large lofted second bedroom with a queen-size bed. I This unit is tastefully decorated throughout with many custom features. High vaulted ceilings make for added space and enjoyment for the living room and loft. There is air-conditioning in the master bedroom. All units are fully equipped with Cable TV, washer/dryer, hair dryer, furnished kitchens and WI-FI Internet Access.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. All this can be done just minutes, even steps away from your Maui vacation rental!

We are centrally located in West Maui, 5 minutes north of Ka'anapali and 5 minutes south of Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

The property was stunning! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed as well as beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. My one disappointment was the lack of beach, but the sea turtles made up for it! The loft was to hot to sleep in even with fans, we utilized the hide-a-bed and the main bedroom downstairs instead of using the loft. We would go back for sure, but this time we know what to expect.

This property was true to the pictures and very quiet. The grounds were spectacularly manicured and very clean. The sunsets were postcard perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee cups, utensils, towels and beach towels. It was the perfect view to start the day with coffee on the balcony and end the day unwinding with the sunset.

And the grounds are beautifully maintained. Unit 202 did get a little warm in the afternoon, a mini split would fix that. And the patio furniture could be updated. Overall we loved our stay.

Overall the condo was very comfortable and the views were amazing. My only slight complaints about the condo are that the parking garage is very tight with 5’7” ceiling so no big cars, the loft was very hot but they provided lots of fans, and there were a lot of the little fruit flies in the unit. Other than that we were very comfortable and spent most of our time outdoors. I loved the pool and lounge area behind the condo and the small beach with great snorkeling just offshore. Would definitely stay again.

Hoyoichi Nikko is an ideally situated small complex with a great setting, beach/swimming access and well kept grounds. The unit itself is somewhat dated and could use a facelift. Having said that, everything worked and we had a terrific stay. The weather was unseasonably cool so Lack of AC was not an issue. Be mindful when renting a vehicle as the ceiling height for the units parking stall can only accommodate regular sedan type vehicles.

My twin sister and I had a wonderful time staying here. The view was spectacular. The small beach adjacent to this property added to the value as well. Close enough to walk to a much larger beach area, farmers market and coffee establishment. Parking was a bit tricky at times and the ants were a nuisance but overall this place had everything we needed for a fabulous birthday vacation. I would definitely book again.

Location, location, location is what they say in business. And this property nailed it. Just North of the stuffed high end resorts, this property is a perfect getaway. Almost private beach, pool and we'll manicured lawn. The unit itself was very clean but dated. I little issue with small local residents but management company was very attentive with issue. Corrected issue as soon as people were available. The unit could be updated with a whole unit AC, just master room has it available. Perfect for 3 people but know whomever has loft in summer time may get a little toasty. Unit has more then enough fans to address this but if you are heat sensitive it may be an issue. Also definitely pay attention to parking notice from management, it is tight and small. Definitely will come back in future.

Only thing not perfect is how warm this unit can get when especially warm outside. Closing drapes helps keep condo comfortable. Good amount of glassware and cooking ware. Fans to help circulate air are availiable. I would stay here again.

It was a nice stay. The condo was cute. The grounds were impeccable as were the views from our lanai. It is a quiet area and that was exactly what we wanted and needed! This condo needs alot of maintenance work done, deep cleaning and updating but is very comfortable and a very relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely rent again. Management company is very good to work with and very quick to respond to questions. They were great to work with.

There were a total of 5 wine glasses 4 of which were rubbery plastic and hard to clean(we ended up. Not using them). The blinds on the water side are and have been substandard(falling apart) for over 20 years.we have not stayed in that unit for a long time.Other units at Hoyochi Nikko seem better cared for! My thought is that they are privately owned and the ow era actually use them periodically.Unit 202 needs some looking after!!

Condo had everything we needed. Management was superb. Wouldn't recommend it for my friends, however, because of the road noise as the bedroom is very close to the road. Also, it can get too warm late afternoon, especially in the loft, even with a breeze and extra fan and some of my friends would find it difficult to to haul their luggage up and down the stairs. Management carried our heaviest suitcases up for us. Thanks! Overall, great spot, good value and close to amenities and good beaches.

First time to Maui and what a perfect place to stay. Perfect sunset every night and easy assess to ocean. The complex is in a quiet area away from the big resorts but within easy access to everything you need. To be picky, to some people may say the unit needs a little updating but everything worked as it should. The downstairs bedroom has a wall AC but the loft does not and may get warm during the day with the doors closed. We open the double wide patio doors and plenty of fresh cool air comes in. The property is very well kept and beautiful. Warning, if you rent a car do not get a full size SUV as the underground parking has a very low roof, 5'7" feet. We rented a GMC Terrain SUV and barely cleared. I highly recommend this rental.

Incredible visit! This is our second visit to Hoyochi Nikko! The condo is located in Napili-Honokowai. This visit we selected a larger and lovely two bedroom unit #202. All the units face the ocean and the views are extraordinary! The unit is well appointed with many conveniences (blender, coffee maker, fast wifi, beach chairs, cooler and pool toys). The larger lanai is wonderful! We made breakfast each morning and sat on the lanai watching whales and paddle boarders! The unit is well kept and clean. The unit is very quiet also. People are really friendly and the grounds are well maintained and lush. There is access to the beach! Two turtles came up on the beach in front of the condo this trip! It's close to a grocery store, restaurants and incredible food trucks. It's 8 min drive to Ka'anapli and Napili!

This is our 3rd time at this property but first time in this particular condo. It is a beautiful facility. This condo could use some upgrades especially in the kitchen and also some new fans as there is no AC in the loft area. The manager was very helpful and kept the grounds immaculate. I would stay here again but probably try a different unit. Overall a great place.

This condo is right on the beach with beach access that turtles visit regularly. A pool. Complete kitchen with seasonings and plates. A BBQ grill in property. There's even beach toys to use. The only thing I don't like is how warm the condo gets during the day. The tiny ac and fans don't quite do it.

This is our first of four bookings on our 2-week trip to Maui, and we couldn't have made a better choice to start our vacation off. The condo was splendid. The view right off the balcony was spectacular. The sound of the waves lapping at the practically private beach lulled us to sleep every single night (leave the balcony door open!). Terry was such a great help and was always reachable. Melody and Dean (the supers) were also accommodating. They've stocked the unit with the necessary kitchen and dining implements as well as enough toiletries for our 5 night stay. Things of note: there are no private beaches in Hawaii but the way the property is situated, the small stretch of sand we had turned out to be the most private you can find on the island. We rented a jeep for our entire trip and unit 202 had a parking space that will not accommodate this. With the help of Terry, Melody and Dean we were able to come up with a solution (so thanks!), but know that it was a bit of good timing that allowed us to do this and your situation might be different. Tips: Lahaina Farmer's Market serves awesome acai bowls but for your grocery needs seek the nearby Safeway and the weekly open air farmer's market in Napili for less expensive choices. There's a food truck park about a half-mile south on the road that has a variety of affordable dining options. The ABC store a quarter mile down is a lifesaver (spam musubis and purple sweet potato pancakes). Our best snorkeling moments were at Kapalua Bay and Black Rock at Kaanapali, both of which were a stone's throw away.

Tile in the kitchen had missing and dirty grout, appliances were outdated, mattresses were like sleeping on marshmallows, and the bathroom fixtures were worn out. The unit was well furnished but the kitchen only had one wine and one martini glass. Pots and pans were warped and non scratch surfaces scratched off. The cleaning crew had made an effort but everything was just old and tired. The property itself is small and extremely well groomed and the pool was pristine. The managers were very nice and invited us to joking the other guests for puupuus when we arrived.
